Hello. This was my mother an Is first time in this store and I tell you it felt like we were on a field trip. All of the employees were kind, polite and very helpful. The store was neat and very clean. I am not a fan of the Cost Plus 10 but we will be coming back. We traveled about 35+ miles to visit this store and we will be back. Shout out to Ricky and Joseph in the meat department for displaying excellent customer service.

This store had produce that three other major stores didnt have! All of it looked fresh. The store was clean and employees were polite and helpful! I will return!

I love this store. The meats are always fresh and good quality. They have steak Tuesdays where they will run TBones Ribeyes or NY strip for $5.00 each I think that usually starts at 4. The staff has always been super friendly. You never know what they will run on special it can range from Bacon sausage pork rib tips(they never have these often enough) corn dog bites these are great for the kiddos a quick bite after school or even on a busy night like church or ball games.

I love this store: the prices, the cleanliness, the friendliness, and the Christian music playing while I shop. The only complaint I have is that its always so cold. Seriously, I would stay in the store longer and buy more if werent so desperate to seek warmth. I cant give 4 1/2 stars, and overall I do like it, so it gets 5. :)

Meats are always good and at a good price. The store is clean and blessedly cool in this summertime heat. Only drawback is theres a funky smell when you walk in. Bad fruit close to the front maybe?

UPDATE. Aug 27,2021For a while all was good with bagging my groceries. Today: No! I do wish management would take the time to MAKE SURE the cashiers know how to properly bag groceries!! This has been a problem before and I actually went in and spoke to them about it. NEVER, EVER PUT COLD FOOD IN A BAG WITH NON-COLD ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!I found my cheese in a bag with spaghetti sauce and canned spam! I dont always put canned items away immediately. COLD ITEMS SPOIL if not refrigerated!Other than that, I really like this store a lot. They will never get a 5 star rating from me as long as this problem exists though! Reducing to 3 stars due to ongoing issueThis is a pretty good grocery store!!! They keep it well stocked with a good variety of items. The produce and meats look good every time I have been there. Prices are really good I think. The only real complaint I could see, was that the woman who bagged our groceries last time did a poor job of it! I put all my cold foods together so that I can put them away immediately when I get home. My energy level is low due to chemo treatments so I have to rest sometimes to the next day. I found a can of my biscuits in with the canned vegetables the next day; ruined of course. She put other cold foods in the wrong bags as well but I discovered them in time. Bread should ALWAYS be bagged standing on end in the bag! If it is laid down it will almost always get smashed and I hate smashed bread! I went back and they were nice and willing to make the biscuits good. The main thing I wanted was for them to address with their employees, the proper way to bag groceries. They assured me they would do so.

Clean store, fresh fruits, price affordable, good selection of products and foods

Very clean, and stocked, lots to choose from. Professional staff. The cashier was very sweet and made our experience even more welcoming. Definitely worth the 40 minute drive. 💯 recommend.

Always pretty good and fast and you can find some good deals.

Good store, very clean, has some really good deals. My only complaint is they dont carry Coke products which is weird. I always have to stop at another store for drinks. So if I stop at other store first, I get what I need and never make it to Fresh Value.

Fresh value is a great place to shop for Groceries. Fast certeous check outs.

No electric wheel chairs, also a handicapped person comes in the entrance and has to walk around to exit to get a wheelchair then sees that there arent any and then has to walk to car. I have learned to walk up to exit and then have to stand there till someone lets me in. Im getting over knee and hip replacement and can not stand or walk any distance. Your specials are great t bone, 10# bacon but I havent been able to get any, due to your setup. Come walk in my shoes and see the inconvenience. The guest pathway should be clean, and user friendly.

Limited selection, but great prices

I went looking for a specific item (brillo pads) that shouldnt have been hoarded by the nuts. It was nowhere to be found along w many other things. Some prices are great but some are higher. You think you r doing good but u have to be careful because they add the 10% Mark up and 10% tax at the register and WHAM!

Yeah I decided to give three stores bought some corn dogs from you guys the hot dogs under the bread was brownish yellow looked spoiled its the one where 8 lb for $9.99 even those are cheap or it might have been 18 lb Even though theyre cheap they should still be good product not half fruit what part of the hot dogs can you eat I might try to post a picture

Pretty good deals, but you have to watch those 10% markups. You think you’re getting a good deal, but if you add the 10% in your head you’ll realize some of those things are cheaper at Walmart. They tend to have more off brands that you’ve never heard of, which isn’t necessarily bad.Watch the expiration dates too. Things seem to be more likely to be short dated than at a Walmart or Publix.But it really is nice to go into a smaller grocery store instead of a huge place like Walmart. If it wasn’t on the south end of town I’d go there more often.

Been back 3 times looking for a certain item. 3 times they didnt have it. Not really their I guess that twice the truck hadnt run and once they had to backorder.They are friendly with a clean store and fair prices on most.Now I do blame them that every single meat product they had on sale was not available midday of 3rd day. If you advertise a certain thing for 3 days it should be available all 3 days.

Better selection than most Cost +10% stores. As with any supermarket youll find decent prices on some items and others that are out of reason. There are lots of closeout deals that can be found though.

Fresh Value has earned my respect today.While Walmart cannot seem to stock their stores even during the slowest of times, Fresh Value is more than ready with toilet paper that Walmart cannot provide!Im much prefer the layout of the store, and its very clean and organized.I also love the Christian music thats playing while Im shopping.I will be coming back!The only negative, is the pricing structure. I dont much care for that. Just put the price on your product, and let it be.

Discount store that have a better selection of produce than the others. Their buy 5 for $17.95 is a great deal for my large family!

Convient to me its right across the street. But the downfall is that its cost plus 10 percent plus in my town there is a 10 percent tax also. So while their prices are lower than say Walmart or publix when you add the 10 percent fee its only a few cents cheaper. You can get some unusual stuff in there though and they do have a butcher on staff which is just about unheard of today.

My wife bought me a boxed lunch from the Deli. Absolutely wonderful. Catfish, butter beans, mashed potatoes and cornbread. Everything was great. She said great service and friendly.

A new cost + 10% that is cleaner than other stores in that category. Great lighting, good choices, some items other stores in the area dont have AND a deli. A lot of the employees are leftover from Winn Dixie in Pell City. The older lady in the seafood area was super nice and helpful. The meat prices are a little high but everything else is very good.

Love the people and the selection. Also a lot easier to get groceries than Walmart!
