I came in today for a battery for my truck and the manager Rick L has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me figure why my truck won’t run right. After a few trips he helped me fix all of my issues’s. In my opinion this man needs a raise for being here in his day off to help me.

Rick and Dean were so incredibly helpful during my visit today. They were quick to direct me to all of the different products that I needed and helped me make informed decisions without trying to upsell me anything or suggesting things that I didn’t need. They organized themselves to be able to help other customers while quickly installing the different items on my vehicle. There were some challenges and obstacles with my vehicle, but they navigated it well and made sure I was taken care of. Really appreciate their customer service and attitude! It’s evident that they care about their customers and want them to leave taken care of.

Had a check engine light come on in my Corvette on a Sunday. Went to Autozone for their free check engine light diagnosis. Due to Covid SCAMdemic, theyre not allowed to get in your car, but they gave me the tool. I plugged it into the port & brought it back in. It was the MAS air sensor, luckily they had one for my car. I changed it out in 10 minutes, light went off & away I went! Imagine how much the diagnostic & sensor change wouldve been at a dealership! Going forward, Ill be stopping at Autozone first! Thanks guys!

I was in from out of town and my check engine light came on. I stopped at Auto Zone and a manager (Rick L) came out to my vehicle and discovered a dirty air filter and broken vacuum line. Not only did he get me the right parts but came out and installed it! I was by myself so having someone who knew how to do it correctly was a life saver. My vehicle is running better than before I left for the trip! Great customer service! Thank you!

We took our mini van in to have the battery checked, and the store manager, Rick L, came right out to assist us as soon as I popped the hood. He got all of the equipment needed for that as well as helped with replacing a washer nozzle in the hood. He was very personable and we joked back and forth while his associates got parts for us and Rick and Paul another employee installed the new battery for us and continued to joke back and forth with my husband and myself. We really enjoyed our service, and I always insist on going to AutoZone to check out whatever is wrong with my car. They always have the parts in stock if I need them, and even have installed a few batteries for me over the years. They also never pressure to buy something if youre not comfortable with the price too!

Misplaced parts and wrong price signage on oil products an filters an wouldnt honor price. There was one! Employee there that waited on us an was very helpful. He even said that since it was labeled wrong they would most likely give it to us at that price since we had already got everything we needed an was at the checkout with it all. He was also shocked at his managers actions. The manager never even spoke to us even when he walked by shaking his head an we asked him about it he didnt even stop to tell us anything. He simply dismissed us as no bodies!! Well your customers are everything an only thing you got as a business. An all Ive seen this business do is throw out empty hearted apologies after the fact and not make any effort to make things right or even offer an incentive to return to your store!!! Its sad how you treat your customers!!

Over priced and under staffed. Just go to OReillys and save yourself the time, money and hassle of having to wait 15 minutes just to pay for an over priced item. I promise you will spend on average $2-$3 more per item at AutoZone.

Rick in Pekin IL was absolutely amazing. Headlight out and he found the right one and installed it. Very difficult to change in a Jeep and he did it all! Rick was fantastic! Can say enough about it!! Will definitely go there for anymore auto needs!!!

I get batteries, wiper blades and odds and ends here. They will check batteries, alternators, and do a diagnostic check for free. Some of the staff is very knowledgeable about technical aspects and some can just help you in the store. Overall its a good store

Its close to home which is pretty convenient. Would give 5 stars but their system misled me into buying the wrong size car battery. Normally Id overlook this cause nothing is perfect and they are friendly folks but things like this seem to happen frequently here

Ive always trusted Auto Zone for all of my car care needs, but today there was a new girl who was just learning the system. She just needs more training and she will get better. Other than that, she was very helpful.

I dont have enough words to describe my gratitude for the help I received at Autozone in Pekin, IL. I stopped there couple weeks ago to check my car. I work at all local hospitals and was that day on call for Pekin hospital. My car is very important to me especially when I had to go in and out to ER many times a day.Jen and Jess were working that day and they were very experienced and knowledgable. They checked my car and knew right away what I needed. I had the replacement for the part in my trunk and asked if they would be so kind to change it for a fee. Jess and Jen said it wasnt the usual procedure, I needed to purchase it from Autozone to be replaced. And suddenly they noticed my scrubs and badge and asked if I worked at the hospital .. I said I was.. This ladies looked at me and said Thank you for what I was doing and that they really appreciate what I was doing.. I almost started to cry especially after busy night being very tired. They said they will put my part in for no charge. And they did and thanked me again. I was speechless and offered to pay for the work and once again they said it was their honor to help me as frontline worker in this pandemic. I was in tears.I think they are frontline workers! I think because people like Jen and Jess we will win this fight. I think Autozone and city of Pekin have to be proud of such people! Thank you for your help!Please forward it to higher management, they should to know and be proud for such employees who went above and beyond to help complete stranger and thanked me for my work. Autozone just saved me over $80, I went in to buy a headlight for my explorer after being quoted $105 to change my headlight elsewhere. I went in with the intention of changing it when I got home, but they offered to change it for me since the headlight is easy to get to in my vehicle. Now, I call that customer service! I will definitely be back here for any other purchases I need to make for both of my vehicles! Thanks guys!

The girl that works there likes to condescend to the customers. I had called ahead. I said I needed brakes at the counter...knowing I needed disc pads. Before j could say brake pads, she felt it necessary to make it known not once, but twice that I had said brakes. Not sure what that matters, since the gentleman I spoke to on the phone had already pulled what I needed from the back room. Very uncomfortable standing there with her waiting for my payment to run. I kept it cordial. On a different day, Id have taken the time to address the issue. Just damn rude.

Ten minutes to closing and they put me on hold ... never picked up, never answered. thanks! guess they wanted to bail early

Wow .. I spend Alot of MONEY..in auto zone over 10g an then youll take my rewards away not right have gave me put may 3 times.so be nice to have my trucks with the parts that I was originally should have received the first time or my 💰 back that never happened.

My name is Michael Neal I called Saturday 3-23-2019 for a lower radiator hose Jessica told me they would hold it for me when my friend got there she was very rude to her and told her they didnt have anything on hold for me whats up with the employees being rude to the customers?they all act like they are mechanic and know whats going on but have look things up on thier computer lol

Really.. I had to go back cause they had the wrong spark plugs and had to choose different brand and pay more cause all the boxes that were cheaper were all wrong. Get it together guys
