I pulled up to the restaurant at about 7:30 in the morning and not a single car or patron, that should have been the first clue. Ordered a coffee and a bagel sandwich. The waitress was pleasant and told me all about her Bursitis. Well, anyway she asked if I wanted the bagel toasted. I replied not if they are fresh. The coffee was hot and somewhat fresh.One would assume a bagel shop would have fresh bagels daily? Well, I glanced over and see the cook ripping open plastic bags full of bagels. Nonetheless the bagels weren’t fresh. That explains why the place was empty.

Customer service is horrible and the food is disgusting. the manager has zero customer service skills. my food looks like they pulled it out of a dumpster from the racetrack gas station in pompano then microwaved, then dropped again and stomped on by an angry x wife and served.filthy establishment 0 stars

Google listing said they open on Saturday until 3 pm and on Yelp it says they are open till 4:30. Was there at 4 and place was closed. No hourly signs on the doors. Would be nice if they update their listings to have their hours match. Or at least setup the VM with their hours of operation.

So amazing! Always so fresh and tasty! My go-to is the sesame bagel, chive cream cheese with lettuce, tomato and onion. The drip coffee is also good, especially with those little cookie things they sell. Very friendly employees ❤

On my day off, i decided to stop here at bagel palace by myself with my book. As soon as I walked into this restaurant the owner greeted me like he knew me for years. I felt so welcomed and loved. This alone was worth coming here, you dont find this anywhere! I ordered a nova bagle and french toast. Both were delicious. At check out the owner gifted me some italian cookies and wished me a beautiful day. Will definitely be back to support this family owned buisness

The waitress was really friendly. Food was okay, got a simple chicken caesar wrap. The wrap came with home fries which had great flavor but was dry. Overall it wasnt too bad.

Corned Beef and pastrami sandwichs are awful. Meat does not taste like either. Pickle taste like its from. jar from any store. THE WORST sandwichs ever

I waited in the area but they didnt open at 7 as a sign read for new years... Instead this permed dyed lady was in there alone eating my breakfast ration though she already came from other property... So I had to pee my clothes and throw them away after being forced to sit in soiled pads for the jobs in the area to own several properties on the homeless they have hor himmelreich... Or some German abuse name for... Really old place without toilets but advertises it sells pure caffiene

Same review as the other, apparently there are two listings for this on google maps. I come here often. I do love their french toast, but wished they prepared the eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes better. I wish theyd be able to update in the interior a bit. Its pretty outdated.

I will begin with its a nice friendly family environment. They greet you as you walk in. I selected my seat and the kind waitress brought me coffee right away and took my order. The service was great and the food was delivered quickly. The food was OK. I had the turkey and egg white sandwich on an everything bagel. The bagel was soft and fresh, the egg whites were hot. The cheese was the fake processed yellow stuff, suggest better cheese options. The potatoes were not tasty at all. Very bland rubbery had to add ketchup to eat them. The price WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. $13 WITH TIP.

A delicious breakfast at dinner prices in a family atmosphere. We have been going to Bagel Palace for years and the food and service remain consistently good. Servers are always friendly and make sure that you feel at home. Danny (the owner) makes his rounds and gets to know the regulars, often greeting them with a shout from the counter and if you are lucky sometimes even a hug. I highly reccomend if you are looking for a solid breakfast without spending an arm and leg.

Worse waitress ever, it was me, my daughter and boyfriend.. we were told to sit ourselves so we proceeded to sit towards the back area near restroom when I asked a young waitress of it was fine to take an extra chair she was nice enough to help . But as we were grabbing the chair another older rude waitress came and started complaining about how we couldn’t sit there so she made us move to a small circle table that only sits two people and on top of that as we sat our small circle table I watched has the same rude older waitress helped and served two other tables that sat down way after us . Overall this was the worst service I got

Great hole in the wall! Breakfast is delicious, price is right, and staff is friendly once you get to know them (most best places are like this). They have been around for a while (20+years) and the mugs never match...I kind of look forward to getting a new every time.

Weve been coming to Bagel Palace for over 15 years. We love it. The staff is so friendly and kind. The food is delicious. The place is family owned and but they treat everybody like family. We usually have eggs, grits and bagel at any time of day, matzo ball soup, and my son always orders stake with eggs over medium, potato hash and grits! Two thumbs up!

Place is good for a quick bite. Waitress was an older lady who was very kind and attentive. Wanted the Matzo ball soup prior to my sandwich but when the waitress told the lady behind the counter she got upset with the waitress. I felt bad for the waitress because we had asked her for the soup. Both sandwich and soup came at the same time, Matzo Ball was very hard, not good.

Let me start with some positive... small family owned and operated restaurant. They know their regular customers by name and order. The marble bagel and the cappuccino was pretty good.Now I saw the waitress making a drink on the expresso machine and she was scraping leftover coffee grounds from the bottom of the grinder to use in my drink. (Not happy) Just use fresh grounds. Then plain bagel I got for my kids werent fresh tasting. The veggie cream cheese was plain cream cheese with chopped up onion, carrot, and celery. There was no flavor. My husbands bagels and lox were $11. We paid less in New York and it tasted better. Last the cashier tried to give me back the wrong change. I will not be back.

The coffee is weak. It was served in a supposed-to-be white cup that looked like they fished it out of a dumpster. Waffles was fluffy and tastey but it came with burned bits from the waffle iron. Not appetizing. Interesting homey atmosphere but they need to step up their cleanliness and quality control!

Nice Ma and Pops place. Found the home fries a little over cooked, and the coffee is $2.25 a cup, but they do refill it. Coffee should come with a breakfast, especially if breakfast is costing you $8.99 or over.

Blah..First time coming here. Ordered a toasted everything bagel with chive cream cheese. The restaurant doesnt have a toaster. Therefore, they use huge oven which wasnt working because the owner had the oven door opened, leaning over it trying to feel if its heating. It wasnt. My bagel was still cold. Bagel with cream cheese was $4.23.Go to the bagel shops you know and love, i.e. Brooklyn Water Bagels in Hollywood, FL

Oh my god what cant I say is not wrong with this dirty eatery...the waitress took forever to get my food out and then when it came it was wrong. Had to wait another 20 mins to get it right. The staff need to get their act together. It looks like the owner does the cooking and he needs to be more attentive and speeden his food coming out. Wont go back.

I am normally not one to give my opinion or feel strongly enough to care to write a review on a resturant or food service but today I had to make the exception. Recently moved to the area and went to check out The Bagel Palace for breakfast and was extremely dissappointed. How can you mess up breakfast right...well they did. Ordered an omelette..came out almost raw...super runny... and the bottom side of the omellette was burned...home fries were cooked earlier and reheated with ZERO seasoning. Bacon and egg sandwich had no flavor. Salt and pepper is your friend..try using it every once in a while. Who ever you have as your cook should be re-assigned to dish washer...they have no passion for food!! You have officially lost 2 customer. Looks like Ill be taking the half hour ride to Hollywoods Jacks Dinner to get some quality breakfast. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
