For all my smokers out there let me tell you this is THE BEST smoke shop Ive ever spent my money at. Not only is the staff super knowledgable about basically everything smoke shop related but they literally have everything youre looking for. Ive been coming here for quite a while now and I always come out more satisfied than the last. They are fully stocked with some of the weirdest/coolest smoke gear Ive seen. I promise you wont be disappointed.

Destiny has assisted me a couple if times and always with great customer service. shes very knowledgeable on the products that they are selling in store and shes very honest. Oh yeah Im always satisfied and educated on the products that I buy from her.

I’ve been coming to this shop for longer than five years now. I’ve moved more than 25 miles away and still make the trip back whenever I can. This is without a doubt the best smoke shop not only in South Florida but in Broward County. Bobby gives out great deals and is always willing to work with you, and the manager Lukas is always very friendly. Very knowledgeable when it comes down to class, yoga, and other products that head shops should specialize in. More importantly is the level of expertise and level of detail that they put into every customer. I appreciate coming here and I appreciate the opportunity of being able to write a review for such an amazing company that I love visiting each and every time I come down to this area. This is the best smoke shop I have ever been to. They have such a big selection of so many different products and every staff member has a lot of knowledge regarding all their products. Lucas has made every experience there very enjoyable, he takes his time with you, and he is the #1 reason I continue to shop here besides all the other great things they have to offer!

Nice chill spot lit up, so you cant miss it at nite, and your gurl Destiny behind the counter was very helpful and was glad to put up with me and my coworkers clownin, rhey helped us out with a few deals on different items. I dont leave any reviews on places but thats just how kool this spot was. They got what chu need.

It’s a nice shop and some of the staff is nice, but when I asked for help picking out a vape it seemed the owner was just trying to get rid of his overpriced Chinese ones instead of actually recommending me something good.Update: Vape stopped working later that weekMessage to the owner: If you respond to the review saying I can do an exchange I will gladly update my review to make it more positive. But until then I will leave it because this is unacceptable.

Shop looks nice, but that’s all I can say about this place their disposable vapes are either fake or broken. Purchased 3 all three did not work exchanged them for stigs even those did not work because the juice was all leaked in the package. Their return policy is stupid. If you want to waste money and get up-charged come here!

Great customer service and suggestions always

You are better off going to the smoke shop a couple of minutes down the road called all in One smoke shop because this place does not have very good customer service. There was a young lady helping a man at the counter while she smoked her Vape. I understand that she was helping that man but while he was looking at the pieces she just stood there looking awkwardly back at us but not helping us. We came to the shop knowing what we wanted and it could’ve been a sale but because of the poor customer service we had to go elsewhere.

Update edit: Ive returned to this store multiple times since my initial review found below. Its under new management since then and things have greatly improved. Juice selection is now on point. Prices are great too, Ive been offered savings every time Ive visited. As a Smoke Shop, they provide a wide variety of quality pipes and accessories. The prices are slightly higher than average. As a Vape Shop, they provide a somewhat lack variety of brands of juices while the hardware is fairly par-for-the-course. It feels like the Vape part of the store was an afterthought. The female staff are always great and probably the only reason I ever returned at all.

Great management, clean and well stocked store. The manager and employees make you feel so welcome and are willing to provide you with advice or talk you through the products one by one. The presentation in this place is great, makes you want to stay in the store and browse all the products they have to offer. The manager is even flexible with the prices! They have a wide variety of products, and Ill be going back especially to stock up on hookah supplies.

This is the shop to go to in the area in my opinion. Ive gone to other shops with mundane and uninterested employees buy it really wasnt the case here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and given their full attention. While we were browsing I noticed that they did their best to give everyone that same attention. Not only were they willing to sell their products (with actually explaining the features they knew) they were willing to educate us on the dos and donts about vaping.Great experience highly recommended. Do not buy from this shop. They will force overpriced pens on you that must be over-stocked, calling them the best in the market, that dont work and wont exchange them. Dirty dealings.

I couldn’t even tell you how the customer service was because they never came to open the shop. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very upset that I wasted my morning coming all the way to this vape shop to see that they were indeed not open at 9am even though on google it says they open at 9am and even on their door it says they open at 9am. I waited until about 9:30 and no one showed. Please don’t advertise that you open at 9am if you won’t be open. It’s a waste of time and money. Shame on this business
