Shawna is the best worker that I have experienced with through any phone company! She is always helpful with anything you need! I got a liquid screen protector from her and she got no bubbles which the last guy had put on my other phone! I will continue to always go to her for my business.

I like this place. They help try to be as helpful as she can. My cell phone is still locked under another provider, so I could not change. Cricket wireless cant do anything about that.

Im very happy I switched to Cricket !!! The staff is friendly and capable of answering all your questions. I love that flat rate priced phone plans with no hidden fees or taxes. Such a relief to know how much my bill will be with no sneaky charges slipped in unlike Verizon.Now I do find at times there are some locations Im not able to get service. They do have WiFi calling capability though if you choose to use it.

I got a message on my phone to pay my bill when I had already paid it. When I got there I showed my reciet that I paid and she said I owed a $1.00 which I found strange. Never happened before.

We were trying to switch over from AT&T and the woman working not only didnt know what she was doing, but gave us horrible customer service. We had picked out our phones but then she couldnt get our account number to work. She then started helping other customers and completely ignored us. After spending 1.5 hours there, we just walked out and decided to give the Lincoln store a try. He got our account number to work on the first try and we were out in 40 min. If she didnt know what she was doing I wish she had said so instead of leaving us sit and ignoring us. We will definitely do our business in Lincoln from now on.

NOT HAPPY! The sales rep at this store lied to my face about an activation fee. I specifically asked if I would have to pay a fee if I switched my phone online instead of in store with them, and he said YES that either way Id have to pay that fee. Well (no) SURPRISE, he lied to me. I called to try to get a credit for being lied to and they said they cant give credits that it is all done through headquarters and told me to call 611. Well wouldnt you know it, the STORE has to credit the $ because they are the ones who receive and benefit from the activation fees, not corporate. Disgusted by the run around and hope to educate others not to be duped by the sales team in the store. They just want you to spend more than is necessary so they get the $/commission. KNOW YOUR FACTS!!!
Staff was friendly and professional. Had some tech issues due to the phones I brought with me, staff stayed 45 minutes past close so I could leave with a working phone. Great experience.

This is the worst service provider I have ever had. As well as the staff and the customer service at this store and 611. If you like getting to talk on the phone for three minutes than get disconected this is the right provider for you. If you like getting lied to by their employees at this store than this store is for you. I bought my wife and I two new phones from this location and has been nothing but a headache. Calls are constantly dropped and I do mean constantly. This phone service would be perfect for jails or prison where you get very limited time because you wont be on the phone long before you are disconnected. Ive talked to other people with cricket and they say they have the same problem. Ill have someone call me right in front of me and my phone doesnt even register a call. Or it will say something along the lines this caller is not in the calling zone. Which no one and I mean no one Ive talked to their customer support for hours multiple days can explain. Mind you we live a mile from a tower. Thats it a mile. I call 611 and my phone not physically but however they do it is being worked on by their specialist team. Which they text after Im lied about how long it will take verbatum by investigation, their is poor/low coverage within your location. Dropped calls, and slow/ sporadic data might occur as well from time to time. We do apologize for the inconvenience. The case Wil be closed now. have a great day! Heres the kicker I call before I give them my info and ask how the tower service for pekin il 61554 is they say verbatum that the towers working fine, no outage, no planned maintenance. Get this I have this audio recorded and still nothing gets done about my phone service. If you like to hear mhm, Im so sorry, and lied to constantly by an establishment this is the right provider for you. Ive done everything they have said had my phone pinged to tower supposedly by 611 promised a call back multiple times by the guy since he says to restart phone guess what no call back. Get this I call back wait on hold agian to explain situation and the girl laughs and says the guy who promised a call back didnt even put his name down in computer how hes supposed to. I have insurance on both phones. I get told I can get a phone for free if you mail our phones to them and think they said takes 5 business days or so to get new devices.or you can get phone over nighted but you will be charged security deposit untill they get your old phones. It went something along those lines. Sean the kid who works there says hes never had a problem with cricket and been there about a year. Mind you he purchased an unlocked ASUS phone that was told has cricket service. He also says when I go in there that when I called it didnt disconnect. Acting like Im lieing wasting my off time from work the hours upon hours on the phone with customer service. Heres another fact for you I was on the phone last night with cricket from around 7 pm to around 10 something so I was either hung up on or disconected by 9!!! Different employees each one I said I have disconnection problems so if the phone hangs up please give me a call. I didnt get one call back untill my phone finally died on the 10th! Person who I had write down verbatum the employees named and their badge numbers. So who knows if they will even face any administrative action. One time I called the call center it sounded like their was a party going on and could hear a bunch of loud clapping. Ive had one 611 support employee tell me they use at&t towers but they use a diferent system. Ive asked can I just get two new same exact model phones we have so I dont have to pay anything or go without a phone and still no. The employee Sean when I first got my phone in there just had his friend hanging out in there and telling people about phones like he works there. Zachery did sim swap told us sim card just had numbers on them thats it after asked if would lose anything. I lost my contacts and couldnt be put back on. Much more to write ran out of space allowed...
