I dont appreciate them raising my storage fee after I decided to put my account on account on auto pay. They claim they do a review every so many months & this is what happens but when I signed up with them no one never explained that to me nor can I find or have any paperwork that says that or I would have never choose them. Its like they hold your things hostage because they know that you do not want to go through the hassle of moving your stuff again. Ive also read other reviews to that says the same thing about them raising your rates etc. If I had to do it all over again I would avoid Cube Smart like the plague because for as much as you pay theres no convenience for the customer here at all. Im just over it at this point & as soon as Im able to move my things Im out! I cant wait until the day I can get my things out of this storage facility...

Nice people... Jaky is very cool. Inside units have small doors, not great but facility is very good. And, they are expensive. Per sqft is more than my mortgage.

I just came to download some stuff for my storage and I found the carts tied with chains and lock. Its ridiculous that I had to download my heavy boxes one by one and now my back Its hurting me.

Everything went well and staff was nice. Only issue I had was with the fact that they force you to have insurance. You should have the option of not getting nay insurance. Its your things that you are storing; you should be able to be ok with losing them.

Facility seems rather new, our storage rent randomly went up by $20 without notice :/ not happy about that. The bathroom desperately needs attention, it smells like a homeless person in there. Also, it would be nice to have access to the bathroom on the floor of my storage instead of having to venture back down the first floor.

Before I even got to the store Shauna answered all my questions pertaining to the 5x5 rooms and 5x10When I first walk into the store Shauna excellent customer service and great conversational skills definitely helped moving process

No one ever answers the phones, they actually will pick up and hang up the phone or pick up and you hear them dialing to send to voicemail just to avoid speaking with customers. Never any carts, you basically have to walk to the front which is locked during store hours to have to walk back and go in and out of each sliding door area to find one.Google and the general site states you are allowed 10 days grace period, $15 late fee, you are only allowed 5 days and it’s a $30 fee for the month on the 6th.They also raise the prices without telling you, supposedly a agreement is sent (which never was), you would think that a call would be given in regards to a rate change.A little frustrated my Storage is locked the day I am to began moving, totally slipped my mind as my I have had the storage almost a year. So to the simple fact I have to pay over $200 to just open it to move my stuff when I have been with them year... let’s just say I’ll use any other company before coming back or recommend. Yes I understand it’s a business, but there should be some loyalty to remaining customers and some type of accommodation for such circumstances.

I think that this facility has been the best experience every. I walked into the office both managers greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. The property was clean and the hand carts were very useful. Both shanteall and Antonio made my life easy with moving.

The general manager at this location is very kind and polite. All the managers here are very helpful and happy all the time. Ive been storing here for over a year. Property is well maintained and carts are easy to find.

It is 11:20am Monday and sign says be back at noon.... after driving 40 minutes to get here I realize they are under-staffed- how is that my fault I thought this was a huge company..... It is isnt it? I guess this location is not run properly as there is also garbage on the floor everywhere..... make sure theyre going to be open before coming here in normal business hours!
