The store was neat, clean and as comfortable as a store of this variety can be. Neil, the store manager, sold me a new phone and he is very personable and friendly. He is also extremely knowledgeable about phones and business. I think he is an asset to your company or to any company he would choose to be a part of. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Couldnt charge old phone because charger melted at connector on phone. Needed new phone immediately. First Representative couldnt help me because I didnt know passcode. I explained I had phone for over 4 years and didnt know the code. I was leaving because I was turned away when Joey Girard, Sales Representative stepped up to listen to my needs. He was able to get a temporary passcode sent to my phone after he brought up my husband and my past purchases and I gave him identification. I cant thank him enough for all that he did to help me in my difficult situation. I got his business card and will be sure to do future Verizon business with Joey. If Joey isnt available I will ask for his supervisor because I have purchased from him before also. Thanks again,. Barb

Great experience at this store. Hanna was great with helping to find exactly what I needed. All the staff here are friendly and fast. My phone screen stopped working out of the clear blue and after some number crunching we came up with the best options for my predicament. I would avoid the Verizon store on upper Court Street at all costs. Youll wait over hour longer than I did.....or more....guaranteed...and youll get the exact same product at the exact same price, with the exact same provider without a 2 hour wait. Definitely worth going here instead of the upper Court store.

Friendly, never busy, helpful, hassle free, willing to go above and beyond, there to surve you as the customer. They been my cure to the Verizon headache.

This store really sucks I went in there with my telephone that I fixed myself I just reprogrammed it when I went in the big guy that runs the store I presume he does one things for sure he doesnt know anyting he said that it looked like my phone had either gotten wet or the screen was broken. I told him what it happened that I had been in church the morning before and that it was sitting beside me and it was working just fine but when I got home the screen had turned purple he said that Maybe God had something to do with it. I told him that I didnt think that that was very funny and he apologized but I wouldnt go back there for nothing the guy is a real smartA- -!! Very unprofessional place the other Verizon store on Court Street was closed and he said that all theyre interested in is making money

The store itself wasnt bad, but the salesperson who approached me was pushy and trying to get me to look at phones I was not really interested in. She kept talking about me having a learning curve with a phone when I just wanted to get into the one of the newer models from the same brand Ive been using for years. Instead she kept trying to get me to look at other brands I specifically told her I didnt like.

I went to the Verizon store in Pekin on Court St and the line was so long, I left. On my way home I remembered that the Digital store had recently opened so I thought Id try it. Got waited on pretty quickly and service was great.
