I went in on a Friday afternoon without any sort of appointment to have my Pixel 3 battery replaced. Staff was very friendly from the start and the replacement itself only took two hours! I thought I was going to have to leave my phone overnight! I was mistakenly told that it would take about an hour so they actually gave me a $10 off coupon for the inconvenience even though I had called the night before to get a price estimate and was told at that time it would be a two hour repair. The price for the repair ($74 without the coupon) was a lot less than what I expected it to be, especially given the efficiency, cost of labor, and outstanding customer service. I cannot give my experience at this location anything less than 5/5 stars. The employee who helped me was incredible, I didnt catch their name but they were wearing a Life Is Strange pin! You rock :)

Brought in a car battery that my friend and I thought was defective. These folks tested it and said it was fine. Then they offered to allow us the use of their cleaning supplies to make sure that acid corrosion wasnt the culprit. Their above and beyond level of service was truly helpful in allowing us to quickly determine that the real problem was with our vehicles starter - Thank you to their staff!

I was disappointed that they did not have a replacement bulb for our microwave. Its not likely I would drive to this place without first calling to see if they have the bulb I needed. It would have been simpler to order it on line through a company that actually had the bulb I needed. Dont set your expectations too high with this place.

Had a problem after about 7 months with deep cycle battery. Shop believes it wasn’t the battery but possibly my charger’s fault but the battery was a goner. Sales associate wasn’t helpful but was able to meet the manager and discuss my problem in detail. She was pretty knowledgeable and worked with me to rectify the problem. For that, I’m certainly thankful!

Theres a host of different battery types so finding the right one can be tricky. Battieries Plus Bulbs employees are helpful, though, and will walk you over to the shelves to find the perfect battery. You may want to bring you device with you. They should also collects used batteries for disposal.

My experience was not a pleasant one. I arrived at the store which is about 30 minutes from where I live and the clerk could not find my order. It was listed under the wrong phone number and had I not asked her to check under my name, she was comfortable with me leaving without my order. I was so angry I forgot to leave my core, which means I will have to return to your store. Hope the service will be better.

After the Apple store refused to replace the screen on my iPhone XR (because the back glass was also broken) your technician repaired it in less than an hour. Your online appointment calendar worked beautifully and your person applied the online discount at checkout.I will never wait in the long like at the Apple store again when I need service on any of my three Apple devices.

I got a key made and programmed for my truck much cheaper and more conveniently than going to the dealer. The folks at the Peachtree City Georgia store were very helpful and efficient in helping me and it is much appreciated.

Was able to make appt before I got there. Took me immediately when I was there. Thought more things needed to be fixed but only charged for what was done. Told me about 3 hours and when I came back it was ready on time. Gentleman was extremely nice.

Absolutely the worst service ever. My husband took his Google Pixel in for a battery replacement, the technician broke the screen during this repair. My husband was not told of the increased risk of screen damage during battery repair for this type of phone. The technician advised that a screen would be ordered and should be available 4 days later. My husband waits patiently and today we are told that the screen will not arrive for another 48 hours. The screen is black apparently and not able to be used. When put on the phone with “management” Kirstie, she advised that there was nothing we could do except to wait and that she has 3 back up phones in situations like this. So instead of offering a solution to our problem, she chastised us and says that we should have back-up phones for their screw up. Will never go to a Batteries Plus again.

I really wish this story had a happy ending but it doesnt. I went to this store to get a copy of my vehicle key made for my wife. The first time I went, the gentleman was very helpful but could not program the key because of a piece of equipment not working properly. From beginning to end, the process took well over an hour. I was okay though because the gentleman was committed to satisfying me as a customer. He reached out to me a few days saying that he had a solution and to come back. I came back a few days later before 5 as he suggested. However, this time I had someone else assisting me because the gentleman was off. 30 plus minutes later, the new person could not assist because of the following reasons...1. The car was too far away from the shop. Okay, I moved the car closer2. Because my key color is grey. What do you say to something like that. At any rate, their was no attempt to call tech support at all.I was offer to buy the key that only opens the door. Really! What can someone do with a car key that only opens the door!

I was having the worst day I spilled coffee all over my car and of coarse my key fob was in the cup holder drowning in coffee. I found a park at a shopping center cut the car off not realizing it would not cut back on! 30 degrees weather. Called Nissan $350 for new key fob. Called a local key guy in the area $250 to come out and change out battery. I noticed the Batteries+Bulbs place in the parking lot. The young lady took everything apart like it was nothing cleaned and put new battery in hit the remote and it worked!!! 30 seconds flat! 😊😊😊 She said NO charge I was so happy I was literally in tears she doesnt know how much time she saved me. Im posting this place as a go to place for a honest company! She made my day and probably didnt know how much. I didnt get her name but she is a keeper! Moving forward this company will be recommended!!!!

This shopping trip was a recommendation for a friend when their car battery died. Staff was very helpful, had the battery I needed in stock, like the 2 year warranty AND you they were $19 cheaper than WalMart and $25 cheaper than Autozone for the same battery.

This place is awesome! Whatever bulb goes out in my house, they have a replacement bulb for it; or a better option! AND they GREET me and GUIDE me to the item needed!! INVALUABLE!! Ordered on line, got 10% off and went in to pick up with core for exchange. Turns out that the on-line Battery Plus Bulbs battery finder was wrong and the battery I actually need is not advertised on line but has to be special ordered in the store. No discount ( not even as a courtesy for the inconvenience) available when special ordering in the store. That would mean a second visit to the store in a couple of days with the heavy battery core. Disappointed.

