Publix, you disappointed me today! I went to grab two little Halloween bags that Publix was giving away and the man refused to let me have them because my kids weren’t with me. Hey Publix, have you heard of non-traditional families? Do you realize that people get divorced and don’t always have their kids with them?! By the looks of it, you’ll have a bunch of left over goodie bags. I hope you change your tune next time around and spread kindness versus exclusion. Happy Halloween 🎃

Publix on flamingo road is always courteous until the shoppers as well as well stop. If you cant find a particular item you can ask anyone even the manager they will take you exactly to what you looking for. Shopping at Publix is a pleasure and the prices are becoming competitive. You cannot put a price on quality and service those things are priceless. Thank you Publix again!

They have every thing you need and more! The guys on the floor always ready to assist. They are courteous and makes you feel good to spend your money. Good job guys!

Pretty much all the departments have good staff except the deli. I rarely go to this deli but the times I do they are always behind. Either chit-chatting with customers when there is a huge line subs or not having the ingredients ready. Even when placing online orders, they are late with preparing the food and still have to wait. Chicken tenders are never present and always cooking with no apologies for the wait.

Great publix always clean and well stocked, be patient century village is next door and you need to adjust your pace when shopping here.

Good Publix but I had preordered from the deli online and still had to wait an extra 18 minutes after my item was supposed to be ready

Ive been coming to this Publix for over 7 years, since I moved here. The staff is excellent! Most of them even know lots of customers, like me, and call you by your name! Very clean store.

First time walking into this publix and a man bumped into me! And i said excuse me. The man wanted to fight me! Luckily my husband was there. 2 store managers were there and im 100 percent sure they saw it and did nothing to stop the man. I understand that we are both customers.. But made me not want to fo back there.

Ordered a sub from the deli and was waiting for me when I got there. It was perfect with everything I wanted on it. We also got some deli meat and the clerk was real nice.

This Publix needs love! Every time I go there is quick run, and most of the times never find what I’m looking for. It’s just and old Publix that people forget it’s there and rather to drive to west fork plaza or city center for a better experience!

I love this store! The employees are so relaxed and friendly. Clean store, good steaks, quick service.

The sushi display is not very good. Everything in the store is pretty well stocked otherwise. The staff is friendly and helpful and the stock clerks know very well to find something when needed. I found some of the deli associates and returned items/lottery/other assorted payments area to be a little indifferent that is why I gave your store three star rating.

No sushi at 930pm on a friday:(( this was the main reason i went to publix instead of winn dixie. .

I decided to stop over at this Publix since I was in the neighborhood. I was not impressed with their produce or hot bar . There was alot of molded fruits and vegetables on the shelves. I told the produce cleck but I dont think anything will be done. The hot bar food was not fresh and this was near lunch time. I enjoy shopping at Publix but will not visit this particular one anytime soon.

Overall great employees especially in the Pharmacy. Ive been coming here for 20 years+ and theyve only goofed a couple of times. But this latest time was appalling. I received an open container that had been taped shut. Very unsanitary and not what I expect from Publix. The brand is worth more than saving a few cents restocking like this. Instacart handled it beautifully and quickly with a refund. Just be careful when purchasing.

This Publix has the worst staff in the Deli department. Full of untrained and unprofessional people that socialize more than anything else. It takes forever to fulfill an order and lines are ridiculous.

This is a very old Publix which I believe has been updated but it was the very first Publix I shopped at when I was first married in 1986. I lived nearby on Flamingo and Pines and there was nothing, and I mean nothing out here in the 1980s. Only our brand new apartment complex ( back then rent with a washer and dryer was $435 a month!) Very few houses, shopping centers and we had to drive all the way to the corner of University and Pines to shop at Alberstons which was the only food store available back then in this area. When they built this Publix and shopping center, it was awesome but a lot has changed since those days and now this area is way overcrowded but this Publix has its loyal customers. Their employees work together like a well oil machine. Smooth....

Thanks for the publix brand maxi pads... They are locative and do really help with headache related asthma related to the area... Pill sales can endanger waterways by treating experimental organisms as a hazardous waste... Or biological weapon so it doesnt make sense to reduce waste for the environmental objective desired... I appreciate as an income reduced product they dont have the heavy metals allergens I get from other low cost brands... Thanks for the dignity...

Wow. I had an experience there this morning with Kaylah in the café and she made my entire day!!!Her warmth and kindness turned my whole day around. I walked in very exhausted, feeling down and out and this little interaction...she really changed my whole mood and I’m so grateful because I have a long work day ahead. I did tell the manager right away but I wanted to let everyone know what a star you have in your team. Thank you, Kaylah!! And yes, the avocado smoothie is perfect! :-)

Very clean and employees are very nice. The food is neatly organized and bit more pricey but you will understand why when you see how you are treated. Definitely recommended!

Unfortunately this time around was horrible went to get some chicken there was noone there to serve me the guy smdoing the sub will not go n find someone for me just kept saying shes doing something nearly waited at least 45 minutes to get my chicken the only reason I stood there n waited so long cause I just got off a 10 hr work shift n was too tired to drive somewhere else

Deli was crowded and no numbers available.

There is a employee by the name of Mae who works at the deli and she has to be one of the worst employees I’ve seen at the deli, not only did she have an attitude problem, she completely messed up 2 of my orders, and has the audacity to say “what else do you want”. If I see her again I’m pitching my sandwich back at her.

Close to everything, but there is a lot of good things here so I can stock up on all the stuff I need including health, beauty, and convenient items.

The store is very clean smell good. Customer service was awesome especially in the deli part. cashiers are very polite. Will shop there again

What can you say about Publix... The employees are consistently very friendly and helpful. I love when the cashiers ask, Did you find everything you were looking for? I always want to say... Why? Are you hiding things? Seriously... I have been to a number of Publix stores in the area and they are all good, but, this is one of the best ones. The food is always fresh. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have a wonderful return policy. And they stand behind their registers scanning properly. If you happen to find something that scanned incorrectly, you get the item for free. Cant beat that. The staff bends over backwards to make sure that you are a happy customer. And while you are there, dont forget to try one of their delicious sub sandwiches from the deli. Enjoy!

Very organized, clean, very good overall.

It was busy as usual but lines move quickly.

No one the deli & have been waiting fir over 10 minutes. The employees are yelling at one another to each other. Very poor management!

I moved into the neighborhood about a year now and have choose this store to be me go to for shopping. I always find the employees to be really nice and helpful from the bakery,produce and the cashiers. But on two occasions while ordering from the deli I find one employee whom I did not get her name, to be rather rude. I call and reported her to the store manager. She seems to always been in a bad mood and should not be waiting on customers. As for the rest on the employees their always pleasant.
