This costco branch is bigger and has plenty of parking than the one in Davie.They recently open the dine in area of food court. Its just sad that they havent returned the onions for the hotdogs and only have two options for the pizza, pepperoni and cheese only... no combo like in CA. Less food sampler till now, hope they bring more soon.Tofu is also not being sell here unlike in CA but they do sell Kimchi.

Anthony, a younger looking fellow with curly hair, was very rude when I was trying to ask for help. He was brushing me off and seemed very annoyed that I was even speaking to him. Then I became very angry because I overheard him boasting to a coworker that he steals small things from the back and that he always “comes in high”. This is not my usual experience at Costco and was very disappointed that Costco would hire what seems like an ignorant, lazy teenager. I love this Costco, but this hire was a very poor decision. I would’ve assumed Costco would be very on it with who they hire, but I suppose not.

Of all the big box stores, we still love Costco the best. They have everything you could ever need and then some. We almost bought the grandchildren a few boxes the pictured Legos, but our daughter-in-law would have had a fit if we showed up with more Legos.

Well well well Costco is actually one of my favorite store the people is always very courteous. I have no problem finding the stuffs that I need and I appreciate the great customer service.

I am really enjoy go to Costco but the lines always are long. In another time the cashier always been helpful and very nice, but seems is not a good time for some personal.They have to improve our customer experience. Play some music, is not a store to be decorate as seasonal, but some kind of that stuffs will be good.

Organized store and varied good quality products. However I noted that there were many customers without masks more than 50% in store. From my point of view Costco management could do an effort to try to encourage to use masks inside as part of the customer and employee protection. It is crucial for our country to avoid more Covid cases and deaths. I hope that Costco-USA would improve this fact as soon as possible otherwise my family is not going there I would rather go to other store. Thank you in advance.

I usually buy the bargains on clothes, canned goods, bleach, and beach chairs. Fruits and vegetables are expensive. the salmon has a very good price. I also buy vitamin supplements and body creams. I ALWAYS LOOK FOR YOUR BRAND WHICH IS CHEAP AND VERY GOOD

If you have a certificate to use at check out...FYI you cannot use it at the self check out lanes. Only an actual lane with a register or some corner register with another employee behind the actual check out lane. Its a nightmare of a process. Some employees go out of your way to help and GOD bless them for going the extra mile. But there a few that just do not care and have zero desire to accommodate you. This place is extremely chaotic and crowded as well. I wish they had earlier opening hours.

Completely horrendous customer service and they were not willing to work with my wife and I. We had a baby shower and did a diaper raffle. We got tons of diapers from different people. Unfortunately, our child grew out of some of the sizes too fast. We have 3 brand new (unopened) gigantic boxes of huggies diapers (192 count, worth around $50 each). They were not willing to refund, or allow us to exchange to a bigger size diaper because we were not members. We explained we got it as a gift, and did not know which of the many people gave us those diapers. The manager there Pamela refused to help unless we signed up for membership. What a horrible sales tactic. Instead of trying to help new parents they refuse to exchange their own products. I guess I will never try and get a membership with them, and I will start to advise my friends and family not to either.

I am usually very happy with my Pembroke Pines, Costo, but on my last visit I was very disappointed. They didnt have the Wild Caught Salmon that we love. The Kirkland tomato sauce 12 pack is no longer available, they didnt have the Kirkland coconut water, was is going on.? I am considering going to the one in Coconut Creek in which everything is available. Very disappointed.

In and out. Store seemed clean and neat. Check out process was quick and efficient some Costco’s are crazy busy. This ones parking lot was a bit chaotic.

It can get pretty crowded at times but, just like all Costcos it is great to buy in bulk, staff are nice and you seem a little rushed when at the cashier. But other than that I have never had an issue there.

When Costco will adopt better and humane animal welfare policies and practices for their chickens? The lack of response to this concern, as well as the continued cruel animal practices, we will not tolerate anymore. I am not renewing my membership until Costco shows corporate responsibility and commitment.

Purchased TV at Pembroke Pines location sales person who was very knowledgeable sold me on Tv I told him I would take it and he suggested buying on Costco On line service and it would be delivered for free sounds good so purchased on line when I noticed I was charged twice for Allstate insurance policy that they say is free but it isn’t they charged me $213 and they charged me for tv as expected I called Costco to tell them about xtra Allstate policy added and asked them to remove charge they Custmer service rep was so rude she told me she removed but a week later charge was still there I called customer service 4 times and went to see store Manager at Pines location to get help and know one has resolved the issue canceled my tv since I could not resolve and they keep trying to deliver to my house even though I canceled my order don’t buy anything from on line service offered by Costco it is the worst and isn’t customer friendly. Credit card company is going to dispute charge for me ridicules.

