I bought a dining room table from the Pembroke Pines location and made sure it would be available for the 4th of July weekend in my new home. I was so disappointed that the delivery guys told me that my dining room table and chairs were damaged. I took pics of the damage and can’t believe the way it looked, as if it was thrown in the truck or wasn’t properly handled somewhere during the delivery preparation. Now I don’t have a table and nobody has called me to even apologize or offer some kind of compensation for the time I had to stay home from work to receive this delivery. This is the first time I’ve bought anything from RTG, I’d like someone to call me ASAP!

I have been to the store several times to get clarification on the charges and how my outstanding credit was applied. Eddy Urivazo calmly and professionally explained everything to me. I was very impressed at the way he was knowledgeable and able to outline everything on my account correctly.Today, Sept 6, l went back for an exchange and he (Eddy) spoke with me for about 30 minutes because l was being charged to pickup the old item and delivery of the new item and l wanted to know were the rest of the credit went. Throughout that time, he never lost his composure. Since I was not satisfied with his answers, l asked for a manager. Then Scott Maulk was called in to help and although he was a little more firmer in his approach, he was still respectful and professional. At the end, Scott waived the delivery and the pickup charges when we purchased another item.I believe that both Eddy and Scott understand what customer service and customer satisfaction represent.I appreciate their services.

We visited the Pembroke Pines Rooms to Go location and were provided first class service by Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us with in-depth information on the various products we were looking for. For example, on the couch we selected he knew that only two product lines matched our requirements for size. Then he provided us with fabric samples to choose from as well as the different mattresses available. We felt we were in very good hands as he walked us through the selection. It didn’t stop there. He had the same attention to detail and had incredible knowledge on dining room tables, chairs as well as lamps. I went today to look for a living room set, a recliner or dual reclining couch, and 2 beds. There wasnt more than 3 customers in the whole store. The employee at the front door was chatting on her cell phone. I walked around the store looking at recliners. There were no prices on any of them or on the sign near them. I ended up walking out of the store frustrated. Ill try city furniture.

Came into the Pembroke Pines Rooms to Go looking for a sectional couch with recliners. The sales associate, Jose made the process quick and easy. Found what we liked and were in and out under an hour. Only downfall is the shipping dates are delayed because of Covid issues and we need to wait until September to get our couch.

This is our first purchase from Rooms To Go and it will be our last! Waited 2 1/2 weeks for them to deliver my daughter’s bedroom suite m. When the delivery team arrived they had the incorrect headboard for her bed and no mirror for the dresser. They has to leave her without a bed! Her brand new mattress is on the floor!! The delivery guy said someone would be in touch the early part of the week! Never happened. I finally called customer service to be told the next available delivery was July 14th! Another 2 1/2 weeks!! This is so unacceptable for Rooms To Go! Nothing else I can do but leave a review and report to the BBB!! So disappointed 😞
