Arrived at gaurd shack 09:35 for 10a-1130a appt. Checked in at 9:42 at door 10. Was assign a Door at 09:47. Was assigned another door at 10:30a. Docked at 10:34a.Was loaded and out of there by 11:35a.

Truck entrance is on Ed Gardner drive. Drive to guard shack and give your pick up number. I picked up a truck load of liquid latex in plastic totes. Make sure your driver have a tanker endorsement if you picking up any liquid. I got loaded in under two hours.

Unfortunately very slow process the loading truck, I think the no rush to loading the truck broker tell the is ready but here tell the drivers the no is ready I see loaders take the time in this days drivers no count.

The security guard in second shift is very very rude looks like he has a attitude problem and other employees know who he is. Otherwise the shipping department is great.

Cool people, arrived 1hr early for pickup and straight into a door, friendly guard who offered free coffee on a cold day win win!!!

Deliver here everyday for the past 2 weeks and you will sit here for at least 2 hours. They say first come first served but even if u have been on a dock for an hr, they will unload full LTL trucks before unloading me.. No respect for a driver’s time

No overnight parking opens at shipping receiving opens at 6 am no appointment first come and serve easy directions...

This is a paint production plant. Very friendly staff and clean and layed out well. If you are delivering bulk goods you will need to be on time or a little early. There is a call box at the gate pick up the phone and it dials automatically and let them know who you are. If there is someone getting loaded or unloaded you will have to wait to get through the gate until they are done. Just dont be late or they will make you wait until the end of the day. You will have to back inside a building. As far as I can tell there is no overnight parking but not a 100% sure.

Unload very fast

Had 1000 appointment, arrived at 0650. Was told they have appointments for 0800 and 0900. 0800 never showed up, I asked if they could unload me and was told no. 0900 arrived at 0840 and is still in door, now 1030. So much for being fast and considerate.

It does have a good workplace environment.

4 hours at the shipper and started to load just now. Had some more expectations from other reviews. But hey, lets order pizza and have the driver sitting in a dock for 2 hours. Poor service and management.
