For real, If youre gonna close hella early and google says open 24 hours ya know dont dare update the time. Literally my 5th time coming here around 10 and they closed. Tf

Literally 4 or 5 times a week they lock the door at 9 and say reopening at 530 due to lack of employees. Theres 3 people inside right now. Judging by all the cars in your parking lot trying to get every night, theres plenty of people working late. Find some. Find new management. Or sell it to QuikTrip. Get it together folks.

Im only giving it a one because I cant score it any lower. The store now randomly closes & locks its doors states that you can ring the bell and get service through a window but nobody ever comes to the window and it seems like the employees just hide out in the back tonight have to do their job.

We had fueled our motorcycle in this gas station. We got amazed by the friendly approach of the assigned gasoline boy. He was very diligent and courteous. We highly appreciate the service. Keep it up! 5stars for this station!!

I don’t understand how you can be 24 hours but yet can open doors for customers.... I get you’re the only employee how ever completely ignoring everyone is not the way to go you could of at least acknowledged us people standing out side . Knocking on the door, calling the store, etc we sat there for 30 mins trying to get your attention. If y’all are understaffed start hiring people don’t ignore those who give you a business to employ . Poor customer service if all other gas stations can do it so can you. If Waffle House can do it so can you .I could understand if y’all didn’t have cameras .

10:24 pm April 24th and the doors are locked. Not a single sign saying they’ll be closed for any reason whatsoever. Only time it says they would be closed is between 2-3am for cleaning and believe it or not 10pm isnt 2 or 3am. Employee ignored everyone outside trying to get stuff from inside and is having a great time listening to music and possibly eating 🤦🏼‍♀️Update: employees being rude to teenagers outside tryin to get a slushee saying “just go”Update PT 2: Saw them outside and asked why they’re closed and they had an attitude. Sheesh. Never met someone here that acts like thatUpdate: came back during night shift (since it’s a 24 hour gas station) and they are closed again? Slowly but surely this gas station is going down in quality 🤦🏼‍♀️ Employee is outside with a group of friends too

Never open at the same time. It’s says it 24 hours but it’s not I have a feeling associate sleep on the job and that’s the reason it’s never open at the same time. Today Saturday December 12 at 5am and it’s close and there’s a note saying that they are open at 6am but no associate at vision. I bet there sleeping in the back what happens to the customers that have cash and need gas. False advertising it’s not 24 hours. It’s more whatever the associate wants to sleep hours.

No paper towels in any of the dispensers and the windshield water cleaner had not been serviced in a while.

I went in this store today and Shay was extremely rude to me. She is nasty and should not hold a managers position. I will be reporting here to corporate tomorrow. I’m so upset and. She ruined my day because of a price issue.

I was attempting to purchase coffee at the Peachtree City GA Racetrack, The associate name McKayla took my cash payment and place my tickets on the counter she refused and I asked her again she said no walked away and then stated that I could stand there all day and she still not picking up my tickets, because of her safety. I then stated you cant pick up my tickets for safety reasons but you not the assisted manger are notwnot mask. McKayla then said she was not going to pick up my tickets and what was going to do about it. I for the manager,oh she was next to her also not wearing the mandatory mask that is required my Racetrack Management. I told them both that I was going to be getting in touch with corporate, and Jamie says what did I do I can make her pick it up. I asked for a refund several times, the Jamie Finally gives it to me. Left to go get my phone and returned to the store,Jamie runs to the back, then Dee or whoever the assistant manager name Is to McKayla to run tithe back, the she told mr that I needed to leave. The assistant manager who is African American was the only following company procedures.oh I called corporate and requested that they review the cameras, as long as I am alive and well I will never returned to that store.

The Blue Raspberry Slushee machine never works. EVER. I’ve been three days in a row. Also they don’t know how to pick up the phone. I called 6 times and got no response. Also they never have sample cups for the fro yo! Fix your slushee machine and move to the phone faster. Get sample cups too.

They are not open 24hrs. False alarm...

They still dont have XL cups and still charge $1 for a fountain drink. Inflation by decreasing volume. Stinks.

Hey Racetrac Corp, PLEASE develop a system where us customers can sign up to get our receipts via email...you know, like The Home Depot offers Pro customers. Half of the time your pumps dont give receipts at certain locations. Do you realize how just having that amenity will further separate your brand and increase your sales? We, the people, love convenience. Do that, please. Love the ice here! Its my ice spot too!

They are awesome at this Race Trac!!! I will drive from Newnan just to come to this particular Race Trac. The manager, Ashley is amazing and most all her employees are top notch. For example: Katherine, Jamie, and Destiny...they were all very helpful yesterday, Friday April 9th, 2020 and its that kind of help, smiles, attitude, friendlies, and relationship between the customer and the clerks there. Thats why I drive 🚗 out of my way just to shop with them. Keep up the good work yall. Ill see you guys sometime today Im sure. 😉😜😃

We came in looking to purchase a quick lunch for ourselves and our child. The pizza was supposed to be cooked at 11 am and it was right after 11 when we came in. I would have not had a problem waiting but the woman behind the counter just stood and stared at us instead of starting the pizza. Needless to say we left.

Always easy in, easy out. They keep it very clean, and the staff is always friendly. Gas prices are always reasonable.

Great place there every Sunday with my father whos in memorycare down the road.Robert the manager b4 he moves on figured all this out and went out of his way to make my father welcome the new manager the last few weeks has grown on me and also makes a genuine effort to make a 92 year old dementia patient feel welcome.just letting you know, up their pay which probably isnt enough for what they deal with.StraightUp

Love coming in here to grab my favourite snacks and fountain drink. Staff is always helpful and you cant go wronh with the amount of items found. They even have boiled peanuts. Its very clean also!!

This has station is pretty nice, but their gas seems to make my car run funny. So I just get snacks and goodies on my way into work.

They are not open 24 hrs. They are open when they want to be open. And Its never the same times. Make sure you call before try and go up there...….

Customer service here at this racetrac is excellent. I am generally happily greeted upon entrance. Spoken nicely to while im there, and leave feeling better than when i entered. This is a good example of customer service in my opinion.
