I can always find what I’m in the mood for here. But most important they carry my very hard to find favorite beer.

We really like going here because of the shopping experience and the product availability. The last time we visited there were two vendors offering tastings of two different tequilas; I like that it gives me the opportunity to try some different products instead of having to buy the whole bottle. Lots of different brands, especially imported beers. The staff is helpful.

They were out of a particular item on the shelf. Asked for help. They said sure we got a case yesterday after waiting for 10 minutes They could not find it. Not knowing I speak Spanish I heard the employees talking badly about the other employees saying it was their fault. But good selection otherwise. Clean good tasting stations

Their beer selection even has gluten free beers. Try out their instant beer and wine chiller before leaving to get the chill you need. Also extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I always come here to get my liquor. They have a wide collection and they have a reward program. Even though this one time they had a free cooler bag and by the time I got there they didn’t have any left. There was another store in Biscayne that were giving their customers coupons or extra rewards since they ran out of bags. It would have been nice if this store was doing the same thing. The staff here is pretty chill. It does get really busy during a holiday so plan ahead. Sometimes they have vendors there that let you try some of their products and they give you a gift with purchase. Always a nice experience.

It was great. The set-up and layout of the store is incredible. Theres a wine tasting station and they featured several wines yesterday. I found what I needed without any assistance, but I noticed that other customers were well attended. Awesome features and selections.

I like this place. I just moved to this area and couldnt find a specific bottle I use to find by my previous home (bacardi hurricane and zombie). This isnt a conventional liquor stores. But here I was able to find it.

Today I visit this particular Total Wine location the manager was extremely courteous. However, the cashier that rang my purchase was so distasteful. Her attitude was funky. For her alone she gets a -0.

JEFF ROSA ROCKS!!!! I had an amazing experience with Total Wines gift basket delivery. I ordered 5 gift baskets for delivery and their delivery is done through a third party. When one of the persons I bought for wasnt home the third party returned the wine back to Total Wines and they issued me a refund. This left me a bit frazzled since I needed it to arrive the same day and when I went to buy it again, it was listed as sold out. I called the pembroke pines store where the delivery came from and spoke to Jeff Rosa. Jeff went completely above and beyond the call of duty and held the gift basket for me and charged me for it over the phone and delivered the wine basket personally. I am very impressed with his actions. I recommend Total Wines, expecially the one in pembroke pines very much. AWESOME SERVICE!!!!

If you need something quickly and want to get in-and-out you can do that here, but I would recommend you reserve at least an hour to shop. Dont like wine? No problem. They have liquor of all kinds from various locations. If there is a wine or liquor you love that is hard to find, they will have it. Their staff is very knowledgeable and patient. Its obvious they all really enjoy their jobs, which makes it even more of a pleasure to shop there. Our favorite is Casa Rossa. Red and a little sweet, with just the right amount of happy bubbles.This is my favorite place to shop for something new and fun, or just to stock up on the essentials.

I knew nothing about red wine but the store makes it easy to choose the right one. I know that the man i buy for so the one i chose was perfect. He loved the California choice I made. Good work there.

Great return policy, if you dont like it, return it, even if its opened. I did this with a $50 bottle of Scotch and they refunded, no problem. Best prices around too.

I have been here once and this was my second visit. Had no idea that they had a walk in humidor. The selection was great. Pick up a few sticks and a bottle of rum. Service is spectacular and the prices are great. If you have never been be prepared for a lot of window shopping because there are so many selections.
