I went to the store a few days ago after work late at night. Carolina helped use with everything we needed, I didn’t feel rushed nor pressured to pick something quick. She took the time to understand what we wanted and helped put together our vision. All our questions were answered and they were very knowledgeable on the materials and the functionality of the furniture we wanted.I had a great experience.

I feel scam by this people. Very bad furniture quality that last 1 year and on top of that they push an insurance that doesnt cover absolutely anything and they know that.... they are lying in absolutely everything. If you need more details(rana furniture management) Ill be more than happy to provide it.

Went with intentions to purchase a bedroom set. When you first walk in, the show room is decent. Carolina came to assist upon entering but all she said was her name and to let her know if anything was interesting. Afterwards she just followed me around while on her phone. When i finally decided something, she told me it wasn’t in stock but i checked online and it says it was. She was not attentive at all, and kept pushing for the sale. When i said I wanted to apply for the credit card, she just assumed I wouldn’t get it without even asking my history. At the end when i told her that i do have credit history, she ignored that i was trying to decide and jumped into getting my information to apply for the credit. When i said I was going to leave and possibly come back, she immediately just said “bye” and when i said thank you all she kept saying was “bye”. Seemed to have a huge attitude. (Was i cutting into her phone time?) Needless to say, I went to Rooms To Go and met a wonderful gentleman who assisted me to get approved for their credit card, and purchase a set (that was WAY BETTER QUALITY) just a few minutes after visiting Rana Furniture. Never coming back to Rana. Do not recommend at all. Prices are way too high for the bad quality and the staff is not helpful either way.

I walked in planning to buy 3 dressers that I saw online here. Absolutely none of the sales people addressed me when we walked in the door. I looked around for 5 minutes, No one came to say do you need help with anything or I will be right with you, or even a simple hello/ welcome. Its seems they only cater to hispanic people. I will take my money elsewhere. I drove here from north Lauderdale with intent to purchase immediately, a simple greeting wouldve changed the narrative. Im sorry I dont speak spanish maybe you wouldve said Hola at least. Smh. Oh well

Own it 4 less told us that as long as we didnt have any negative balance for 90 days and had money in my account, Ill be approved. They asked for the last 3 bank statements and I sent it and they deny it. They gave me no reasons. Lina Rodriguez didnt explain to me why and was not helpful. I want to know ? Anybody can help me? What an experience. Good prices but would never buy from them again I purchase a bedroom set .. before receiving it I notice it wasn’t going to fit the room so I changed it to a smaller size . 1st problem my delivery date was wrong which I wasn’t aware of until I called to ask about the furniture. 2nd the furniture came broken so I had to wait and additional 2 days to get it. 3rd the borders of the bed came in the wrong size so I had to wait another day for my bed to be complete I been sleeping on the floor this whole time, because Rana can’t get right ! Customer service at the store was good but they should focus on making sure the customer it’s satisfied the whole way through not just when selling the product

I give Rana Furniture Pembroke Pines10 stars. Eily was attentive and on her game she was really helpful with my purchase of a twin bed for my son. I would definitely do business with this store again and I look forward to it and working with Eily for my furniture needs.

Where do I begin. If I could give a zero rating I would hit it a milllion times over and over again. Secondly, reviews placed on here aren’t authentic you get a discount on your monthly payments if you falsify a review. I’m not sure if it’s because of the pandemic but I paid over $1,600 on furniture for it not to be delivered not once but twice broken upon installation. I was lied to and advised the warehouse double and triple checked to make sure nothing is broken just so that it can end up being broken again upon installation. I advised them at this point to take back their furniture which they advised they will for a 30% restock fee, listen and listen carefully if you do not have money lying around to waste during this pandemic do not go here if you want quality furniture there are other places. I am taking all the necessary steps on my end to make sure this becomes something known and public about this company.
