To start off the atmosphere walking in was great everyone had there masks on but you can sense the smile on there face. Kevin was the one to help me when I visited the store. He helped me figure out what I wanted and needed. Also he took his time and educated me well with the different inventory they had he was a funny educated and a real people person.

I just had a horrible experience at that place. I went inside to buy some filters and some papers. The lady was taking care of me from the moment I walked inside the store she gave me an attitude, but I didnt mind it, I just wanted to get my stuff and go on my way. When I went to pay the total was $18 I wanted to pay with my Business DEBIT card. Then the attendant asked me for ID, Im like this is a debit card that has a Chip. She replies that they automatically take all the payments as credit. Im like so I dont have an ID with me and even if I did the card has my business name, so either way the ID wont match the name on the card. I told her I was a constant customers at that store and never did I had an issue paying with my debit card and I was never asked for ID before when Using a DEBIT card. I asked the lady if she was going to lose the sale and she say she didnt care. If I was the owner of that store Ill be extremely concerned on how my employees treat customers, customers are the life of the business and without customers there is no business. Sadly I will not come back to the store for how I was treated. They lost me as a loyal customer spending over $300 a month, since it was my favorite store and many pieces I bought them there. MR. owner you should switch you payment systems. So you can be able to accept debit payments without having to ask for ID, this way you prevent from losing loyal customers like me due to the bad service of negligent employees who do not care about your business.Thank you

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!I recently moved to the area and started going here. At first it was great. Nice employee’s, good atmosphere, and then you have one issue and realize how wrong you were. Purchased an item. Brought it back 2 days later. Perfect condition. The manager would not work with me. I Didn’t even want a refund. Just wanted to exchange. ZERO Customer Service. I will never go back again. I will be happy to drive 5 minutes futher to a better shop with ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Been going to the one in Doral and now Pines for a couple of years now always been a great place to my atomizers and juices and what not. I bought a vaporizer that the sales guy recommend and it did not work correctly. I even used my loyalty points to cut the price down. I went back again today and told them I was not happy with the product and if they could give me a store credit because I saw another battery I wanted to get. They said no because it already had juice. I understand policy but I not a 1x time customer that just walked in I have been there many times over the last couple of years. Whatever I wont be going any of stores, because I dont think they understand what loyalty means.

Love this place!!! Joel and Kevin always take care of me and make sure I leave happy! Theres plenty of shops that are closer for me but Id rather make the trip to Holy Smokes, they consistently provide genuine knowledge and excellent customer service. Thank you for making my experience wonderful everytime!

Most of the time have those vegan honey and mango blunt wraps. cheap and good quality glass comes from there.

Great employees I can always find what I need and they even offer to call or text when a product Im looking for is back in stock.

Weve been to a few other smoke shops but none as large as this one that was so well organized with the variety of products they have to choose from.
