These people are AMAZING! We bought a truck that we found out had so many problems. Ecksteins has gone out of their way to to everything possible to fix our truck. They get us in as soon as they can and stand by their work. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the work you have done to help us out!!!

I had to take my car in 3 times and my truck in twice. Both were still way out of alignment. They lied to me about online struts being worse for alignments. They lied to me about my truck needing 4 wheel alignment when the rear wheels have no adjustments. There were adjustments that needed to be made that never got touched. The rear track bar on my car has to be replaced because it cant move which means they never made that adjustment. And even though my vehicles were never correct I still had to pay. $130 and a lot of my time wasted.
