I hate coming here. Unfortunately the nearest Apple store is nearly 2 hours away. Today I arrived on time for an appointment scheduled by Apple Support. There was a woman already being helped and I waited for about 10 minutes for that to wrap up. Afterward, the technician disappeared to the back room with out ever acknowledging me. And he never came back out. It was completely rude, but I wasn’t surprised. It was consistent with the experience I’ve had at this store for years. Eventually someone from the sales floor helped me.

I recently went into the Peachtree City store and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. First, as I walked in, Pete greeted me in a most warm and welcoming manner. I was having trouble with the charging port on my iPhone and wanted to know if I could have new port installed. Pete cleaned out the port on my phone, and now it works perfect. Could not been happier with the service at Simply Mac in Peachtree City.

The guys at Simply Mac were so helpful after my phone had been stuck in a boot loop for 30 hours. There was a significant line when we arrived but they assisted everyone quickly and efficiently. We grabbed some pizza next door while they reset my phone (s/o Positano) and they actually brought it out to me. Great experience all around.

Oh my GOODNESS what can I say about the service given, that went above and beyond today! Mr Peter Bagarella was the greatest help!!! I don’t know how to put into words the effort he put forth, over 2 hours of time on me and my issue alone, juggling the incoming phone calls from other customers, greeting everyone that entered with a “hello & we’ll be right with you.” He closed out other customers cases (my dragged out issue had many lengthy uploads) while stepping over to help his coworkers too. He even forfeited his lunchtime break to make sure I was taken care of. Honestly all the staff I encountered today was kind and talkative with me as Peter was too. He engaged my son & I in conversation, which helped ease my mind & pass the time. THANK YOU AGAIN & AGAIN Peter! P Johnson

Extremely satisfied with the service I received for my broken iphone 11 pro max screen. Caleb assisted me in the front of house and the technician was able to complete my repair within 90 minutes and the work appears to be flawless.I believe a lot of the negative reviews are from people who do not understand the constraints put on establishments that are able to operate as certified Apple repair shops. Go in with the expectation that they are going to do everything they can to help, but in certain scenarios their hands are tied - by no fault of their own.

They aren’t helpful. Had me return home to get a box so they could scan my serial number, because he didn’t want to type type it in. Pretended that he couldn’t read it off of the device even though I could see it clearly. When I returned, he told me that I needed to go into Atl to an Apple store. AppleCare sent me to this store. Complete waste of time. Call AppleCare for any issues. Dontp bother with this store.

I made an appointment and took my daughter’s MacBook to the PTC Simply Mac location today. Unfortunately, after installing a new battery in the computer at home, we were not able to get the battery to charge at all. Peter listened to the problem, took the computer to the back and brought it back to the front of the store after a few short minutes. He explained that battery connection tab was just not fully connected, so he simply disconnected and reconnected it properly. My daughter’s computer battery is now able to fully charge and powers the computer without having to be connected to the power cord.Thanks so much Peter!!!

Confused with the service repair quote I received when taking my MacBook pro in for a repair. The repair was to be done through Applecare + and was a manufacturer defect. Quoted at $299. I was told that I would be paying the highest deductible with no explanation for why, and told that it would take 14-21 days. Upon hearing this, I took my business to Onyx consulting in Atlanta, who informed me that I would be charged nothing since I have Apple Care + and it’s a manufacturer defect. I don’t like throwing around accusations, but this felt a bit nefarious. Would highly recommend Onyx consulting!!!

