She has been most helpful in circumnavigating a difficult period, by contributing the comfort of knowing that our possessions will be well kept. I highly recommend this facility, its location is optimal, right of I-75 North and Sheridan East. Easy access to your units. Clean. Safe. And in a low traffic area. We were renting 293 the place was always clean. I also want to add that your employee Trina is a very professional customer service she has always treated us with respect and we would recommend your location because of employees like her.

I went to rent a unit got to meet Marthashe was very helpful answer all my questions .I didn’t rent the unit but her service was very good .

I was having one of the worst days of my life, but with the help of Trina (On-site Manager) I was able to setup my storage unit online. I had to call Trina a few times to figure out the form...each time she made me laugh and feel a little better, even though this day was pulling me down.Thank you Trina, you gave me back a little hope and a lot of help.6/13/21Just a quick update, the day I went with movers Trina was off...but Martha was there and helped me out tremendously! And then again today, Sunday, Trina helped me with a serious problem...I dont share this a lot, but Im disabled, with serious damage to spin and knees....making it torture to get around a lot. So with Trinas help I was able to rest today while she helped me with something that was my problem to deal with.... I highly recommend this site, but moreover these two ladies! If I had them backing me up on the road Id be safe always!

Don’t use Public Storage AT ALL!!! I’ve been using them for only 4 months and they’ve been having system’s issues and every month instead changing the CC on file, they say it was decline and charge you a $75 late fee. This is happening with SEVERAL CUSTOMERS. Last month they gave me couple late fees back and told me the system was going to be fixed, but this month the same thing happened and they charged me for 2 late fees. You can leave as many messages you want to the manager but he won’t call you. They is no one that can help you but a chat system. This is a Scam, run from this company.

We looked at (3) different Public Storages and this one by far was not only the cleanest but Trina was a COMPLETE pleasure. Knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything perfectly. You won’t go wrong here.

Just the thought of moving and choosing the the right place to store your things is stressful. Cleeff was so helpful and made sure I got the perfect sized unit with no problem. At the end it wasnt nearly as bad a headache as I thought itd be. Not to mention the units are climate controlled always kept clean.

I have to say hands down this is one of the best location, we have visited, met Trina who greeted us, was very courteous an respectful, did not have any issues on taking us to see the unit size, her recomendation made our decission and move in easy.We planned to only stay for 2 months but we are now 4months in. Unit price is a little on the expensive side but we were more at ease of mind with the great customer care that we recieved the cleaniness of the Facility and the ease of access from I75 to go along with this app that reminds me of our garage opener. Try it out for self tell Mrs Trina the guy that had to use the restroom 10 times sent you. 😉

This Storage facility was awful. I had made a reservation ahead of time for a particular unit on the ground floor. I waited 40 minutes for martha to finish with a couple but it seemed more of a social situation. When I went in to complete my transaction I was told that the unit I had reserved was no longer available. What a waste of time. Horrendous customer service. Definitely do not recommend this. Especially since I would be be renting a $350 for 6 months. Waste.

The Site manager (Sara) was extremely helpful and patient in describing all the options and helping me to find the best unit for my needs.The site is clean and well maintained. Access is secure and well lit. So far I am impressed with the quality value and most of all the customer service.

Anthony was very helpful and patient in recommending the right unit. I originally went with something smaller but when I got there he told me that my things would not fit. I brought my things yesterday and he was right, everything fit perfectly in the unit that he showed me. He also gave me some tips on arranging my sofa and protecting it with a cover because they spray and because of dust. The facility is very clean and the service is top notch. Highly recommend this location for anyone storing.
