This is the best place to bring your pet for a bath. They supply everything. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, nail trimmer, towels and steps for our heavier dogs to walk up into the washing station. And only $10. Yes. Amazing value. The shampoo alone would be at least that much. And where are you going to wash a 100 pound dog at home ? This is definitely the best deal in all of Pell City

Poor service at 545p at your Pell City, AL .. I understand it’s July 4th and everyone wants to go home and so forth… but why not do your job until it’s OFFICIALLY TIME TO BE CLOSED!! We are in dire need of the propane tank being filled and they refused to come RE UNLOCK THE GATE in order to do their job and for us to be able to cook and get hot bath.. so we are definitely upset about this situation

The only local place that carries the brand of food I feed my cat (and the type of litter she uses too!). The associates are always ready to help assist and are friendly.

Ordered a 40 pound propane tank online, went to pickup and store was out of stock, didn’t get a name but the young lady went over and above to find one at another location and was very much happy to do so, again thank you for great customer service.

This place has a little bit of EVERYTHING and the prices are very reasonable. Especially the sales and/or clearances. The associates are ALL knowledgeable and friendly.

You can buy things for animals here that you cant buy in many other places..

Anything you need for animals outdoors and farm machinery they seem to always have what you need we always get our dog food here .

Love this place and their workers. Only giving it a 4 star because currently their pet wash is closed but the only signage they have been allowed is next to all of their other Covid 19 policy changes on a door that slides away from you as you enter, but their usual try the pet wash sign is still up which is a little deceiving. I was disappointed.

Bought a 5x8 trailer, good price. Only down side.... they need more employees on hand to take care of the customers. However those employees were working like crazy to take care of everyone.

Very courteous staff. Nice store that is neatly organized. This is first TS that we have been in with a pet wash room. Costs 9.99 and that includes use of room and sinks, grooming tables. That price also includes towels, use of blow dryer,and pet shampoo!!!!

A regular for refilling my tanks here. Anyways cheaper than a swap anywhere else. It also is dog friendly which is nice. No puppies in cars. This is my regular stop for cat food as well with good brands at good prices. I am a fan of their clearance sections when they have them and the dog wash station.

I arrived around 2:30. They had run out of one of the sides on the special order of the day. So I good-naturedly chose an alternative. My food was brought away, but I was told they had run out of bread. It took 20 minutes for me to get bread. This is unusual. I usually get served right away and am satisfied....

Nice, friendly and although green, they are learning as they are teaching each other to better serve customers. The store manager Dee is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to product lines. I would love to work at this location.

These guys went above and beyond for me. I bought a chipper and had an issue getting it in my vehicle. The guy Jamie was absolutely great!! He really helped me out and was professional the whole time. Really liked this place .

There was a manager and floor worker only two there. I was picking up online order Cub Cadet tractor and neither one had ever done that before. Ended up setting the alarm off when trying to get from front of store so decided to get me one from around back. Guy put a little gas in tank and it would not start because they thought battery was dead. So plugged to charger. I waited a long time then finally told them I had charger at home and tired of standing in heat. I took it home bc tired of waiting and found nothing wrong with battery. Engine had never had gas in it before so tank had to be filled up completely before fuel made to engine. Not these employees fault, they should have been trained on this before left on their own. When someone buys online and pickup email is sent the tractor should be picked out ready to go with sold sign or something on it so when Customer gets there it can be loaded and go. I was there well over an hour dealing with this. Tractor was fine after gas was in the engine.But on flipside it was nice to actually see gas had never been in engine and proof it wasnt a return or something

Love the store but the employees working tonight were rude and unhelpful. Bought some chicks from them and the girl getting the chicks was less than happy she had to fool with them. She even said she didnt want to be fooling with chics. She needs to get another job or suck it up and do good at the one she has. Will not go back to the Pell City location, I will go to another location or the local CoOp.

Went their to have propane bottles filled which is the only place I could find anywhere to fill my propane bottles for my rv. Even called the local gas companies but was told they couldnt fill them. So was thrilled when I found somewhere to fill the bottles. Rhe young lady who filled the bottles was very pleasant and very informative about the way the bottles work and how to tell when they need to be recertified.

Nice staff. Willing to help with any questions and in detail and taking the time to explain the answers to any questions.
