Fueling up on “Nitro Cold Brew” with pumpkin cream (the latter an indulgent, sweet treat) to help tackle all those pesky Saturday errands. This is your drink if you love strong coffee! (Usually I order it plain.) I drop by this location often & the staff at this store are always STELLAR with customer service. (Especially Anne! ) They have the fall menu available & the coffee drinks are yummy! Mostly, I skip the sweets here as many times they’re a little stale - but order egg white bites; yum! I had ordered decaf coffee and when I got it it was regular coffee. Not good for a mixup that could have produced an Allergic/Medical Reaction! I got the exchange after going in to correct my order but I was highly disappointed!

Set in a former bank, the drive through line winds along the back of the building (which includes other shops). Service at the speaker and window was quick and great.

A nice place. The inside is big and have lots of tables. It is being cleaned from time to time. Tables are also available outside. The place is clean. They also have an drive thru area.

LONGEST DRIVE THROUGH IVE EVER BEEN TOO. I love Starbucks and am a regular customer, I was very excited to see that this location was going to open a drive through as it was close to my house. No joke the drive through will take you up to 30 minutes to an hour. The staff is so slow or either unorganized when it comes to the drive through. Every time I go I wait at least 30 minutes! This is ridiculous! I have never been someone to complain, but please fix this issue.

I ordered a Crumble Cookie Frappe and the lady had asked me if it was a Mocha Cookie Frappe and i replied no a Crumble Cookie Frappe and when it was handed to me it said it was a Mocha Cookie and the ice was barely blended. My daughter also ordered a Cappuccino and it was half way filled and was not hot. The drinker felt like they were sitting for 30 ready. The line also took forever. this happened (6-18-20) 2pm.

Starbucks is a fairly consistent go to. I take business meetings there all the time. You can get the same item at any Starbucks. Some are better than others because they have couches or comfortable chairs to sit in. Sometimes it is hard to get a table or even a seat because people camp out in Starbucks all day long. I like it a lot.

Excellent branch, excellent service, nicely decorated, the manager is so kind and nice with customers. Is just a pleasure to see him doing his work. One of the best Starbucks Ive ever been due to the great and genuine customer service he and his team provides.

Manager is the only one I’ve ever met that won’t do the refills for clients. I come everyday and spend money and denies on me a basic refill. Every other Starbucks I have ever been to, they don’t ask questions and deny you, they recognize your a high paying customer and give you a refill!

Totally sleek and chic starbucks with plenty of outlets for your electronics. great place to study if you dont mind talking and music! there was no toilet paper in the bathroom so that is why I give it a 4/5.

Ive tried Starbucks several times and each time I just cant seem to enjoy their coffee. My daughter love their coffee and desserts. The service is alright, thought it would have been friendlier. As I usually get gift cards to Starbucks, Ill continue to go because of the lovely gift cards. Other than that its not worth it

This is definitely the worst Starbucks I have been to. The line takes FOREVER, with the lobby being closed due to Covid you would think with 6 baristas they could have your drink ready by the time you reach the window. I heard one barista yelling to another to close her Instagram while I sat at the window for 2 cold brews for 4 minutes. Best part I was never greeted, I’m not sure the girl even spoke (she was Asian) and the girl yelling about her instagram had long blonde hair

The redesign is beautiful. The espresso is consistently trash. I want to go here for the aesthetic, but now I’ll have to go out of my way for a better Starbucks elsewhere. (Yeah, I know. Real first world problems, but for $5 a cup, I want it to be on point.). Taking off one more star because they’ve gotten my order wrong 50% of the time.

Clean and inviting. Service is pretty quick also. Again it all depends at what time you go. Mornings are quite busy so do expect a little bit of wait.

Ive been coming here for years, usually very friendly staff and good service. This place has what you would expect from any other Starbucks youve been to. I particularly like this one because they have plenty of seating, outside, inside, coaches, chairs, and some bar seating. They recently remodeled this Starbucks so its clean and modern looking.

FatherDay: Ignored while waiting at the counter by four employees. Never acknowledged my presence. The shop was very quiet. One employee went to the drive through like I wasn’t there. When I finally asked if anyone was able to take my order, they pointed to a young lady who was away from the counter. No apology or interest. I walked out very disappointed without my nitro coffee.

They would not give me a free refill even though I purchased an americano and met all the other requirements for the refill (never left the store, etc.) Apparently, they said since I purchased an Americano, they cant refill it with an iced coffee. This is Bullsh**, as at other locations, Im able to get teas, etc. even if I started with a coffee. This place is acting against Starbucks policy and I will report my experience to corporate.

This Starbucks clearly says that it is open at 5:30am on Saturday on both of their signs displayed outside and online! However this Starbucks never opens at this time!! Today in fact, we went here for a morning coffee run( at 7am) before a busy day, and found their doors locked with employees inside. When I motioned to an employee she told me they were opening in 10 minutes due to a late shift start. That is extremely unprofessional to have workers showing up late, and thus making your customers wait because you could not open at the correct time. Normally, the service is great, so to see they dont care about the time they open or matching their times to their displayed time, is disheartening and I will not be going back to this location.

I come here all the time and every time it never fails to take forever to get a drink because the employees are too focused on having their own personal conversations. Today it took me almost 5 minutes with no one in line to get an ice tea because they were all too concerned on their personal life convos. They are very friendly to customers and always make the drinks perfectly how you want them but the chattyness around paying customers is just unprofessional

Most Starbucks dont vary much from one anoyher, especially when theres another one 2 miles down the same road. The differences are in the staff, and every time Ive been here, the Batistas have been great! Fresh food and tasty coffee, even if it is overpriced

When we first walked in we knew a busy Starbucks would take a few minutes.. but then 10 minutes later (but only 3 customers) we were finally assisted by a lady who, even though I was speaking the answers to her, continued to stare and wait for my husband to answer her.. My husband and I both ordered grande’s and our cups were 3/4 of the way full... with the cherry on top being some sort of smashed food residue right in the pickup window area. So, while picking up your drink, you run the risk of slipping on it or stepping in it in general. I frequent Starbucks, but this experience was so non-consumer friendly and it felt as if they were just milking their franchise, that I felt compelled to review them. I would recommend observing your new trainees before releasing them into the wild, because it’s clear our cashier was new and struggling, but also it would have been nice to see some sort of managerial presence overseeing location progress. Otherwise, I gave two stars because his location had mobile ordering and rapid pickup, which I had never seen at Starbucks before, so kudos for that. Hope this helps, good luck!

Building has a mold issue that has yet to be fixed for months. IT. SMELLS. Alerted manager but nothing is done. You can get your coffee and food here all the same as another Starbucks, but this store is old and it shows. Not to mention the verismo boxes are always CAKED with dust along with everything else they sell on the shelves.

Shocked to get a bad cup of coffee. Weak and awful venti Pike Place. Worse than Dunkin. Daughter got a soy peppermint mocha frap. Also came out watery and not very good. The gingerbread loaf was good.
