They keep changing my contract date. They said March 1 2021 I could take Mt cameras off my account. Which cameras never worked they told me nothing could be done. I could sell them if I wanted. I called us cellular March 3 2021 about taking them off my contract they said I still have 16 months left. Every time I call I get a different answer an year added on. Watch your contract. They do not stand behind there word

Bought 4 phones and all kinds of accessories. Added insurance to every phone. When they were selling us the contract and phone, we were their best friends and the most important people in the world, when it comes time to file a claim on a broken phone.... well lets just say they had no clue who we were and. Gave us the number for the claim company, couldnt get anywhere with the claim company, called the store back asking for help, they said, we dont do anything with the insurance..... I understand it is a separate company but they should at least be able to help you get the claim filed. Instead of just shipping you to a number that never answers. Still cant get any help but they are still taking my money for the insurance.

Below average service with worst in class customer support. Comcast is a great alternative. Pay less, better service, and infinitely greater customer support.

Decent staff seemed very helpful at the time. Got a good deal I thought. Took new phones home only to find out i have no service at all. Had the phones a total of,2 days before returning them and,cancelling the contract. I was told they have a 15 day service guarantee where if youre not happy you can return the phones within 15 days free of charge. I returned them and was told corporate would issue me my refund for the money i spent buying the phones. A couple months later I get an outrageous bill instead of a refund check which I was expecting. Contacted customer service and the said they would get it fixed. I still to this day get bills from them and never got refunded any of the money I spent buying the phones. I would not reccomend going here at all and if you do. Please dont believe anything the salesman say. After all they are just there to get you hooked into a contract with some pricey phones and after that they could care less what happens.

Its a long wait for service. I was there 45 minutes and they were still serving the same customers the whole time and there were 3 more ahead of me in line. Left without any help.
