Im a truck driver and my phone shattered while I was out on the road . Knew I was coming home and reached out and spoke to Keisha. She told me about the new LG velvet and I told her I was used to Motorolas . She gave me an opportunity to try the LG velvet but it did not fit my needs. Keisha gladly helped me getting the new Motorola. Explained everything and set up my phone flawlessly. We definitely recommend her and the store . She went above and beyond period her customer service was outstanding.

Great Experience! Shawn was extremely helpful and patient in transferring our (four) phones over to a Verizon plan. We were in the store for hours because of the difficulties porting numbers over based on other carriers locking the phones that we already paid off. The whole ordeal was a nightmare, but he knew what to do at every step. He was unflappable, extremely knowledgeable, and tirelessly worked through the process.

Our situation was difficult but when we went into the store the associate Nicole worked very hard and patiently trying to resolve our issue. It went much longer than expected but she worked tirelessly to make sure we got our new phone set up. We are extremely grateful for her time and dedication!

The employees are extremely knowledgeable. I had Keisha who was extremely patient and was able to trouble shoot a complex problem I was having while porting my phone. She took the time to answer all of my questions and reassured me she would solve the problem and get me out the door with a fully functioning phone which she did! I would highly recommend coming to this store and if you happen to get Keisha you will be in great hands. I can not say enough good things about this store and how great Keisha was. Verizon just got another costumer thanks to her.

I’m retracting my 5 star review until the credit I’m due shows up on my statement. I was told things happen slowest with this store so it may not occur on my next statement meaning it will take nearly two months. 😏I’ll keep everyone updated.Months later and numerous calls to Verizon to straighten out the issues my husband and I had with our new phone purchase and account. I’ll go to a real Verizon store next time. Sale technique is nothing but dishonest. It ended up costing us more than what was promised. We were flat out lied to!!!

Came in with phone not working very upset..I was greeted by a smiling face...mikhail basada telling me everything will be ok and he will help us! The beginning of a wonderful experience...he spent over two hours trouble shooting with us...mind you the store closed at 8:00pm...unfortunately the phone was beyond repair however...Mikhail made a bad situation bearable....friendly, personable, accomodating and genuinely cared about helping us! I love that a home town store is so approachable and we don’t have to go to the mall to get our needs met...kudos to pennsville TCC Verizon store for mikhail!!

Pre order the 8plus with the free vr gear and both the phone and vr gear was never ordered. They say verizon screwed up but who knows I got the preorder refund but now Im out the vr gear.

Went to buy a charger cord for my phone was very surprised that it was very expensive..but needed it cause it wasnt like the normal chargers that are standard that the dollar stores carry...$30 for a charger cord is expensive to me but it did come with warranty so that was a plus
