Always have just what I am looking for.

Went looking for a recliner all at the furniture stores in Pell City. They were all so expensive UNTIL we came to Room by Room. They have good brands and yet their prices are so much lower. The chairs are situated where you can lean all the way back to test them out which doesnt happen at all stores. It seemed like they had a lot more to choose from as well. We were lucky that the truck was about to leave out & had room on it - they delivered it the same day. Customer service was top notch - they didnt follow us around the store, just let us know they were there if we had any questions. Definitely will go back.

Save yourself the hassle, and dont buy anything from this store that is not readily available to purchase on their sales floor or in their back warehouse. I placed an order 2 months ago for a nightstand and have called weekly beginning at week 4 to check the status. This store cannot determine what the delivery date is and will not issue a refund without coming to the store. Ive told them multiple times I live 1.5 hours away. They also forgot to load part of my bedframe, so Ive already had to make that unnecessary trip to the store once before.

My neighbor and I went to a couple places in pell city looking for a good recliner for him. He had a certain amount of money he could spend, and Room by Room had the best deals. The people are so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable that he went back to buy a tv stand end of May.Highly recommended.

Over priced

Recently bought a kitchen table/chairs. Everyone was super nice, not constantly bothering you, plenty of nice collections and gorgeously displayed.

Nice store. But sales guys where eating fast-food instead of finding out what we where shopping for.

They did not assist me until I told them that they didnt want my money, I was paying cash. I had to get loud with the manager to get my questions answered. I liked the furniture and the price. The managers was rude.

My daughter bought a $1700 bedroom suite at this store and the bed rails continuously come apart from the headboard after only a couple of months. After two times of this happening, we have asked to speak with the manager who never seems to be at work. This has gone on long enough and all we ask is that it is corrected or our money back for faulty merchandise. May just be taking this matter up with the BBB.

Paid $600+ for a nice full size mattress and box spring and a year later it is sunk in the middle I weigh 195 63 Im not heavy for my size and single most of the time. They sell junk for quality will not go back!!!!!!!!!!!!
