One of the cleanest and best Dairy Queen’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. I’ve been very nervous about going out with Covid, but they take alot of precautions in cleanliness and overall I feel very comfortable going in here. Definately will be stopping back in here again!

Was very impressed with the cleanliness of this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though I was very indecisive of what I wanted to order. I’ve been to other locations and this one was the best one. Definitely will bring my family back!

I went there recently for my daughter bday and got one of the brownies Oreo special, and it didnt say that it had marshmallow fluff in it, and when I got it, didnt want it bc of the fluff, but bc the girl at the counter was all alone i was told I can not get an exchange or a refund and would have to pay full price for a new one, this totally wrong when on the board it dont say marshmallow, in the pic it looks like whipped cream, and I demand a full refund

Amazing spot! Icecream is so good and staff is kind. We ordered the blizzard strawberry cheesecake and it was FLAWLESS. Went perfect with The Goldengl Girls gift I got for my mother (:It tasted so good with real strawberry and it looked just like the picture. Was about 32 dollars.

I came to Dairy Queen yesterday and the dude that worked there was very respectful and very hard working. He took my order right away and my blizzard was 10/10! This is my new Dairy Queen spot!

Here something to think about. You say no face mask no service... Well what about make your employees where gloves, employees touch money, people, etc but dont wash hands in between transaction touching guest hands etc. So you are not staying protected so your no mask policy is stupid when you dont think logically. Transmitting germs and possibly covid are still spreadable to me and your employees when they touch other customers hands and property than touch your products and hand it to you. Come on lets think logically and not stupid. Lets say I didnt spend my money here cause of this company being a sheep and not being rational. If employees were protected fully than ok I would of with ur no face mask no service policy. A group of 150 people so far wont be back to this location due to this. Be smart owner not half way. I visit so far 48 restaurant to check policies on mask and how they stay protected. D rating on this location.

On July 13 at 6:45pm, I was very turned off by todays visit. We were rudely reminded to put on our mask, while already in the process of doing so and another family walked in right after with no mask and they weren’t reminded. I felt targeted due to the fact I’m a Hispanic women and the other family were of white decent. After receiving our orders, I was still missing one order and the cashier told me I didn’t pay for it when I was the first one to place the order. She rudely checked the receipt and said “Oh, you did” without apologizing to me. It was an unpleasant experience considering it wasn’t a busy night. She had very bad customer service skills. The other employee that was an older woman felt embarrassed and it wasn’t even her fault. I hope the manager reads this and teaches his employee proper customer service skills that are needed even when working at an ice cream shop.

Eventhough there is no indoor dining, the floors are clearly marked to direct customers where to stand in order to accommodate social distancing guidelines. As always, great experience and delicious treats

My husband and I ordered one large vanilla chocolate dipped cone and my husband got a dipped waffle cone and a medium blizzard. The lady in front of us ordered the same thing my husband ordered and also one of the chocolate dipped waffle cone, The lady at the register begins to say to the paid customer that they do not do dipped waffle cones. The lady said it was false advertisement and asked for a refund. My husband and I both worked at Dairy Queen years back the fact that they said they wasn’t even able to make chocolate dipped waffle cones the reasoning behind it made no sense. (Literally The stories she gave had both customers looking confused) as we began to get our money back mind you I’m only getting my money back for the waffle cone, The lady sat there saying that you cannot get a refund that they used to have a sign saying no refunds. So here we are once again arguing with these people, then another lady comes up front takes all the money from the tip jar and gives me my two dollars and tells me and my husband to get out rudely, that’s not how you talk to paid customers I will never ever go back there again. Oh and did I mention the lady that asked for her refund never got her money back and walked out with nothing I’m sure she won’t be going back either. FYI to everybody they sell a lot of false advertisement, and extremely extremely rude!

Ice creams are always on point. Girls are always nice. Pricey but worth it.

I Love This Place!!!!It takes Me Back in Time,When I was a Little Girl and My Uncle used to take Me every Friday to buy My Brother,My Sister and Me Ice Cream and Banana Splits to Us and when I go to this place it brings me back memories!!!!Its just Delicious!!!!You must Go and Try the Varieties of Sweet Treats that they have!!!!Very Highly Recommended

Placed an order online, waited for them to call me for payment as stated in the email. No one called at all. When I called and ask about my order, employee told me that I should have come there to make payment, and they don’t call you for it. Isn’t that stupid??? Why the email says one thing but the staff does something opposite??? The email is misleading. Will never use them again. Bunch of idiots!!!

I got to this Dairy Queen T 10:57 am the sign says open at 11:00 it is now 11:20 and still not open I saw an employee inside she tells me close and walks away this is sad this will be the last time I come here

Disappointing that a place that mandates mask do not offer their customer mask..hmmmm.. bad business . Just turn people away . No where else that I go do this. Probably why its so empty. I give this a negative 1 star

Me and my family walk in with no mask, mind you an employee is taking a girls order that has no mask on and the employee tells us to get out because we have no mask. She threatened to call the police.