I have and older I phone which is the I phone 6 plus, called the store in Peachtree city, I requested an appointment to have my I phone 6 battery replaced, was told that the battery could be be replaced, was given an appointment for the following day at 11:40 am, arrived at the store at 11:30 the information was taken and was told that it would cost 81.00 to replace the battery and that I would need to come back at 1:30 pm to pick the phone up. Since Simply Mac was taking my phone down and backing it up with the new battery, I ask the saleswoman did she need an alternate number to reach in case something went wrong during the repair, she stated that she did not need an alternate phone, she said just come back and 1:30 pm to pick up the phone. I dont reside in Peachtree Georgia, I live approximately 42 miles from that location, I decided to do some shopping and have lunch to kill time in the area until 1:30. I arrived back at the store at around 1:45 pm to retrieve my phone. When I entered the store I was greeted by another salesman at the counter gave him my name and stated I was there to pick up my phone a new battery was being put into my phone. The salesman told me that he apologized for his co-worker, but the could not repair the phone, I asked why, he stated that they did not have the battery for my phone.Please be aware and make sure with these people that they use the proper customer service skills this should have been the proper protocol1. when making a promise, make sure that you have the needed item on hand to address the customers phone issue before making appointments.2. Please make sure you get an alternate phone number for the customer in case something goes wrong.3. If something goes wrong please have the same saleswoman or man that took the order explain to the customer the what happen.4.If there was a rating scale that was from 0 to 10 this location would have recieved a 0 from me I will never go to that location again and I will never refer any other human being to take there phone problems to this store.5. Please have the humility to say that they you are sorry that this happen to the customer for wasting their precious resources and their time.I ask the salesman when would the battery be coming in and he told me he did not know, maybe two or three from now, I am not sure.I was able to take my phone to UBrakeIfix in Fayetteville GA. The salesman showed excellent customer service skills, he made sure that they had the battery for the phone before taking the phone and the Phone was picked up within 45 min. And it only cost me $60.00 for a new battery for my phone Simply Mac could take training from UBrakeIfix.

Had me drive 30 minutes to their store saying that the job that I paid them to do was done. When I arrived to pick up my laptop, we realized that my laptop was still doing the same thing that I had just paid them $250 to fix. They informed me that they needed to do something else with my laptop, so therefore I had to leave the store & come back another day to pick up my laptop. I had to keep calling to even find out if my laptop was even ready to be picked up a couple more days later. After back and forth trips too & from the store, I asked the person in charge their for a I-phone charger for the inconvenience. They offered me a 10% discount on the charger for their apologies. I had to make an extra unnecessary trip back up to the store because of their negligence & all they can offer me was 10% off on a phone charger. It took more money in gas, not to mention time than what the store manager offered me. Horrible customer service.

ZERO Stars.If you dont listen to the negative feedback you will end up with the same bad experience that I did. I should have listened! These guys are not interested in building customer loyalty or helping you. Theyre prices are extremely high and the tech was not able fix a simple issue I had with my computer. There are other companies (near by this store) that are knowledgeable and are willing to help you.

Don’t bother calling, they don’t answer their phones (either the prompt option for “sales” or “service”) at any time of their operating hours. The on-hold option to press * to leave a vm doesn’t work. After waiting on hold a few minutes, the system eventually says, “sorry we missed your call” and hangs up on you.In person staff is friendly though.

I was in need of a repair and found this company on the Apple site as a repair center for my iPhone. I waited a week for this repair but they were the only ones available for a timely repair. After driving an hour to get here, I was informed that they were not a traditional Apple store & did not complete repairs in the store like the Genius Bar. I was told that I would pay $99 for them to ship me a phone and would be without a phone for almost a week. I wished that I would have known this before wasting my time and gas. Needless to say, I called 1-800-MY-APPLE & they are holding the $99 on my card, sending me a new phone in 3-5 days & all I have to do is switch out the sim card & return the phone. Once they receive the phone they will remove the $99 since I have the AppleCare +. I wished that I would have done this sooner, I would have had my phone by Friday versus having to wait a week to come here. Sometimes it is just best to go straight to the source. This was a hard lesson learned.

I went here to get my MacBook Air to get a replacement battery. I was told to come on in and get it fixed. When I arrived the employees were rude! I didn’t get a greeting when I walked in the store and I also got snippy attitude while trying to be serviced. Not only did I drive far to get my battery replaced, they admitted to not having my battery but I should have been told this prior to me making this far drive.PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPER ETIQUETTE!!!!I give this store 1 star, if it were up to me I’d give none. Never coming here again!!

