Honesty is not something that you would normally think of with a car dealership. There are countless stories out there of crooked salesmen and people getting taken advantage of.When my 90 year old grandma told me that she needed a new car and wanted my help, I had to think long and hard, plus do some research on reputable dealers and salesmen to ensure that she wouldnt get taken advantage of.We settled on Ray Dennison, which seems to stand out among the other dealers in reviews and word of mouth.We were promptly greeted by the salesman, Chris Kamp. After going through her needs and budget to settle on just the right car, he worked extra hard to get it into her price range. Then, after the deal was done, spent an extra hour or so with her to explain all of the new features that are technologically far advanced from her old car.When we left, there wasnt even the slightest feeling of being taken advantage of, but a feeling of relief that we had found the right deal at the right place with the right salesman.Even a month after the sale when she had a problem with the car (which turned out to be her not understanding how to read the new display properly,) he took the time out of his day to come to her aid and help her.I must say that Chris has restored our faith in dealerships. While Im not in the market for a new vehicle, as Im moving out of the country soon, I would have to say that if I were, this is where I would go. Without a doubt, I would have Chris be my salesman.

As always, Ray Dennison Chevrolet was super easy to work with for my service needs. I had made an appointment to get brakes replaced and was given time estimate for the work to be completed. Love receiving the initial email and then the reminder text about the appointment. I was welcomed by a friendly staff member at each step of the process. Added bonus: the replacement was completed in a much shorter amount of time. Cant say enough good things! Every staff member is friendly, efficient, and always helpful. Highly recommend the Ray Dennison team!

As I spoke with Jeff (service manager) and explained to him. I dont hold Ray Dennison INC, him, or anyone at the dealership responsible. They were just doing their jobs and fixed my Colorado. In fact Jeff went well above and beyond to helping me. However, I do have a problem/issue with the product. My electronic steering assist went bad on my 2016 Colorado. It has 76,000 miles and is out of warranty. Of the 76,000 miles, at least 95% of those miles are on highway, traveling to Virginia from Illinois to visit family, not towing, or hauling large payloads and not being mistreated in any way. Ive had all of my service work performed at Dennison and even bought tires and had them installed there. There is no reason for the steering to go out on any vehicle that is being used as gently as I drive it. The thing that upset me the most was that in 2015 Chevy had a recall on Colorados for the exact same reason. I brought it to Jeffs attention and even though he worked to get me a 50% reimbursement on the repair, it still shakes my confidence about the reliability of this vehicle. Though I wouldnt have been happy, I could have understood the steering going out on the truck if I was abusive, or off-roading it, hauling heavy payloads, etc. While I do appreciate the effort Jeff put into getting me the reimbursement, when the time comes for a new vehicle, Ill be looking for a different product.

I enjoyed my “waiting room experience” while waiting for my oil to be changed. I was greeted with a huge smile from the get go! My salesman and my finance guy came out to say “hi”. The oil change and tire rotation was quick. However I was extremely disappointed with my car wash. It was brought back wet, the dust wasn’t even cleaned off the back of the car. I expected the treatment I had when I first came it with a spot free car when I left. I had to completely rewash and wipe dry to get all the water spots off! Very very disappointing from my usually happy experience there.

Experience was great, service was prompt and well communicated. Only thing I would have thought would be after spending $7500 my vehicle would have been washed to rid any fluids or handprints from it. Little things to go above and beyond make a big difference.

To be truthful my wife and I stopped in to visit. We had been talking about trading down the line but didn’t feel now was the right time. The vehicle we were driving the mpg wasn’t good at all. I went in to talk to John Dennison the next thing you know they pushed it outside so we could drive it. To make a long story short that afternoon we left in our new Colorado. We’ve bought from Ray Dennison for years and can’t even imagine going anywhere else.

I had the greatest experience here. I bought a used vehicle in February. The sales team is very nice and professional, especially that of my salesman, Scott Hansen. He greeted me outside in the snow, took me inside and made it feel as if I had been there before even though it was my first time ever being there. He built up a great rapport, was very clear about the sale and easy to understand. This dealership holds up on a deal and goes above and beyond for their customers! This was my first time buying a car on my own, and everyone at Ray Dennison was SO nice and knowledgeable, not at all pushy or high pressure! My situation wasn’t favorable, my 2015 Equinox went belly up and I still owed $12,900 on the car! John Dennison worked really hard to find me something that wouldn’t slaughter my budget, and my sales consultant was Scott Hansen and he made the whole interaction wonderful and did not add ANY stress to an already stressful situation. They bent over backwards and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I will definitely be coming back when it’s time to upgrade!

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They handed me the receipt showing everything was completed. Found out when I got it home that the tire rotation was not done. I went in and complained in service department the next day. Date of service was 9-9-21 at 2:30pm.

I went in for an oil change an they did an amazing job. They hooked the computer up to my suv to scan for codes to see what may be wrong. Its the camshaft.. My engine light is on. The camshaft part needs to be checked out because the oil change hasnt fixed the problem. My fiance reset the engine light and it came back on right after. They also noticed that my windshield wipers were really bad an replaced them for me. Thank you.

Ive bought 3 cars from this dealership. It was all smiles when everything goes right. But when I wrecked my car it was a diferent story. Poor communication, and feel I was mislead on the loaner car I never received. 3 cars. I wont be buying the next here. Or at any sister company.

First time car buyer an I couldnt be happier with my purchase!! It feels like my second baby! Everyone was so nice an helpful an they make you feel as if they really want to help put you in a car no matter your situation. It was so simple and quick. No one was pushy an only wanted to get me what worked for me financially!!

Purchased 4 cars over the last 30 years, Although took my van in for a module to be put on .Was told that the part would be $450.00 and labor, $120.00.Thought it sounded fair, but added fixing a door handle and installing a new lock in my drivers door, it jumped to over $1445.00! Picked up the truck, never had any problems with it shifting, now it wont shift into second, third !The door handle I had them to replace costs, 61.02, although the labor took them over 3.5 hours at $120.00 per hour of a total of over $400.+The lock in my door wasnt repaired because they said the arms for the lock in the door was missing, although no one has touched that doors mechanisms since I bought it 10 years ago, so I guess they disinigrated! They told me it would cost 1200.00 to repair the door, which I declined. My van is only worth mind you,$750.00!!!Now I have been in small business for over 45 years, and have Never charged twice to anyone after giving them a estimate, Id be in prison.They did put it on the computer as I requested although I was charged, $96.00 for that and $96.00 labor, I was also charged, $96.00 for visually looking at my broken seat belt, but it also wasnt repaired, I have been cheated, and will further this complaint not only with them, but also with BBB and States Attorney General. . I am a Senior and I know there are associations that will investigate fraud.To, Jeff, the service mgr. Who told me he saw how much for the install of the handle was and, said hed get back to me last Friday but no longer than yesterday, more or less just blew me off! They did refund $ back but before I took it in I had no transmission problems shifting and now I do. Whats with that?!

Not real happy about service this time. Tire pressure was not checked or rotated. Oil usage sensor was not reset. In the past 10 years I have not had any issues with your service, but this time I not sure I can trust you any more

I go here for all of my service needs since I bought my car from them. I am very disappointed.Edited to add: I emailed them as asked over a month ago and have not received a reply or phone call back. What a joke.
