Just wanted to take a minute to share my story. i bought a mustang (sight unseen) and on the way home immediately noticed something was very wrong with the suspension. it was all over the place. i took the car to a shop a mile from my house and they told me “it’s messed up but we don’t know why” so i felt like i was left in debt on car that was unsafe to drive and was just going sit in my driveway. anyway, i called allied auto for my second attempt at getting my car fixed. they called me the next day and found exactly what was causing my problems. got the car back, and it drives perfect. allied auto was a LIFE changer. i can not tell you how much i appreciate these guys right now. if you’re looking for a solid shop to fix your car, here’s your sign

I think this is going to be my new auto repair shop.A friend of mine told me about this place a few months ago & I kind of just brushed it off and thought Maybe Ill try them one day. Well that day came sooner than I thought. I went to my normal shop on a Wednesday and they were booked out for a week & a half almost 2 weeks. I decided to try Allied and they were also booked up but they were able to pencil me in on the schedule for Monday. This worked out great for me because I was going to be off that next week taking care of stuff around the house anyway.So I took my wifes car in for and Oil change, Timing Belt replacement, Check the A/C system, & Spark Plug.I dropped the car off @ 7:30am and they started contacting me by 9am letting me know what else they found and what the cost was going to be. Over the next 48 hrs I received numerous phone calls and text messages keeping me informed of the progress & what they found along with what is was going to cost. (I was very impressed with this)When it was all said and done I ended up getting 2 new tires installed along with all the other things mentioned above & it was still within the cost I had estimated before I dropped the car off.They called me Tuesday evening and said they were done & the car it was ready to be picked up. I could not believe they got all that done in 2 days & stayed under my budget. Thanks Guys.All in All...I was very impressed with their quality of service & the cost savings. 👍🏼👍🏼

Schedule an appointment ahead of time as they are usually booked. Prices are average to good and they discussed pricing before getting started. Didnt have to wait too long for service.

Ive never had a shop do such a good job . They did a clutch in my procharged corvette for an incredible deal ..I noticed a coolant leak about a month later and brought it to them . The owner called and told me it was simply a loose hose clamp and to come pick it up, obviously nothing they caused but they were honest and didnt try to make me thing it was anything major. I confidently know these guys are awesome

Dropped my car off for an estimate after reading reviews on here and Yelp. They ended up giving me a quote and recommending that I don’t spend the money to get the minor repair done. Was time to replace the water pump, belt, and idler in our Civic. I planned to take care of this myself but the car started to have A/C issues and I couldnt determine what was going on. I took the parts I already had to them and was informed the same day what the faulty A/C cause was.They did all the work and car is performing well, all expectations were met plus they had great, fair, honest pricing. I will be back again since we tend to keep our cars until it doesnt make sense to repair them.

Great honest shop. I have been looking for a great shop for my beloved Toyota GT86 and this shop is familiar with my car and was very fairly priced. They also have a lot of experience with cars that have been modded which really put me st ease since my car is not stock.

We drove from Stockbridge to Peachtree City to have our car checked out by Allied. The service was definitely worth the longer drive and we will return soon for additional repairs.

Been living in GA for 17 years and Kris and crew are the BEST!! Very honest, very professional and always feel like you are their only customer...but you know youre not!! Most importantly, they value your time as much as they value their own time. Can make appointments and they stick to it and always give a lot of information. Pricing is fair...I take all my vehicles there and hes on the complete opposite side of county. Why am I writing this, I should probably keep them a secret LOL!

I have been to Allied several times and been very happy with them. There were things that I thought needed to be done and they were honest with me and told me that they didnt need to be done. They are easy to communicate with as you can do it via text or phone. They also have a great service portal that will show you everything that needs to be done.

Lets be realistic here, were all looking for an honest mechanic. Someone who can get the work done for less than thousands of dollars the dealers want, but with the same quality of work. I Spent quality time in the waiting area today of the “new” shop. I truly enjoy how you can view your vehicle repair through windows that permit you to peer into the mechanic world. I moved here in 2014 and my neighbor referred Allied. Kris has been the only mechanic I have used since then. Hes always done an excellent job and is completely trustworthy. I recently moved to Decatur and I am continuing to use Allied. When you find a great mechanic, its worth it to stick with them.