Ive been purchasing my Christmas tree from Costco at Pembroke Pines for the last few years. This is the first time I am extremely disappointed with the quality and overall look of the tree purchased. Not sure what happened with this years stock but its definitely not worth $50.00.

This store is always clean and well maintained. The customer service desk is very welcoming. The food court offers very attractive choices at a good price.

Good place to buy in bulk. There is always a lot of people, but hey, what can you expect? American loves to buy in bulk! Still, there is always workers helping at the cashiers to accelerate the process. Costco always has good prices, especially the gasoline: UNBEATABLE!Thanks Costco!

I want to share the most absurd dissatisfied experience with Costco customer and delivery service associated with my refrigerator purchase. I had spoken to the two customer service services (logistics and e-commerce) in length of every aspect of an online purchase, delivery, and installation of my new refrigerator only to find that at delivery they could NOT install new nor uninstall my old one because of the ice maker not present in the new fridge. If, and not to my knowledge and even confirming beforehand by phone that they would, the ice maker was there then they would do it. BUT they dont sell ice makers in top freezer models. AND later discovered the water line has to be 3 feet from the fridge (mine isnt) so they never would have been able to do the uninstall/install process in the first place unbeknownst to me. Not to mention the liability problem (water leaks-hogwash) shared with me which I interpreted as a lack of competence on their part. Their customer service people seemed to know nothing until AFTER the fact. And they voluntarily tell you nothing you really need to know BEFORE delivery. So I had to get an independent technician do the most simple operation of water line uninstall/install on the fridges and wait 54 minutes on an another customer service phone number for Costco to have me wait 4 more days to finally remove the old fridge as per the original agreement. So I would think seriosly about considering Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, and Brandsmart before making a major kitchen appliance purchase (who all confirmed that compete comprehensive installation was included regardless of an ICE MAKER).

Costco in pembroke pines. What I consider important about this big box store is customer service. The lines are aways long but if you are on line you should be done in about 5 mins. The store is super organized and everything is labelled. The best part is of course the pharmacy. It functions like a small town store. The reminders are great. But if you forget or got too busy. They will follow up with a quick call. Andre one of the technicians there is amazing. If you use the good rx app. He will give you a purple form to fill out. It is usually processed immediately. Thanks for all you do Andre!!!

Good place for food shopping

I really feel i am getting good value. The products have a high quality while still being at a competitively low price. And stock is kept tight. Products kept up front while empty boxes are quickly removed.

Costco offers the 3 vaccines.Unfortunately I had an appointment at 12 and was vaccinated at 1pm. The big problems are that you have to register and then wait to be called, there are walk-ins and only 1 pharmacist giving the vaccines.I am disappointed.

Were not members but we wanted to check it out, prices are high, extremely high.Non food products are the same as everywhere else. Food prices are way high, the whole bulk thing makes no sense at all.You actually pay more when you do the math.

Why buy food when you can have FREE SAMPLES FOR DAYS like you can just take one, put on a disguise and ask for another one then repeat the process and BAM A FULL MEAL. they also have a variety of samples like one time I got soup and another time i got fruit cake SO YOU CAN BASICALLY HAVE A 3 COURSE MEAL.SOMETIMES THEY EVEN HAVE SMOOTHIES SO THERES YOUR DRINK. i mean yeah of course you need a membership to enter but free food is just one of the perks.

This is for the costco optical, I had a slight issue with my eyeglasses of which Steve the manager took care of my needs and listened to me and is trying to make things better. Excellent customer service and kudos to Elisa (hope i got the name right) who let me vent and directed me to her manager. So far, am very, very happy with their services.

It was fine. Im not a member thats why I gave it 4 stars lol but I went with a friend. The quality of their food seems to be very good. Too bad they arent doing samples anymore I was hungry when we went 😆. The staff was nice. Bob and Miguel at the Membership Desk we very nice and knowledgeable. All in all I highly recommend this Costco for your shopping needs.

I love this Costco. Its usually always busy. I wish they took social distancing more seriously here. I also wish they had more cleaning supplies like lysol, antibacterial and cleaning wipes but thats just the environment we live in where those items are scarce.
