Great store with wonderful variety. Ailes are tight. Line was long but it moved fast. Elisa the cashier was very friendly.

Amazing I love that place!!!!The Aisles are packed with beautiful affordable goodies. My only problem is waiting in line, we needs more cashiers (screaming with my inner voice) I’ve tried going super early, which was an epic fail. I guess we all think alike lol 😂 Please visit tho you won’t regret.

Enjoy shopping here. You find a lot of Pier 1 import like items here….at a reduced price. Lines are long to check out so have some patience.

If you have an extra hour to stand in line after you are done shopping more power to you. I couldnt do it. Maybe Ill try earlier in the morning rather than 1p.m. when it seems everyone wants to be there.

Well stocked and always clean. Place is always busy though, even with a bunch of open registers. Just be prepared for a 20 person checkout line and youll be fine

Home Goods is a great store to shop in,I could have spentA lot more time, but I was looking forsomething specific.If I had more timeI would have checked every aisle,every one is different, I always findsomething and its always the rite size. Ill be back soon and Ill be giving myself time to just check everything out, theres always something there just waiting for me to take it home and enjoy it.🙂

I visited here, for the 1st time on February 18th. While walking around I saw a few things I wanted and needed. I also ended up finding the perfect presents for my best friend. The customer service here is great. Bianca and 2 others were awesome. Everyone here was helpful and kind, especially Bianca. She actually walked with me to find what I needed and also got the furniture I needed. I cant express enough how this store was totally awesome in every way. Thank you.

The line is hideous. Certainly not worth waiting in line for their merchandise. And besides that, the aisles are too narrow and two shopping carts cannot go down the aisle at the same time. And a/c is too low.

Nice store, great stuff, good prices, long lines (but worth standing in line) theres a lot of great items here that you dont find anywhere else.

This store has a wide range of home decor options for all types of designs. It is spacious and nicely laid out for quick access to the different types of items. It is a bit pricey but because of its favorable location, it is worth it.

This is one of my favorites stores went looking for a lamp for my sons room and end up purchasing bath mats, table napkins and candles and pillows. they seem to always be fully stock compare to the other home goods stores. I see in other reviews complaints about the long lines but they go pretty fast.

Worst Home goods I have ever been to. Will not return again. Countless times disappointed by several different situations. Today I went in and found the perfect rug that would match my new furniture. I didnt bring the right debit card with me so i asked a lady in the front if she could put it on hold for me. She directed me to an old man who wrote my name on a sticky note put on hold and just sticked it on the rug. I asked him several times if this was all i needed to do for my rug to be for sure on hold until i come back within the hour and he assured me yes every time. When I came back the same day an hour later, the staff had no idea what I was talking about nor where my rug was. They finally found it in the back all wrapped up because someone else had bought it!!! Absolutely furious and disappointed at the carelessness of the store. Writing on a sticky note doesnt guarantee my hold, anyone can take it off! Terrible organization and communication, wouldnt recommend shopping at this location.

Love this place. The beauty, prices, and quality of all products is phenomenal.

There is NO way anyone needs anything bad enough from this store to have to deal with the lines, the chaos and the customers. The customers who are unable to understand the concept of following the directional arrows on the floor and then want to look at you sideways when you choose to follow them. The lines to pay are literally down an aisle. So either there are not enough cashiers or registers or your cashiers are unable to process these many patrons.

Great store with healthy inventory but every time I visit the lines to pay wrap around inside of the store. NOTHING in there is worth that aggrevation and wait. I just simple shop elsewhere.

Horrible customer service experience with the manager!!! we picked up a rug that had on all 4 of them the same sticker of 4.99. When we got to the cashier she said it was the wrong sticker and we told her to go look at all of them. She came back saying none of them had that price. Luckily, we found 2 customers that had the same rug at the 4.99 price. When we went to explain to the manager he said we accused his associate of lying when we only told him she admitted she removed the price. The other customers had to tellhim that they had to honor the price and he was very aggresive and not understanding. He ended up doing it in really bad attitude because everyone was looking at him. Worst experience from a MANAGER!!!

Store is very tight and hard to navigate. I prefer going to the one in Hollywood, Oakwood Plaza. It’s a but more organized and you get find the things you need. The employees don’t seem to be that helpful. I was literally standing next to an employee and she didn’t ask if I needed assistance.

I just went in to look around my first time at Home Goods. All the associates were super helpful. The cashier, Rebeca was super nice and helpful, when I notice one of my items was damaged. She went to ask for a discount. Ill be back. Thanks to all at the Pembroke Pines store.

Love the items here and very well organized but check out no matter when you go takes forever. So be patient and don’t be in a rush.

Awesome selection of throw pillows to choose from. Saw a new type of drawer organizer on wheels I would love to have but the price was on the high side. Always something new to see like an adorable childrens chair upholstered in fabric featuring different airplanes, bit it was $60. Am I too price conscious? The checkout line was light!!

Customer Service is really going downhill. Twice this week was horrible. First the cashier where I was purchasing my piece of furniture was awful. Very abrupt and did not know what she was talking about. Demanded that I know the employee who said it would be upfront and did not even bother to look to see if it was there. Openly demanding I go to the back of the line until I straightened it out. I was so embarrassed and as I was going - there was the piece of furniture sitting where it should be.Thank God for the lady at the next register who was so kind and said she would take care of me.Tonight as I was waiting to sign and load up the piece of furniture, the manager interrupted the guy and proceeded to reprimand him right in front of everyone. All about rolling the carpet the wrong way. It went on and on while I waited until he was finished with the guy. An employee should not be talked to like that in front of everyone, and here I was waiting for service. The manager did not seem to care that I was a customer.

I walked in for a couple of minutes and had to walk out. The line wrapped around twice and there was at least 20 or more waiting. It looked like they only had 3 or so cashiers working at a not so fast pace. Other than that, great place to shop for home accessories and decor.

This HomeGoods has more furniture than the others Ive been to. I found multiple chairs and a couch that I want to go back to buy. They still have all the other home decor that HomeGoods is known for, too, but with a much larger furniture selection.

Great location size, great variety! Most recently remodeled. It ia way more organized making it a pleasure to shop there.

Went over Thanksgiving holiday weekend... actually went to 3 and the one in Pembroke Pines while packed, had employees on the floor to help and the checkout line moved quickly and effortlessly...
