I went to Lowes outlet looking for kitchen appliances. I was unable to find the items I needed for my new kitchen. Staff was helpful and courteous. They informed me they received new items daily and its always a good idea to check in on a regular basis.

I have purchased some home appliances and always buy my AC filters here. The service is okand I always find what I need.

This location is terrible. Large lines, no help. Had to return an item and had a new, friendly young man help. He didnt have 20.00 in his register to give me back. I told him I would just accept a gift card but he didnt know how to go back. There were two female employees on each side of him looking but not helping him, not had customers. After waiting for ten mins for the manager to bring the money, I asked one of the ladies if they could help him, they just turned their backs. The manager was finally spotted, walking like a snail, towards us. She took another ten mins to reach us. She never even said hello or acknowledge me. I would recommend the other big box store.

I normally love Lowes and Home Depot, bit this particular Lowes has always been..... ehhhh. The staff is always from another dept or they dont know, or the inventory is never right, even if it says they have 55 on hand. I rather drive an extra longer to West Davie.

I went to get plants for my little sisters project I asked where was the plants and this nice employee led me the way the customer service was absolutely great I had one problem though this one girl gave me a attitude but I ignored her and carried on with my day

Looking for a kitchen ceiling light the salesperson was great. Roxy, the cashier was great. Sure wish Lowes would stop requiring these hardworking staff members be allowed to breathe freely maskless

Found a machine for rent at Lowes that I needed on line. Computer listed 2 machines in my area for rent. I went to Lowes to rent the machine only to find out that the computer listing was for S Carolina! Lowes does not rent that particular machine in my area. If the information on line does not match reality in the store, then you have a non-functioning system that is going to cost Lowes a lot of business and money and the customer a lot of aggravation! Double check everything!

I like lowes but they are like publix. Higher price for no reason other than they are emptier than home depot at times so faster check out, but hd is less expensive. I guess if you dont wanna wait pay for it

I love Lowes whenever Im in the garden section I feel like Im at Toys R Us. Home Depot is closer however their garden section is lacking. I will continue to go to Lowes for all my garden memes as your selection surpasses that of home Depot.

I was looking for a Sallys Beauty Supply and found it at this location. Ive never been to the crossroads Square before and I was surprised at how large it was. Next to Sallys is a place called dressbarn which I popped in to take a look around since I was unfamiliar with the store. I was impressed by the quality and also the layout I wish they had called in another name the name Dress Barn doesnt invoke quality in my mind but its definitely a store that I will go back to. Theres several places to eat there and its definitely an area that Im going to return to.

Lowes curbside pickup is horrible. They do not answer the phone. You cannot get a live person on the phone. You just have to go inside.

We bought tile today and needed a box on the of the pile. We asked for help and the guy told us it I would take 15 min to find a pallet. He walked away and we had to move all the tile on our own

The Crossroads Square Lowes, had a GE coil electric stove in stock which I needed. No stores in Dade County had it, so I traveled to Broward County at this store. I was attended to by Ms. Latedra in the appliances department. She was very friendly and had great customer service skills. I also had next day delivery. I was very pleased with my purchase. Lowes also price matched.

Went for the garden center and was extremely disappointed. Everything was dry and either drooping or half dead. Prices were high and the selection scarce. Wouldnt come here for plants ever again.

Its a massive plaza, everything is connected and therere a lot of stores

Apart from Lowes there is Party City, a Jamaican bakery, restaurants and other stores. There is a Red Lobster, Chilis, and TGI Fridays in the front. On the other side is Publix, Marshalls and more. So not a bad location.

Nobody helped me and the store was empty

In the plumbing area, plastic fittings that I needed to make a connection were not in stock. 2 threaded male to male for the sprinkler head.There was no shelf space for the fitting. 😔

Stay away from Lowes. Their employees dont care. I walked in ready to buy carpet 10 months ago and walked across the parking lot to another store that cared just a little bit and bought on the spot...as I planned to.

Prefer than HD because I always find someone to ask a question. But, the majority of the time they have no idea where the item is.

Customer service needs work in lumber department. There is no willingness from the associates to assist customers. No product knowledge whatsoever and didnt know his measurements of the wood. A very disappointing trip to Lowes today.

The plants that they show online isnt what they have in store. I did find some beautiful roses 🌹.

I went there how their place was regarding sanitizer and space distance as well how do they serve there food. They dont open until 11 am to 8 pm. I will go back to see when there location is opened. Until now I cannot say how there location as to distance, eating, etc when I went to it before COV19. It was great.