The DQ Fan relations team is an absolute joke. Countless people have issues with this particular location and NOTHING is done about it. Just a mechanical “oh I’m sorry try again later” type of garbage.

I LOVE Dairy Queen. Used to go all the time so I know what a chocolate extreme is supposed to look like. Chocolate. This was poorly mixed still lots of vanilla. Additionally the lady with the short gray hair had poor customer service. Then when I asked about her not putting my blizzard upside down she rudely announced to me that she did but I didnt see and five others must have. Then I said ok and as Im walking out I hear her asking the customers you heard me right ?!? Just not professional. It wasnt that big of a deal but the poorly made blizzard topped it off. And you can tell the other customers felt awkward about the whole situation. Waste of money

Their fudge brownie sundaes are delicious at this DQ. This DQ is very conveniently located in the heart of east Pembroke Pines near a busy intersection which makes it easily accessible. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the restaurant was clean and well maintained.

Cmon, youre kidding. Large hot fudge sundaes with whipped cream and marshmallow. Quick service, everyone has masks. Delicious and safe. Whats not to love.

Hire better people i literally stood infront of the cashier waiting to get my order taken n they were all just looking at me and talking to each other

This is the Dairy Queen in our old neighborhood and as we were visiting the same shopping center I stopped in for a blizzard. Im pretty fond of the seasonal pumpkin pie Blizzard and it was up to my expectations. Other than having the tables pushed aside due to COVID-19, it was the same as when we lived nearby.

I have been here twice in the last week. The staff here is nice. They young lady who is always there works really well under pressure. She is pretty patient also. There generally is a line, but it moves, The store was clean. The prices are okay. I had a buster bar out of the freezer.. the peanuts on it were stale, but other than that it was okay. I had a dilly bar the second time and it was pretty good. I give it four stars because of the service.

TERRIBLE experience! My wife ordered a Turtle Pecan Blizzard. She paid EXTRA for extra pecans, expecting a lot of pecans since she just had one a few days before at Orlando that was LOADED with pecans! When she received it, it had ONE pecan and a few extra small pieces. She told the manager, Sherry. Sherry responded that she had given her extra like she asked. My wife told her she was crooked and walked out with her Blizzard.Not completely understanding what transpired, I went outside with my dessert. Because of COVID there is no dining in. Once I understood what had happened, I went back in to confront the manager. I asked her what was her name. When she told me she also asked what the problem was. I told her about my wifes blizzard. She said that she put extra pecans in it. I told her she did not! She snapped right back (very rude person) saying she had! I told her I wasnt going to stand and argue with her about it when I had just seen the small amount they put in it. I then told her she cant charge extra for extra product and not give it, thats STEALING! I also told her that free enterprise would eventually catch up to her ways after she ripped off enough people and that I would give her a negative review on Social Media, so here I am! She had the gall as I walked out the door to wish me a good evening after she had stolen from me AND ruined our dessert experience! I would give a zero review if that were possible!The problem here is not that this woman was having a bad day. I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt that theyre possibly HAVING a rough day. The fact of the matter is that she had done the SAME THING two weeks before to my step-daughter! Shes a thief! She has ripped us off twice! I didnt know that had happened two weeks before or I would NOT have went there! While we were standing outside a woman overheard our conversation and asked what was wrong. When we told her, she said, I KNOW, that woman is horrible!Stay away from this place! However, if you should decide to go anyway, watch your back with this wicked woman! We wont be going back, EVER!And please, owners, dont send me a message telling me youre sorry for our experience and you hope we return! Please do something about this woman if you treasure your business!

Just got ripped off and had the worse experience here. Got our orders wrong, wouldnt fix or give money back. They actually blamed my husband and said he ordered wrong. No attempts to try and make it right. Never going to DQ again and will definitely let all of my friends and family know not to spend their hard earned money in any of their establishments.

Nice place to eat a delicious variety of ice cream and the like. Ice cream cakes are available too. Its got a fun vibe, and the kids cant get enough, although you might want to limit that. Good stuff, especially for a reward as its not health food, but its an experience.

Amazing experience in the dessert. Te best.

Didn’t like the fact that this was the closest one to me and I drove all the way here (30 minutes) and they didn’t have all the options of ice cream cake that they advertise. So when I just took one of the options they had ( I wanted the Reese’s chocolate one it was for a birthday party, I went with xtreme chocolate) I asked if they can add bits of the Reese’s chocolate because that’s the one the kid wanted and I drove far to get it and I explained that to the girl, she said they will charge me extra money for that and I found that unfair because if you advertise something then you should have it!

Just stopped by for a treat. The Mrs. had small Brownie Blizzard, my pup had a small vanilla cone, it was his birthday, and I had a small fudge sunday, vanilla ice cream with just a small bit of fudge, the whipped cream was.75 cents extra if you can wrap your brain around that one. Oh well, nothing special here, it was just okay.

