This is the best place to go, you wont meet any nicer people, and there work is A+++++. I will continue going back and will recommend them to everyone I talk to.I thought I needed breaks on the front of my vehicle because I was told I did by a dealer ship, they checked them out ans said they dont know who told me I needed breaks but they could not find anything wrong with them, saved me some money and tells me, these are people that care about their customers and are not in just for the almighty dollar. Otherwise they could have just did the job I requested and stuck it to me, like the dealer ship did to me before. Thank you Epic!!!

Epic has always treated our family very well. Andy and Steven were fantastic auto mechanics and did a very nice job with our cars. I would always drop our car off using their night deposit box and then contact them the following day for repairs.Thanks Andy and Steven !! Great to have competant mechanics when needed !!

I used to always go here until yesterday, after which I can confidently say DONT GO HERE. Scheduled two appointments for 8 am to get oil changed and tires rotated on two cars. Was told two technicians would be on staff so it wouldnt take more than an hour. Upon arrival with our two children, we were greeted with a waiting room that was 42 DEGREES according to the thermostats on the wall, if youre comfortable with no heat thats fine but dont forget your customers especially with young children.Thats not even the best part! We waited until 8:50 after which the technicians came back in and had BOTH forgotten to rotate the tires on the two cars (even though the appointment book said tire rotations)...PLUS one car can only take synthetic oil, which apparently they didnt notice until after they put the old oil in, which essentially could void my manufacturers warranty if they found out. But since they couldnt get me back in until after 1pm which did not work for me, I had to go pay to get my oil REchanged after I paid them for the bad oil. I regret even paying these guys, and having no heat in your building in the middle of sub freezing weather is an absolute joke. Thanks for nothing...
