I was sold a gloss paint instead of the a satin finish, but the manager was glad to help me, and gave me helpful hints how to move forward in repainting the job. All in all, their customer service is great.

Sherwin-Williams paint store is very expensive the staff very nice very polite but their prices are high I needed a quart of white semi-gloss exterior paint they were charging $45 for a quart of paint I almost had a heart attack I didnt show it to them I kept it to myself but next time I dont know what Im going to do when I need paint go to Home Depot has another expensive store for paint prices went up but your pay did not go up how are we going to survive everybodys making this big money on these big corporations and were here getting Penny checks they should be ashamed of themselves

Esteban was very helpful in helping me find my communitys paint options and corresponding paint chips. Also recommended Allbrite Painting which I already planned to call, so that gave me comfort and All rite did a very good job of painting the house.

There is a boy who speaks Spanish who is a MANAGER who does not know where he is standing of all Sherwins offices. This is the worst do not go ... it is disgusting.