Fast honest and low price

Excellent customer service! Despite their business, they didnt seem overwhelmed & turning me away. Very inviting & friendly. It felt like a family friend was helping me out rather than just an employee.

So I took my car to two shops paying for a total of 3 hours of work trying to find an electrical problem. The two shops could not find the problem. In three hours, this shop easily found and fixed the problem. I did call in advance to set up an appointment. They seem to be pretty booked without an appointment, but this is not surprising since they do such good work and at extremely good and fair prices. I would recommend this service to anyone with a Japanese car (since that is what they specialize in and work on).

I took my SUV in for some repair and Chris and his team were able to find the problem, what cause it and then repaired it quickly. The cost was surprisingly less then I expected. If you need someone honest to do any vehicle repairs call Jessica the office manager and she will take great care of you. Thanks to his whole team for being so professional and friendly.

I have used Allied AutoWorks for 2 Hondas (Accord/Civic) and couldnt be more pleased with the courtesy/cost/results. They did extensive work on the Civic.Their pricing is very fair and reasonable. They keep their appointment times. They diagnose the issue and then describe the intended repair work in detail. They deliver the finished auto as promised or better. They use new Honda parts.Ive lived in this area for 20 years and have never had better service. They are honest and reliable with excellent work ethics.

Awesome experience. Skilled and trustworthy. 15 seconds into our phone conversation I knew this was the right place. They provided excellent and honest information over the phone. Then, they got my car in immediately, and it turned out to be a simple fix. I feel like a lot of other places would have taken advantage of the situation and proactively changed out a few more parts and run up the bill (sad but true) Not Allied. Im pretty impressed with Steven and Kris. Theyve done a really good job with oil changes on my truck checking the air pressure on my tires at no cost they helped me save over $3,000 on my Prius when it needed a new battery. At first they didnt know the issue 100% so we sent it to the Toyota dealership, but they helped me find a good towing company, and theyre just very honest.

Steven (service manager) was awesome. They got my A/C system working great for a fair price & did a quick look over brakes, belts, and fluids and reported the status. When I realized my credit card was still at their location, Steven checked the building after hours on a Friday, then arranged to meet me with the card as I was going out of state thenext day. I would definitely recommend Allied AutoWorks.

I recently brought my newly purchased 2013 Nissan Murano to Steven and Chris for a new car inspection to make sure I didnt buy a lemon. I called them a few times prior to bringing my car in and every time I spoke with Steven, he was always kind and professional. When I arrived, I was really impressed by the space, it was very tidy and comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised at the small size of the shop. Due to the limited space, Chris or Steven will always be the people working on my car, therefore, they arent hiring a bunch of people with a pulse to service the cars that they pack into the shop. You really get the sense that this shop is their pride and joy and delivering quality services and excellent customer service is of utmost importance. They thoroughly inspected my car and gave it a clean bill of health. Additionally, they pulled up the maintenance records on the car which was unexpected and gave me a copy. The notified me of some things I will have to handle in the future and didnt once pressure me to do any of those things today (other places for sure would have wanted that revenue right away). Once I started discussing with my friends my great experience, I learned that a lot of them already use Allied and LOVE them. Keep up the great work guys!!

Is there any vehicle Kris and his mechanics cant fix. Just had major oil leak,knock sensors, shocks,brakes, belts,hoses,and rear door lock replaced on my 2006 Caddilac Escalde for an amazing price less than GM dealer with all GM parts. I have taken many different cars and trucks to Allied. These guys do amazing work and its done right no cutting corners to make a buck. If you need repairs to your vehicle give them a chance to make you very happy you walked in their shop.

I have an awesome experience every time my 2006 Toyota Avalon is taken to Allied. Great customer service I never fell as though they are trying to get over by adding extra repairs and extra cost to whatever needs repairing. Whenever im around someone and they are having problems with there vehicle i always tell them about my mechanics at allied great place you will not be dissapointed.
