Walmart is cheaper! I thought Id check out DG and download the app for store use, product scan for prices and fun. Half the time when scanning items the bar code was not recognized as an item at the store, the sticker prices or in store posted sales did not reflect on the cash register when checking out, and unfortunately the cashier could not correct the error properly but further over charged me! So I waited for a manager. It was simple math and the manager got her pen out and tried to figure it out...good Lord! Basic math, use a calculator!! I was still over charged but decided it could only get worse for this so called manager. I was nice about it, smiled and said Thank you and proceeded to remove the app from my phone, and I will NOT be returning to DG. In the end I was still over charged some.

My local DG!! I love this store especially the new look everyone is always so helpful and pleasant.

Nice store, the staff works hard, it has some interesting things that you wont find in some other stores around. Great hours, too!

This is my local dollar general. It is located in the same plaza as my job so I often times stop by and pick up my everyday necessities. Marisol is the AMAZING cashier who knows where EVERYTHING is at. She is always ready to help with a smile. Love this dollar general.

I never have a problem picking up what I need here. This visit was to buy items to donate to Bahama Hurricane victims. I purchased can goods, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes, paste and deodorant and only spent $20! I say thats a win for everyone.

Great customer service

Gotta say this is a hard one for me. I generally love to boast about how much I like to shop here, but, today was a FAIL!!I visited a newly opened store today and was told that the $5.00 off $25.00 coupon is not working today WHAT???? Its only good for the one day...Saturday. The associate was more concerned about what was on her phone to give a damn..VERY disappointed...

You can find great hidden deals here. Great prices if you are a couponer. Staff are friendly.

Dont get confused. The only dollar store is Dollar Tree. Dollar General sells inexpensive things at a higher price. Not worth it unless nothing else is open

The most UNORGANIZED, DIRTYDollar General Store Ive EVER been in. The checkout person was friendly and fast.The bathroom was from a horror movie, it was terrifyingly disgusting!!! The clip board with the dates and names of who last cleaned it was blank and it definitely had not been cleaned in forever. Im still gagging and want to throw away my shoes from even walking in there.I dont know who is responsible for the upkeep of this store or if they are understaffed and thats why no one has time to even do SOME cleaning, but I wont be back again.

I come here for convenience. Be careful when purchasing food because a lot of the items are expired.

THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT FAMILY DOLLAR IS OUT OF. I WILL GO HERE FIRST FOR MY QUICK NEEDS.

Ran in to see if they had a small item I was looking to purchase. There was a mild odor of urine throughout the store. Cleanliness left much to be desired. Needless to say, my visit was brief and I purchased absolutely nothing.

This store refuse to sell lysol cans of spray to customers and they choose to sell to their family and friends only . they keep these cans in the back and with my owns eyes I have seen them hand over many cans to a one customer which were their family member.

This is just like every other Dollar general and it was clean the stuff was nice and friendly. I was able to find great parking and they had exactly what I needed.

Dollar General good prices decent selection. Just always a line. Noone will come help ever to open another register. Be prepared to wait.....

The cashier that appeared available immediately walked away when I got to the counter - may have been a manager. I asked, youre not available?? and he said no. I was like at least you can say that beforehand, geesh. The 1 cashier available was very courteous and friendly. The store was clean and orderly. Hopefully the next visit will be better.

Good savings. Can be a little on the messy side like all other Dollar Generals. Staff is friendly but can be limited at cashier resulting in long lines at times.

I’m completely disappointed with store 1095. I was lied to and embarrassed today in front of my piers. The day I purchased a 40$ tree a younger gentleman couldn’t print me a receipt AFTER IVE ALREADY PURCHASED. I then get home and my husband already purchased a Christmas tree. I tried to return the Christmas Tree and the General manager was so rude and unprofessional towards me. He stated that he’s the boss. There’s nobody ahead of him. That’s fine!!!! Who’s your district manager because someone hired you? I can’t give that out he replied. Why not it’s public information? He then changes the tone and says I can only give you store credit No cash back because you don’t have a receipt. I then told him “hey the system you guys work through you can go back to the day I purchased and print a receipt out and refund me my money. He said he can’t lol. I’m like that’s fine as well. Just put the credit on a gift card. By this time I’m ready to go. I watched Marcos call his district manager on the phone and explain my situation and laugh in my face. It was very sad a professional manager would have pulled me to the side to NOT HOLD UP THE LINE ask my concerns AND TRY TO OVER COME THEM. Don’t try to get rid of me by saying no to me. I’m will not accept No!

This store needs an upgrade badly. Only thing would be it will forever have only one lane open no matter how many people are in the line to checkout. Bathroom needs work, went in and thought I was in a rave with the light above acting as a strobe light.

Very disgusting experience today, will not return to DG. I drove 15miles to get to this location as it is the closest one to my house. Had to go across the street to the gas station to use the bathroom as this one was so disgusting I almost puked on top of the filth that was already there. Advertised discount price was not applied at register, I told cashier that he was overcharging me and his response was he doesnt do the pricing. I had already swiped my card so the sale was processed and I was already disgusted with the entire experience that it wasnt worth it to ask for a manager. Apparently the cashier was the only one working anyways. I will never again give them my money.

Really need people that speak english as well as other languages. It is difficult to converse with people when they do not understand whats being said, they do try.
