I needed a repair to our Honda CR-V on the exhaust side. Advanced Auto Parts came recommended. I made an appointment for early morning and was out door under an hour. The technician showed me where the repair was needed & how he would complete it. Completely satisfied with results and cost.

Very helpful as always especially given my trips there usually involve 1 off builds so Im cant tell them a vehicle but rather the size of things I need.

The parts man not only knew what I needed but put the parts on for me free of charge and with a smile.. and it was hot 🔥 outside today too. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts I will be back for any other parts my car should need. Putting the part on was a bonus for me.

Don’t trust the employees they will mess you over every time.

If you get the right people its great service never let you down. If they dont have what you need they will definitely get it for you

Great place to go if I trust a minimum wage person to tell me what parts I need. And yes I was asked if my 4runner had 4wheel drive while looking for a set of wiper blades! Great guys and gals.

Terrible customer service. I have been here 3 different times in the last 3 weeks. Each time I had my items on the counter waiting to be checked out. After 10 mins of waiting I asked for help and was ignored on 2 of my visits and left leaving my items on the counter. The last time I asked if anyone was going ring up my purchase and both employees looked up from their computers then looked back down without answering. Needless to say I left again without buying what I needed. I will go to AutoZone from now on