Great service, I lost one of my remotes to my 2014 Ford Explorer, I sourced a new one from the internet and took it to the Peachtree City store. For $40 they programmed and cut a new key, great price and service. So much better than going to a dealer!

Excellent service. The battery in my Honda car key fob died. Car wont start without it. Couldnt get the little screw out of the fob to change it (apparently a common problem with Honda key fobs). Tried 3 different places, no luck. These guys were able to get the battery changed and didnt even charge me. Thanks, guys!

Okay, its really cold outside and as luck would have it my car battery has died. Its forty-four degrees outside, and my trunk is loaded with groceries. I decided to call Batteries Plus because I know that they sell car batteries. A gentleman by the name of Kyle promptly told me which battery I would need, but the store could not install it due to some agreement with BMW. My emotions ranged from being ecstatic that they had the battery, but crestfallen because they wouldnt be able to install it. No worries- Kyle to the rescue! This gentleman was so kind and compassionate. He came to me to jumpstart my battery so that I could make it home safely. He solved my problem as a courtesy to me, and he wouldnt accept anything in return. Thank you so much Kyle as you are a model employee and a downright generous human being. My husband and I are sending you one huge virtual hug. We will continue to look to Batteries Plus to serve our needs. Kyle also taught me how to open the hood of my car. Kyle for president!

Excellent experience. I cannot say enough about my first visit to this store. The service was outstanding. The sales person was more than helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. They knew exactly what I wanted and quickly attached a special connection that I would need for this type of battery. I mentioned an old flashlight that I could not find a bulb for so they took time to show me the bulb that I would need and then a new type of bulb that was much brighter and would also fit it. It has been a long time since I have had this type of customer service. I plan to highly recommend the Peachcree City store to all my friends.

The starter battery went out in my Prius and the help I received was great. James and Zach helped take apart my car to test the battery and quickly replaced it. I appreciated the quick turnaround and their friendly attitudes. Will continue coming here in the future!

Fast and easy service

I walked into the Peachtree City, Georgia location earlier on 2/29/20 and had my iPhone 6 plus screen and battery replaced, as well as buying a few accessories. My total was around $190. The phone seemed to look great when I picked it up (couldnt immediately see the issues because the rep place the phone case on for me), the screen was a little unresponsive, but the reps informed me that when I got home and connected to my Wi-Fi for an update it should fix the issue. Well, much to my dismay, IT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUES! I was an operations manager for 5 YEARS WITH T-MOBILE, which is how I obtained the device in the first place. Ive directed more customers than I could ever remember to that location for repair services. I KNOW ALL THE WORK-AROUNDS, and I KNOW A BOTCHED SCREEN REPAIR WHEN I SEE IT! After that screen repair, the tech told me himself that the speaker looked great and there was no water damage to the device. Prior to that repair, this phone made calls just fine. Now, the receiver and screen is completely non functional, the screen is glitched and warped, and visibly lifted in the corner rendering the device totally unsuitable for use. I contacted the store and the reps there and they didnt even pretend to entertain my complaint. Completely told me it was my problem. Theres absolutely NO way I can, in good conscience, except such terrible customer service. Theres no way that I can reconcile a $190 financial loss! Ive read at least five review here with the same compliant! I will be filling a formal complaint with corporate office as well as the Better Business Bureau, The Rip Off Report, and the Federal Trade Commission. Im totally disappointed with your company!

I was having trouble charging my phone so I came here to get a new battery for it. The guy changed it out, said it was good now but I could bring it back if I ended up getting a new phone, which I did a few days later. So I went to take the battery back today only to be told they wouldnt take it because I didnt have the original packaging. Well the guy we bought it from never gave us the original package, nor did he say wed need it to get a refund. The manager was extremely rude to us. She said it was store policy so he wouldnt have thrown the package away, and it was my word against his. Also that I should have brought it back immediately if there was a problem. Um, I only bought it 6 days ago and we were told we had 30 days to return it. She also told me that new phones dont usually come with batteries so I should still need this one anyway! I still cant believe the way we were treated here... I definitely wouldnt recommend this store to anyone at this point.

I came in to get my phone fixed. they replaced the screen. The day after I received my phone back, the screen fell off and broke. I went back to the store and they said they would try to fix it. The next day they called me and told me they could not. I would understand if I broke the screen but their technicians did not properly install the screen. they told me there is nothing they can do and that I would not be able to receive a refund even though it was their fault. I spent $159.99. I will never go back there and will tell as many people as possible about how they swindled me out of my money. I would definitely go to a different company for any of your needs.

What a helpful experience! I had a critical job for the Atlanta Airport to run refrigeration piping on Monday and had to find batteries for my cordless tool, which turned out to be obsolete. However, Kyle, James, and especially PJ Howard dropped what they were doing and found 2 old batteries that they were able to rebuild and now I have even better batteries to complete the job. Awesome friendly staff. Took in a very shattered IPhone 7+ and they made it look brand new. Checked every function on the phone to make sure everything was the way it should. Took My iPhone 6 Plus to get Broken screen fixed. 4 days later screen starts malfunctioning. Took the phone in and they told me the phone had a bent frame. I was never told that the screen wouldnt work properly. Phone worked better with broken screen than with fixed. if I wouldve known the screen wasnt going to work properly I wouldve never fixed it. 130$ I will never see again. I hope they enjoy that money.

I got a new truck key then had it engraved and had them program it. Works great and saved me a lot of money over dealers cost for a new key!
