Easiest trip to a Verizon store ever. Jordan was extremely helpful. He was even able to help another customer while getting me set up. Won’t be going to another cooperate store again. Walked in on a Saturday at 6pm with a broken phone, left in 20 minutes with a brand new activated phone. No push sales tactics on accessories. A+ completely satisfied.

This is the only Verizon store we’ll go to! It’s amazing! Top notch customer service. Jordan went above and beyond this last time we were in there. He even picked me out a phone case and put a screen protector on for me. This busy mama to a five month old didn’t have to lift a finger to change over her phone.

My first ever google review that is well deserved. Jordan saved me from a lot of headache on Sunday. I bought a brand new phone from the corporate Verizon in PTC, I dealt with them from 3:30-5:30. They promised all was well and everything was working. I left and then received a call meant for my mom. They upgraded my moms line after confirming my phone number 3 times. At this time, they were already closed.Jordan at the Kedron Village location fixed everything within twenty minutes. He was so polite and professional in getting the situation fixed. I was livid when I walked in but definitely walked out of there smiling with a phone that actually works. I seriously could not thank him enough.

My mom needed a new phone for years and we finally talked her into getting 1. Joe was so nice and helpful and patient and kind with my mom buying her new iPhone. He even helped her set it up I was not pushy about buying things she didnt want.

I went in on Sunday because a tablet we have through Verizon was malfunctioning and we needed a replacement. I was prepared to pay the full retail price for the new one as we were in the middle of our contract. The employee was able to tell me what the prices were for various tablets without the contract discounts, but would not sell me one unless I started a new line of service with them. I guess if you have a device break while youre still under contract, this isnt the store to go to.

This place is worse than a used car dealership. I came here with the intent of upgrading my wifes phone. I knew which phone I wanted and what the fees were going to be, prior to walking in the store. Joe, was doing the bait and switch the entire time I was in the store. Trying to get us to buy accessories (so wed get a discount). I called BS on it.Finally as we are checking out, he said we HAD to have the insurance plan on the phone for the 10 day warranty, and we couldnt cancel it until there had been a billing cycle. I thought this was fishy, so I called Verizon directly a day after we made the phone purchase. Turns out, not only did we not need the insurance for a month, Joe signed us up for the total replacement warranty. I can see he is trying to get commission anyway possible... Also, Verizon verified that there isnt a discount if you buy accessories.Best way to upgrade is to do it online. I would avoid this store like the plague. Lies... Lies... and more lies. Plus, youll save yourself the $40 activation fee they get for upgrading in person.I love Verizon as a carrier, however this location is fraudulent. I would switch carries before I ever went back into this location.

Best Verizon Store in Peachtree City Area! I went to the Kedron store today to update my phone. Joe helped me and was the most professional and knowledgeable associate Ive ever worked with. He was able to troubleshoot all of the issues and my phone is perfect!! I highly recommend this store and Joe! His level of customer service can not be surpassed.

I was originally being helped but another employee but she wasn’t knowledgeable on how to start an account on prepaid; the SIM card wasn’t taking at first but Joe stepped in and figured out a solution, it was a time consuming task but he got the job done. I recently visited this location and I have to say I am truly satisfied. Than went above and beyond to ensure I received an excellent customer service. He took the time to answer all my questions throughly and clarify some confusion that I had. He made sure I knewto use my phone before leaving the store. There were no hidden charges or fees because everything was done with transparency. This is not your average retail store in which reps don’t care about the customer. Visit this location you won’t regret it and make sure you ask for Than. He’s very knowledgeable the best really. He gained a loyal customer with his 5/5 star service.

Helped fix my phone

You will undoubtedly get the best of the best service at this particular Verizon. We came in yesterday to switch carriers, and both Tony and Olivia were educated in what they were selling! They were great sales associates that truly had your interests in mind. They did not try to make you purchase miscellaneous things just to get more money. They even stayed a little over an hour extra after closing time to get us all completely situated before we left. They did not rush us always having our best interest in mind. We are definitely going to this Verizon in Peachtree City from now on! Thank you, Tony and Olivia!