Rude employees. Fire them all.

The manager has already close and locked the door. I had a very important paper to fax and as I knocked on the door. I explained to him how important I had to get these important documents faxed. He let me in and fax my papers and he didnt even charged me. Thanks again

The .80 cent special that Dairy Queen is having is only partially honored limiting the flavors. And the Pecan Turtle Cluster blizzard did not have pecans.

No hot coffee or sugar free tea. Banana split was presented poorly and whipped cream tasted funny. Server was abrupt and rude.

Very good and very fast service. I purchased a chilli cheese hot dog, a caramel shake and a Reeses blizzard. The food was fresh and the frozen treats were very tasty. It was my first time at that location but it will not be my last!😁

Ordered a blizzard with extra reeses peanut cups. Paid extra for extra toppings. When I got it it was vanilla. Asked for more extra and I will pay for it and took out money. She said she couldnt do that. Wouldnt put it back on the machine. Ive had it before and this wasnt what I normally get. Needs better training. Very rude about it. Will not be back.

Empty most of the time but ppl do come in & out. Ice cream is good, but no public restrooms to wash hands and face for the kids. Make sure to being wipes!

Employee named Gabby blantantly flirted with my boyfriend when I was standing right next to him. It took her forever to take the next order, which was my mom because she just wanted to know so much about my boyfriend and wouldnt stop asking questions about his interests and telling him hers. She made me feel uncomfortable, my boyfriend and my mom both saw and she was obviously trying to flirt. Thats not good customer service, she took it too far. Ice cream was good though.

Terrible service, order wasn’t complete, and when asked to do it over the Manager came at the (me) the customer saying, “she’s not going back over my order and I’m wasting her time.” I’ve been a DQ customer for years and never have I received service from like this especially not from a manager.

Not as good as good as it could be. They charge extra for stuff that should be the same price as the other I wanted a blizzard that other dairy queens have but since its not on the menu the charge $1.00 extra, when the blizzards are expensive already. I wont go back.

I used to love this dairy queen but lately since the manager was let go they have become horrible here and not so friendly anymore I dont wanna pull the race card but Im feeling it now when I go and we made this our Sunday hangout. Now we gotta find a new place. OWNERS HELP

Dairy Queen has the best blizzards. The place is just cozy in a quiet plaza. The staff is quite friendly.

The environment doesnt look as clean as a Cold Stone or Menchies. The Ice Cream is simple, tasty and well presented. Staff at this location is typically great. Id chalk it up to recruiting/training as Ive dealt with multiple people and have never been disappointed by customer service.

Delicious but this place dont have restrooms many times the same is not working, hows possible the city dont close this place I will report this for sure they will take actions on this matter

Great deserts and fast service. A little pricey, but still a great place to take a break on a hot day.

My husband ask for a cup of water and when I look to the receipt I saw a charge of $1.98 when we ask the employee he says that he had to charge us for the cup because they ran out of the small cups. Wth?! I think this is very dishonest and then he said that they cant do refunds becuase theres no managers in the store at that time. So my husband told him if knew you were going to charge me for a cup I would have bought the bottle of water. The employee said is not a big deal sir. Well it is becuase is my money. The employee ended up giving us a bottle of water. Please train your people better. Customers be careful look at your receipt!!!

This dairy queen location has always been a problem. The store owner or location manager is terrible and thinks she is funny when she is not. They always mess up on the same blizzard that does not have pineapples but they put it in. People should not even bother ever getting the Orange Julius because they actually use water to water down the orange and they dont put icecream like they should. If I am paying $5.50 for that they shouldnt be using water and milk. I would rather go to the one on 441 that might be in the hood but they make the items you want faster and better. The only problem is they only take cash. And yeah that evil short haired hag is that manager.

Wish I could leave 0. Was trying to come in with my family on a Sunday early afternoon and called ahead to inquire on any specials or incentives. The lady who answered was disgustingly rude, very uninformative, and when I asked her why she was being rude and for her name she hung up on me.Definitely never coming here because I wouldn’t want such a miserable person making my ice cream

If I could give this ZERO STARS, I would! Let me tell you guys how the Manager PIXIE has the most HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! I got a simple caramel Sunday, took one bite, and realized it was entirely too sweet. I went up to the counter and asked for a refund or to swap it out for something else and she told me no. NO. NooOoOoOoO. I was like (in my head) pero, this is a service industry, you are in the business to serve & please. Needless to say she was rude, claimed she didnt know her store number when I told her that I was going to call corporate. And here I am leaving a review. The other young lady Erica is super sweet. She was kind throughout the process.....she needs to be promoted to Manager because that Pixie lady has GOTS TUH GO. Oh! And I saw some roaches. DONT EAT THERE!!!
