I received the best customer service here with James. He was very very helpful and patient to show me the unit that would best serve my needs. I highly recommend this storage building. Not to mention their great hours from 6am to 10 pm. Who could ask for more 😃

The facility is almost brand new and super clean. Units are clean and the AC is great. The unloading area is spacious and the elevators work well. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Was definitely a good choice for my storage needs.

What a great storage rental experience! The 800 number staff were very nice with answering questions. Both Jose and Malena were great. Jose personally walked me to the unit and had selected a convenient location for my 10x10. Third floor is a great option because the roof is very high. Great price and Im locked in on that rate.

Clean and easy to access. There are multiple dollies to use which help me move my stuff much easier. Its also well lit. I feel safe coming and going.

I called the main number to make a reservation for a storage unit. It was quick and easy. A few minutes after the reservation was made, I received a call for the closest facility to complete my reservation. James was kindly enough to walk me through and finalize the process. He was very friendly, respectful and patient while I gathered all the information he had requested. The whole process was done through the phone. Emails and text massages with confirmation and codes were sent as well.Once I got to the facility, I walked in the office and was greeted by the manager who had a bubbly personality. She walked me to my unit and showed me how the gate and lock worked.Overall, the customer service was AWESOME and the facility was nice and clean. I recommend this storage facility 100%.

I have never been to a place where the employee was so nice, had the patience to deal with me, lol 😆 and was so helpful. His name is Brandon. He for sure deserve to be recognized as a great employee by the company and should get a raise too, why not. Always with a smile and explained everything in detail. Extra space Storage is affordable, super clean, and it does have extra space. Is about 12 to 15 feet tall.

They are very professional and courteous. I am enjoying my storage thus far, but it would be an added convenience if you were allowed to access the storage after 10:00pm. I needed something very important around 11:00pm onr night and was not able to get it until the next morning. This costed me big.

Our staff member was Fernando. He was very courteous and helpful. He showed us the two different sized units we requested. The facility was clean and looked properly maintained. I was impressed!!! So much so, we signed our agreement and started loading up the same day!!....Thank you Fernando!

I rented out a unit on the 21st and since I was arriving after office hours I spoke to an employee over the phone in advance to verify it would be unlocked. It was also written in email that it would be unlocked. I arrived on the 26th with two moving trucks and a moving company to load into the unit. To my surprise the unit was locked. The after hours and emergency numbers listed DO NOT WORK, they go straight to robots that only tell you store hours. I had to pay $1200 for the moving company to hold my items overnight. I arrived in the morning and explained the situation, the manager said a new employee made an error. I was told they had to speak to the regional GM to help me. They wasted two days of my time to tell me they can give me a $550 credit. Then waited until right before their office closed to say he’s off until Thursday and can’t give me a response. Extra Space Storage still wants me to pay $650 for their mistake. It’s unacceptable.

Brand new storage facility with controlled access and managed by professional and friendly people. Melina was great. She showed me the available units that would cover my storage needs, explained all my options, and answered all my questions. I wasnt sure if I would take a unit there but left with a signed contract!

Yesterday, I went to rent my first storage unit!!! I met with Milena at the front office who took me on a tour to view the different size units. The building is tucked away (right next to at edwards Catholic Church), lots of space and privacy. They have great prices and a special promotion going on right now!!!My dad and aunt came to check it out and will be moving from their current storage unit to this one!

I used Extra Space Storage based on a prior use in another city. I encountered Marvin as well as Milena. Both were great with awesome customer skills. They both answered questions and gave me an excellent tour of the facility. The place is clean, has easy access to unload and load for storage. My favorite thing is that they have carts to aid moving your personal things to and from your vehicle to the storage unit. Thank you so much for such awesome service.

Love this new facility. Very state of the art with sensors to save on electricity and lighting inside units. Marvin patiently walked me through all the units that were in different locations with the size I was looking for to help me find the best spot to store my items. Literally 4 minutes away. Just try and avoid visiting during school let out-located next to a school and the carline drivers were blocking the exit of the storage facility.
