I give them one star because they have the strongest signal for folks who live near Hook Road. They earn that star just for existing. The other four blank spots next to the stars are for their customer service. Its a good thing we are wearing masks because you shouldnt expect a smile from the attendant. Nor should you expect any favorable resolutions to tech issues. They promised me free Amazon Prime then told me I would have to open a new Amazon account to get it. Trying to manage the account online is a dead end also. Its no-frills T-Mobile.
There is no sign that says they arent open today (10/3/2019) infact the sign says open 10am-7pm, yet theres no employee anywhere in sight. Management should crack down and make sure that their employees are, at the very least, showing up to work on time. I dont need your employees to recite the specs on a phone or the sales value of one, just be in the store at your scheduled time to make the transaction. Its 11:30am at the time of writing and Ill check back at noon.Edit: Noon and finally someone is here.
I went in there to buy a phone and he didnt even want to help me Ive been with Metro for three and a half years I walked out baffle that he wouldnt sell me a phone or show me a deal
Very unprofessional seriously. I was lied to about promtion and got stuck with a phone that wont stay on. All they care about is making the sale. Even the manager was unprofessional. I dont understand how they are still in business I dont know if its because the color of my skin I was mistreated or not Im not happy with that store nor the employee and manager..
3rd time in a row I came and no one was inside, lights on during store hours and no one is inside, place is a joke dont spend money here