My experiences have been underwhelming. There is a need to train staff on hospitality and customer service. Ive brought in Mac Minis to be reset or diagnosed and have been treated well for the most part, but I witness poor customer service almost every time Ive been in to the store.But my main qualm is with their recognition of what a customers needs truly are and informing the customer of their best course of action.My scenario: I brought in a Mac Mini. It had been dropped and wasnt booting up. Im not a computer genius, but I build computer systems and have some knowledge in that area. I didnt have time or tools to open up the hard to service Mac and fix whatever the problem was, hence taking it to Simply Mac. I recognized that the Macs issue was to likely be a hardware failure since it was dropped and stopped working. Pretty cut and dry diagnosis that I hoped would be resolvable by a computer tech. So, when I took it in to Simply Mac I informed the front desk worker, very clearly, that this was likely the case and the computer DID NOT BOOT. He signed me in and charged the diagnostic fee. He failed to inform me that Apple Premiere Partners dont do hardware repair on my model of Mac Mini. What do you think happened? I get a phone call later in the week: pick up your Mac Mini, we cant get it to boot so theres nothing we can do.I SPENT ROUGHLY $100 TO HAVE SIMPLY MAC REITERATE TO ME WHAT I ALREADY KNEW (AND HAD TOLD THEM).To close, I suggest to Simply Mac that they tell their customers upfront that they will not do hardware repair on current gen Mac Minis. I can run diagnostics myself by using the already built in disk check tool. And I wouldnt charge someone $100 to do that for them. At least refund the diagnostic fee if you cant get the thing to boot. It took their tech 5 mins to figure that out.

My MacPro which I purchased at SImply Mac three years ago failed to accept a charge. Eric H at the Store listened to my issue. He tried to resolve it which was difficult since it would not start to allow a potential diagnosis to be made. Eric treated me in a courteous manner. At first it seemed that the problem could not be remedied for a reasonable cost and buying a new unit was inevitable. By the end of the day, however, we found out it was the power cord itself and my Mac was up and running again for around $100.00. Quite a relief!My prior experience with this store three years ago when I bought my Mac from them was not a good one. This time, however, there were different people working there. I was favorably impressed and treated well. Eric was open, honest and did everything he could to be of assistance. Based on this last experience I will return there again when it is time for a repair or to purchase a new computer.

I took my Mac in for a diagnosis and backup. The initial experience of checking in my computer and talking to the tech was amazing. The Mac tech followed up with me and let me know when my computer was ready in a timely, professional and friendly manner. However when I picked up my Mac I was greeted by a different tech that was equally professional but lacked the same care and enthusiasm. I would have liked to have had the tech, walk through the updates and make sure I understand what would take place once I brought the computer home. There was further home installation that I wasnt aware of or prepared for. Other than that the staff at this location is pleasant and performs their jobs with acceptability and grace, and other excellent staff members that go above and beyond which made the trip and cost well worth it.

I had done my due diligence on getting my phone updated and restored all to find out it was under a recall. I set an appt to take it into Simply Mac to have it looked at and serviced etc. Due to the recall, it needed to be sent in. Haleigh P. and Sam were AMAZING!! I could not have asked for better help. This is clearly an area where they know their stuff and are gifted at serving. They helped as quick as they could and with a great desk side manner!! Haleigh never tired of my questions and request for help/direction with the issue I was having. This sort of thing can be very intimidating for someone like me, but those two quickly diminish that feeling. They sent off my phone and I was told 14 days and Haleigh called on the 5th day to say it was ready for pick up...WHAT!!When I returned to get my phone, Zach was there. Zach was super knowledgeable as well and was willing to get my phone set back up and ready for use. He too answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or inadequate.The Simply Mac team in PTC is AMAZING!!!

When I went in to this place to get my headphones replaced everyone was super friendly and they told me that they would ship my headphones directly to me. Asked for my address and everything. A couple days later I get a voicemail telling me that I have to pick up the new headphones. I called and spoke to Eric who was very rude and told me that even though I was told one thing there was nothing that could be done and that I would have to drive 20 miles out of my way again just to get my headphones back & that they NEVER ship to peoples homes from the store. The way this company handled my situation and communicated with me was very poor. If you cant follow through on something why offer it in the first place?

