I bought a table for almost $3000, and an umbrella for $2000 both are naturally damaged in 6 months especially the table. The wood is loosening, the planks are bent, and large cracks appeared after six months or less.For the umbrella the The connections for opening and close got loss and I cant control It anymore.When I bought these items from Rooms To go patio, the showroom associate was so confident that the quality was meant to be for outdoor 24/7 under the sun and the rains. She even got mad when I repeated my question about the quality and if I could keep it outside without being worried about it.They convinced me to pay one year of extra insurance to ensure that Any accident damage, they would immediately replace, plus the three-year manufacturing insurance.Now after checking the problem from Rooms to go, representative, the extra insurance company( Fortigra) rejected the clam and they said that Rooms to go are responsible because its manufacturing defec.Now I didnt receive any feedback from Rooms to go for more than three weeks.Holidays are coming, and we cant use our expensive patio furniture!! AndIm paying a monthly installment for nothing. I call them every 2 to 3 days, and they keep promising to come back to me within two business days, and no responses yet.

Problem with Simmons mattress that Rooms to go kids sells and if you are selling a product you should stand by it and give customers correct information. When a customer has an issue you should also return phone calls and email to try and figure problem out instead of telling me the day I had delivery come to exchange and I complained that no more exchanges can be done cause the one exchange was done. If you know that the product will come in the same then let customer know so we have the decision to keep it or return it and not have to wait for day of delivery to find out from the delivery person that the product is always like that. The specs on mattress is 8 inches and it comes in 6 inches. It’s not the 7.5 specified online. I’ve never had a mattress come in with such a difference from online specs. What bothers me the most is the customer service or lack there of since apparently responding in a timely matter is not part of your good customer service. Deserves 0 stars in my opinion.

Extremey bad experience talking to the store manager. His quick answer to me was to call customer service. After He sent me to talk to customer service he left the phone line open and made fun of my request with another employee. By the way I was not asking for anything crazy just for them to honor an offer.Unbelievably bad customer service. I regret I spent close to $5,000 in that store. 😞No need for me to send you an email. The salespeople are friendly and courteous. Our salesman was Jordan and he was encouraging but not pushy. The other salesmen were willing to help as well when I had gone into the store and Jordan was not there. The store manager, Luis, was helpful and supportive to Jordan while ringing up our order. He was there to answer any questions we had during our order. Luis goes above and beyond to make sure his staff is happy, and to make sure that the customers are satisfied. I had an error in my delivery and Luis fixed it, as well as personally contacted a representative to help me, and made sure I was taken care of. I have no words to describe how great the service from Maria and Luis was when we’re buying our patio furniture at the store. We’ve been waiting for years to get the right pieces and Maria took us through all the options they had and making sure those options fit our needs. She was kind, professional, very savvy about fabrics, treatments and little details that no one tells you, and very patient while we make our mids and build the order. Luis was amazing too putting everything together and advising about warranties and the nitty-gritty. Cant wish for more! They made our shopping experience amazing and very satisfactory. If you go to the Pembroke Pines store, ask for Maria, shes the best!

My salesperson Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable of the products and services, and not at all pushy. Like most customers, I hate pushy salespeople.....even though I know they’re just trying to do their job. Jordan was not at all like that. He made me feel completely at ease.

Worst experience ever at the Pembroke Pines location near palm ave the manager was so unprofessional which she advised me she’s Sara Goldberg, I reached out to another manager at the same store about the bad experience all he could advise me that “ He was not there when anything happened “ Room To Go been around forever and this experience was never addressed for a high company so I will continue to complain to corporate, emails and rating due to this never getting addressed. I rate this a zero star but unfortunately it’s not giving me the option to do so that’s the only reason why there’s a one star.

Purchased a patio set less than one year ago and purchased the accidental warranty etc. Tried calling emailing and they have been giving me the run around all this since March 2020 wont stand behind their product. The furniture is less than one year old and is worn and falling apart. They sent someone out and we never heard back tried calling and emailing and again nothing. Very poorly run operation with zero regard for their customers. I would shop else where and at least you know you will be not only a product that they will stand by but also customer service.Update still getting the runaround and now the warranty company gave the approval but R2G refuses to send someone out. Crazy. You pay extra$$$ to a 3rd party for warranty thru R2G the 3rd party approves your claim to then have R2G refuse to come out. Save your money they are thieves!

