Dillon switched my new 5 lines over and had us out in no time. He took the time to compare plans, promos, and show us accessories that we needed. His customer service is the best Ive had in a cell phone store EVER! He gave me his contact information and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left his store. His coworker Drew even stepped in to join our conversation and made us feel even more at home! Huge shout out to Dillon and the store manager Clay, we are customers for life!
Drew spent 90 minutes helping me get my personal account switched to a business account. The process was long but he was professional and dedicated to task.
Exceptional service. There was a little bit of a wait which is understandable but the service they provided definitely made the wait worth it. I would rather wait and know I was taken care of than have them get me in and out and mess up my account which has happened at other locations. The manager was present most of the time to ensure the rep answered all of my questions and got me taken care of. Will definitely be coming back to this location.
I really liked the people in the store, but when I got my bill; Dillon signed me up for a Security Program I did not ask for. He also told me I had two lines for $70 as part of a promotion plan. When I got my bill, I had two different plans totaling over $90. I have been on phone with Sprint/T-Mobile trying to get it corrected; and they are saying the store was doing wrong things so cant fix my bill. So, I would say no on this store as they say they are doing one thing and then do something completely different.
Don’t bother calling the store as apparently they do not have their ringer on and will not answer. Go in store to ask if they have an item and wait 20+ minutes to even be acknowledged. Told the item is not in stock and would get a call when it was. Never called. Go in again after attempting to call and still wait 20+ minutes to be acknowledged. Still do not have any product in stock and only answer they have for not answering phones is they are short staffed. Definitely not going to give them my money now.

I bought a new phone and couldnt get it to work at all. Apparently it needed to be registered to our account or something? Call center was unhelpful, after going through 4 people in an hour. So I finally went in store where Drew tried everything he could think of to get it to work, but it just kept giving these errors theyd never seen. It was frustrating and I could tell Drew was frustratedwell with me. In the end I went back the next morning and we still couldnt get it to work. Well, my brother had bought a phone that needed Tmobile instead of Sprint (which was the plan we were on) and Drew commented that my phone probably would work without issue on Tmobile as well. Sure enough, here I am typing this review out on my new phone with my now working mobile data.Thank you to Drew who really did his best to help me get my phone connected and working! I really appreciate the effort you put in and the comfort and support I felt when I got too overwhelmed at one point. I had been super frustrated and emotional during this 3 day stuggle but somehow knowing you were doing your best to help really did calm my anxious mind.
Tried 2 stores. The wait was so long at both sites that we could not conduct our business that day. Went back a couple of days later. Helped by Andrew. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. We had a wait time also on this visit but it was much shorter.
Not a real T-Mobile Store. As a former Sprint customer, I couldnt get any of my issues resolved going to this location. They sent me to newnan. Newnan sent my to Fayetteville. I couldnt make it to Fayetteville before they closed...the sage continues. Customer Service is NOT T-mobiles strenght...
They wasted 45 minutes of my time just to tell me I needed to wear a mask or they werent going to serve me. If thats how you treat your customers, Ill take my money somewhere else. States like Florida that are completely open with cases decreasing prove that masks and lockdowns dont work.
Went in to get SIM cards updated to T-Mobile. Short wait outside due to spacing inside....not an issue. Service tech was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Definite customer service improvement versus Sprint service received in past.
Came in from out of town and visited the Peachtree City T-Mobile store. Andrew Deliz was awesome. He helped me with exactly what I needed. He didn’t try to sell me on some extra stuff. I would definitely recommend this store if you need help with your cell phone. Awesome staff and service.

Went in the T-mobile store Peachtree City location. Store clean lots of parking didnt have to wait long. Mr. Dylan was awesome got my screen saver on in and out quick. Awesome staff and service.
This is the best sprint store hands down! Switched from Verizon to sprint yesterday & I got a way better plan with two new phones for way cheaper than what I was paying before. They have amazing deals. I am very pleased with my switch & the customer service is so refreshing!

The staff at this store has always been above and beyond! Even when they are busy the service stays consistently top notch. Shout out to Dillon!!!! He has been there for quite a while now and he is very quick, calm and soooooo polite!

If your buying or upgrading you will get the best service ever! If you have a problem you really have a problem. I called support that told me to visit my local store. Go to my local store they tell me to call support. Also be very careful of their contracts.

We switched from ATT to Sprint at this location this past weekend. The customer service was phenomenal!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and answered ALL our thousand questions, and on top of that gave us a crazy great deal! Now we have great new phones, a great plan, and we could not be happier with the service at this store! It is refreshing to feel like you will actually be taken care of when you make a big switch like this!

Dillon was great! After being told by someone at Sprint in Newnan that something couldnt be done, I went to Peachtree City and Dillion took care of it quickly and efficiently with no problem. Will always go to PTC with any issue from now on.

Went in to purchase a phone and an Otterbox case. We stood there for about 30 min and no one would help us. The two employees were having fun telling funny jokes and cool stories while we waited. We finally left and bought our Sprint phone at Sams and the otterbox case from Verizon. We did call to make a complaint and the district manager said, “What do you want me to do about it?”.

I called to check the IMEI number of a phone that I want to purchase from someone to make sure that it isnt stolen or black listed. So when I called the first time, the lady put me on hold for roughly 5 minutes and then just hung up on me..(I guess she was tired of hearing it ring). So I figured it was a mistake and I called back again. She seemed very aggravated and asked if I could call back later sometime because her and the other staff member was dealing with a customer. That was VERY rude because I too am a customer with Sprint! I spend my money with this company just like the other customer that she was tending to, but to make it seem like my request didnt matter and that I could just go online and look it up really made me want to call back and tell her how I felt!

We arrived late in the day, when one might expect employees to be tired and perfunctory with their service. Instead, Nysha and Breanna were as upbeat and helpful as if it was first thing in the morning. They helped us make the right changes for our family plan and recommended good accessories to keep our new phones (and existing phones) safe. I drive to Peachtree City specifically to do my phone business at this Sprint store. All of the employees Ive encountered there have been helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Breanna and Nysha are great, and their good attitudes make me glad I switched over to Sprint.
Went in and bought a brand new phone but the phone had a faulty charging port and now they are saying that I will be charged to replace it. It’s been 3 weeks since this phone was purchased if I could give this review 0 stars I would. Thanks for your help Katie!!!!

We got what we needed in terms of phones and plans, but we also received differing quotes and details from what I was told by the online reps. Im initially paying more the first month due to the way they set me up as well, but it should be corrected the second month. Seems there is a lot of competition between the store and online reps for the entry of the sale which is detrimental to the customer.