Manager of this location, Kelsey, is the best! So happy this store is under new management - I seriously wanted to cry tears of happiness by the time I left. Kelsey took the time to figure out how to solve all of our issues and made sure we would get the best value on our plan. Super professional and knowledgable.

I walked in a few days ago to see if they had a case for my galaxy phone. A bald older african american came to help me. He was quite nice but he had a distinct odor coming from him. He tried to sell the case but the smell was quite pungent and distracting. I could not buy the case.

Went to the location about an issue with my phone and was assisted by Marcus, who was very informative and helpful and helped me with an upgrade and adding new lines for the promotions. Very fast and knowledgeable and was able to help with set up and making sure we gained everything we needed for our phones. Thanks Marcus

In and out! The girl with the red hair helped me upgrade to the 7plus super quick with no problems and I got a new case too. Although the stools hurt my butt, I wasnt there for long. Great customer service! Cute chick too. I used to be with TMobile and I would be in there for hours trying to fix small problems. Not with Verizon. Good Job! Worth the switch.

I had the most amazing experience here while replacing two broken phones within a week (I just cant stop dropping them). The customer service was the best Ive ever had anywhere. Olivia helped me the first time and, Montagious the second. Both worked hard to get me the best deal available. Im still shocked. Between replacing the two phones, Sean helped me by showing me how to use my new phone. He spent a lot of time with me teaching me tricks and explaining how to everything works. You have to come to this Verizon location.

I dont like going to corporate locations because a lot of times, you are just a number but not here! Bronz took the time to get to know me and determine what would be best for my needs and budget. He made the process simple and explained what changes I could expect on my bill. Working with him was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending to others!

This store is seriously understaffed. And while it might be a bit quicker than the corporate Verizon store-which is always crowded, they have some issues with their selling process. First, terribly understaffed-most times one person working, and they keep promising that someone else in on their way. Second, they charge you to activate the phone ($20 each) which they let you use to offset the price of their overpriced accessories.Verizon does not do this, just their standard $40/line Third, their screen savers are poor quality, so they sell you a replacement deal that costs as much as the saver itself--but of course, they dont explain that up front. No wonder, since they break on the first day of use. Hmmm. Finally, they are not knowledgable of the Verizon system and set up my phones incorrectly. Overall, a more than poor experience. Save yourself the pain and go to a Verizon store or better yet, do it all online.

I had a wonderful experience here with the store staff. Not certain the corporate folks know how important this store is to keeping Verizon customers. If Id had to deal with the other Verizon store in this city, Id be a Sprint customer today. Better data plan new phones and great customer service.

I came to the Verizon store because my phone had a totally white screen I had no idea what was going on they were some people in here I waited for a bit and then the assistant Timothy Dennis Timothy was so helpful and He quickly apologized for any wait I had experienced and then he waited 2 1/2 hours with me to get my issues resolved so I could walk out of here with a phone and he did a wonderful job he made the night pleasant and he was a very very customer friendly individual and I wanted to sing his praises!

Although I assumed that it was a corporate store, they were Kelsey Lucas was very nice, helpful, and patient. They have better customer service than other franchise stores.

I had the absolute worst experience at this Verizon. DO NOT have Tony help you in the store. He seemed like a super honest super nice guy trying to help me get a good deal on a phone. He told me there were no extra charges on my phone bill for activation fees or other fees because of the Black Friday special. When I got my bill back it was charged SIX HUNDRED dollars on my verizon bill. Do not waste your time with Tony. Choose a different Verizon location.

I just switched to Verizon and purchased a Note 8 at this location. Bronz provided exceptional service, helped me out with choosing the best accessories, and really made me feel like a valued customer! I will be back for future purchases, and I highly recommend this location!

I normally dread trips to the store because the sales people either act like youre bothering them or try to talk you into so much stuff but I had an awesome experience! On Sunday, I worked with Bronz who was both professional & friendly. Hes the assistant manager and rightly so! He didnt get annoyed when I asked him dozens of questions about my plan and my upgrade and all different phones. Hes also a lil cutie ;) Anyway, it was a pleasant visit and Ill definitely go back to see him at this location!

Today I had an awesome experience with Verizon representative Montagious in the Peachtree City location. From the time I entered the store I received excellent customer service. He was very professional, well dressed, huge smile and very knowledable of the product.