Like so many others we wanted to get the battery replaced on an iPhone for $29 as Apple has stated they would do. Not wanting to drive into Atlanta, we came to Simply Mac. We were told we would need to pay an additional $20 for diagnostic testing - we decided it was worth not having to drive and spend the time in Atlanta. They then tell me the phone’s front mic is not working and has failed and there’s no way to replace the battery unless we fix this as well as this is Apple’s policy. Begrudgingly I agree, and will now be out $200. I pay $69.99 down and will pay the rest in 3-5 days when the phone is returned. The next night I receive a call from Simply Mac stating that Apple now says the phone will be $300 to fix, as it’s the most cost effective solution for Apple, and it will now be at least a week before the phone is returned. After getting a manager on the phone we find out that the phone hasn’t even shipped out yet, even though I was told yesterday it would be going out that day. We had them pull the phone from their outgoing mail, went over there this morning and took our phone back and had them refund us the $69.99 we initially put down. We drove to the Apple store at the Cumberland Mall - low and behold, our battery is replaced, our phone is back in hand in 2 hours time and our total was $30.74. Simply Mac is a crock! Do NOT give them your business.

About 9 months ago I bought a new battery for simply Mac to put in my phone. They put a new battery in my phone alright and broke it. They gave me a refurbished phone, it didn’t work as well as the original phone. Thier warranty for refurbished phones is only 6 months. So guess what the phone broke on month 7. I took it back did they fix it? Yeah, I still had to pay 150 dollars. I didn’t enjoy my experience. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

All i was trying to do was buy apple care for my iPhone . I was told that I would revive an email later that day, because they process them at the end of the day, two days after that I have not received an email. So I called the number on the receipt( which says its a local number ) and got what I thought was the store and then was directed to Apple who said they have no Record of my phone so I said thanks and tried calling again finding out that this 678 number was not local and was over seas so I have now decided after reading other reviews that this place is the worst for anything and everything. I am now getting a refund on this from peach Mack and will but it directly from Apple. I wish I could give them a lower star.

I have purchased multiple items without an issue prior. I called them today to ask about returning an apple item with the manufacture defect that I purchased at this store this year and they told me that they charge to process a warranty outside of 14 days. Needless to say I would recommend to look at other options for your apple purchase or service.

They can’t do real repairs, they take all day to check out the phone just to tell “oh we have to send it in” which I could have stayed at home and done myself and the store is about as far as going to a real Apple store not worth the drive or the wait. Customer is ok but if your waiting on repairs and not buying anything they don’t really care to talk to you about anything.

Simply Mac saved my business from collapse! The specialist saved my files and restored my Mac from a failed OS update. The Mac would not boot and it was stuck in the dreaded recovery loop. Even the memory reset didn’t work. I am a very critical person. I pay attention to detail since I’m a BSEET. I have never written a review online because I have never been disgruntled enough to do so. But I feel that something needs to be said about Cindy (the manager of the store) and her management. I went in for a screen repair and it ended up taking about a month to get fixed because the tech made a careless mistake. He continued to lie saying that it was Apples mistake but Apple and some other Simply Mac employees told me it was the techs fault. I understand human error but I was continually lied to and I tried to get in touch with Cindy to speak with her about the way things were handled and was never able to speak with her. She wasnt available when I would call and never called me back even though I was told she would. Most of the other employees outside of the tech and Cindy were wonderful and the store is convenient if you live on the south side of Atlanta. But be aware that you may be played or mistreated.

My Series 1 Apple Watch was the product that I put in the shop for repair. The battery expanded which made the glass pop up off the watch. I took it in, and I was informed immediately that I was eligible to get the screen fixed for free because it was within Apple’s 3-year warranty for the Series 1 Watch. I was very pleased with the employees knowledge regarding screen repairs because they saved me $200. They took it and sent it off to Apple to be replaced. I got it back in six business days, and they were very professional and kind when I came back to get it. They got it back to me within 15 minutes. I’ll definitely go back there if I ever need repairs for anymore of my Apple products.

Cindy is the absolute worst. I am in utter disbelief that she is an actual store manager the way I was treated. I took my phone in for a simple cracked screen repair. When I came to pick up my phone not only was the screw, that they had worked on for over an hour trying to remove, stripped. My screen was shattered and had black blotches all over it. It was in even worst condition. When I asked to speak with a manager Cindy rudely let me know who she was a blamed the screw being stripped on me. Accused me of taking the phone somewhere else before bringing it to Simply Mac and basically told me there was nothing they could do and I was on my own. The crazy thing is I send all my family and friends there. My husband just went 2 weeks prior. We get all of our repairs done here and buy our accessories. Thanks to Cindy we will NEVER do business here again and if Simply Mac Peachtree City knew any better they would remove her permanently. I had 4 year old IPad mini which failed and this device is discontinued. Staff arranged replacement and data transfer. replacement failed in 4 days. I was able to return this device and with no additional charges got a new replacement which works great. I did not lose any data from old device- only music files are gone but those I can download.The Staff was very helpful.