Walked in to browse and ended up buying. All due to the personnel. Yes the furniture is high quality but it was the personnel that made the experience fun. And when you are laying out bucks, you better be laughing. Luis was stellar with a great sense of humor. All were personable and knew their stuff. Will go back

Low quality. Poor customer service.Never trust their online pictures, specially colors of the items.In their return policy, customers have right to return their purchases before the delivery staff leave the place, but the delivery guys never wait for the customer to check the items properly.The color of the bedroom set which They delivered to us is totally different to their website. There are some stains on the dining set. It looks like they are not painted properly.They have very costly delivery fees which makes the customer totally disappointed in case if he wants to return his purchase.

I love the individual customer service given by Bernie, He is the bes!!! I bought a bed from him and he made the experience a wonderful situation against all odds!!! Since it was for my son that was in a hurry!! I am so grateful to Bernie!!! Also he sold me a pillow that has corrected the pain in my neck!!! Literarily!!! Lol!!!! I didn’t know that was possible!!! I have given his card out to all of my friends!!

WORST by far the WORST experience I have ever had at any place of business! My husband and I were very excited to look at outdoor furniture for our new home and were greeted when we first walked in, as soon as we said we were only browsing we were approached by JORDAN KLEINER, not even a manager, and asked to leave the store because we had brought in a smoothie in a covered container, we are grown adults and regardless this is no way to approach prospective clients. We just purchased a living room set from Rooms To Go about a month ago and were happy with the quality that we decided to check out some patio furniture, guess we will be taking our business elsewhere. Please train your employees on diversity and inclusion as JORDAN KLIENER is clearly homophobic!

Update: After we escalated this matter to the BBB, everything changed and another exchange was done but at the store. Happy to say that we finally were able to get rid of our damaged/defective chair and now have a chair that is in perfect condition.Customer service will not provide anymore exchanges. RTG continues to violate their limited warranty. They continue to deliver furniture that is not free of defects or damage. The last straw was when the store manager lied to me. This store has lost our business. Finally received a refund for our delivery charge. However, on 11/22, I decided to contact the store and speak to one of the managers Mr. M and at first, he seemed to sympathize with our situation and he offered to place an order for an exchange to be done at the store. He advised that this particular chair is out of stock until January. Fast forward to December, now the manager claims that it is on back order until February? Also, that I should contact customer service for further assistance. Needless to say, according to customer service, there is no record of any order ever being placed by this store for an exchange. Abysmal and disturbing all around.Now I understand why so many customers have voiced their frustrations. This store experience was great but the delivery portion has been frustrating. We bought a dining room set with chairs. We both took the day off for the first delivery. 3 of the chairs arrived damaged. The chrome portion of the chairs have scratches and you can tell they are poor quality. The section where the metal parts were welded was done terribly and there is chrome missing. If you call customer service, it is a hit or miss. Some reps are sympathetic while others just aggravate you more with their aloof nature. Second delivery now for an exchange, two chairs arrive damaged again but this time one arrived with dried paint spots. Also, some of the delivery guys are a piece of work. Yes, by all means, attitude and impatience while we inspect our furniture is just what we needed. We refused the two chairs and now my husband had to schedule another delivery. Their online customer service department advised that these are NOT manufacturing defects. It most certainly is if two of our chairs are intact and two are damaged. Both times we spoke to customer service, the agent assured us that an alert would be sent to the ware house to throughly inspect the chairs. Obviously they lied to us and sent these chairs as is. We have every right to refuse damaged chairs especially when we are paying for them. Not sure we will be purchasing anything from Rooms to Go again.

Just went to this RTG store in Pembroke Pines and the customer service was horrendous. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I were approached by Frank who was eager to assist us until we said we were looking for an ottoman sleeper or storage ottomans. After hearing that, he insisted that they don’t have an ottoman sleeper even I told him we’ve seen one there before, and told us if that we can look for the storage ottomans ourselves and sat back down. So we walked around and, of course, what do we find? The sleeper. Maybe if the salespeople there spent more time educating themselves on what products they carry instead of sitting around chitchatting with each other, they would sell more products.We then proceeded to walk around and found a sectional, dining room table and recliner loveseat that we really liked. Of course, after seeing our interest in higher commission items, Frank decided he would follow us around to see if we needed help. No thanks Frank. We will be taking our business elsewhere. And not to any of the 7-8 other salespeople we passed by that were too busy lounging around talking to each other, not to customers. Corporate really needs to consider staffing fewer, but more qualified salespeople in their retail locations. I will be making my purchase online.

Please I did not buy in this store all this was with knowledge of management. Im so upset that I dont want to know they exist. They cheated on me twice.
