This was my first time going to Sherwin Williams and the sales associates were amazing! My whole transaction went smoothly. I wasn’t sure which paint I needed and they knew exactly how to help me. I will definitely use this store over Home Depot or Lowe’s any day!

Great experience overall. Great sales staff who go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. My only suggestion is choose your color from the Sherwin-Williams paint selector. Its kind of difficult to match a color swatch exactly from another store. I highly recommend this Sherwin-Williams.

I found the salesman to be most knowledgeable about the products, however I wanted to carry one back because it did not meet my needs and they would not let me .I was not informed if this while I was buying the product and also he could have sold me something better had he have look closer at a photo that I brought him off the object that I was going to put the product on.

Get one on one service, and feel like theyre going to back up their products if you have questions or issues later.

I would tell them that we think Sherwin Williams has some of the best paint on the market. The staff at the Pell City store is extremely helpful, able to answer any questions and assist the customer efficiently!

Jacob was Awesome! Had to stop by the store to get paint to touch up a room. My sample was too small and the machine couldnt get a good read. Jacob was very patient and made sure I got the paint color I needed.

The help and advice from the personnel is invaluable. The color selection is awesome.

Have been here several times and the employees are always very helpful and patient when making decisions on what to purchase. The location is very convenient to get in and out of so well worth not going to Home Depot and battling the traffic in that area.