Waited over 15 Min in line along with 3 other people trying to purchase accessories for our phones & computers. The first customer in front of me waited 15 Min then after he was not helped by anyone he put his items back and left. Then after 17 Min the lady behind him said she was just gonna drive to Best Buy. I waited another 5 Min and still no one was there to cash me out ( there was one guy behind the counter helping someone another guy walking around but they never acknowledged us) so I put my items back and left also. I went home and ordered the items on AMAZON. If they had just acknowledged us and told us why the wait was so long maybe they could have gotten us to stay but they basically acted like they could care less about our business. To the business owner- this happened on Sunday Jan 7th 2018 around 1 or 1:30 Pm. YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS & SALES because either your employees do not care or they are not trained properly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luke took care of a very thorny problem which had no upfront solution. Apple honored its warranty, so, I was covered. I was very pleased I had smacked up to the Cloud as every other means of recovering my information was unusable because the computer problem. My experience with assistance from knowable sales person and installation of software was excellent. I purchased an iMac to replace an obsolete model. Even though my MS office software on the old machine was also obsolete, they transferred all of my worksheets to an updated version after cleaning up the old machine recycled it for me. Everything works flawlessly.Would recommend them highly

Dont waste your time....should have listened to reviews! One person working counter...10 people in line...dont think employee solved one of their issues. Tried for three days to call. If I could get someone to answer the phone it would have saved me a trip. Never ever will go back!

2 Stars because the repair was successful. It took a week. Even that wouldnt have been too bad, but there was no communication from them between Weve determined that there is a video issue and Its finished!. Calling them and using the automated answering system to try and reach the service department connects you to a full voicemail box!In order to talk to an actual person you have to select Sales. At this point I was told sequentially:1. (3 business days after giving them the computer) It will be ready tomorrow.2. (2 business days later) Its next in our queue. It will be ready today.3. (the following business day) The part just came in this morning and were about to start working on it.To me, some or all of these came across as blatant lies, and I will take my business elsewhere if I happen to have need of similar services again. On the plus side, the warranty covered everything.

Terrible ExperienceMy IPhone X is restarting continuously and i took to then for root causing and fixing it. They told they will try to restore it and it will cost 20$ for that. I greed to that. After 10 minutes they told, its not possible to restore and its a hardware issue(board complaint, They didnt charge me).They told, since i dont have Apple care, it will cost $599 + tax . Luckily i took my phone back and next day i went to Apple store and technician then whipped all the data and restored my phone in 10 mins of time(no cost, Also they confirmed my Iphone hardware is 100% good).Please dont blindly believe these guys

Not sure why, but I could sign up for classes with Peach Mac over the internet. Simply Mac says I have to come into the store just to sign up. They charge roughly 40 dollars per class or 99.00 for 3. Not good business at all! When the previous owner charged 99.00 for unlimited classes per year and you could sign up online.

My daughters IPhone 6 had the screen glitch that came with the ios9 update. Went to the store and was blessed with BEN. He explained what happened with new update and the process that needs to be done to correct it. He took my daughter through all the steps to correct the problem. Want to say thanks to Ben. Apple battery replacement protocol should be easy right. WRONG. In fact I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE PROTOCOL!So let me tell you how it should go:- You take your phone in to the authorized 3rd party,- They HAVE to run a diagnostic as per protocol- IF THERE IS ANY HARDWARE DEFECT IT SHOULD NOT, REPEAT, SHOULD NOT STOP YOU from getting your battery replaced.- If you dont believe me, call apple support and put it on speaker in front of them.IF YOU HAVE GOTTEN YOUR BATTERY REPLACED HERE AND GOT CHARGED MORE FOR HARDWARE ISSUES. DEMAND A REFUND!

Not a good place to take your Mac book for reliable repair. I was told my Mac was not fixable, go get a new one. That seemed off, so I Found a hole in the wall computer place that fixed it in less than 24 hours.
