The worst!! Store associate lied to me about a promotion that was going on and when calling customer service I was told that there was not a promotion so now I’m stuck with extra bills and T-Mobile will not fix there mistake. Do your self a favor an switch to some one else.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Hands down, this was the most fantastic experience I have ever had with T-Mobile. Sommer and X were such a phenomenal help. They helped me get a new SIM card for my new iPhone 12, and they were so knowledgeable and willing to help me out in every way possible. The customer service was the best I have received anywhere in a very long time! I was so glad that I decided to stop in today! I was so pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff! I would recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone who values truly amazing customer service! Sommer and X went above and beyond to help me in every way they could! They were professional and over all a very refreshing pleasure to be around! Going forward, I will be making the half hour drive to go to this location instead of closer ones! They were fantastic! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!

Did an insurance phone transfer tonight. Juanita was 5/5. While helping me she acknowledge every customer who walked in the store. Thanked everyone for their patience, at no point did her or her coworker every ignore a customer. She was a tremendous help with me navigating my phone, made sure all my photos transfered before deleting my old phone. Definitely the Tmobile store for me!

Switched to T-Mobile and was greeted by Lauren. Best decision I ever made. Fast. Efficient. Professional. So pretty. I recommend going here to see her because I know I’ll be back! Excellent plans but better service. 5 starts is just not enough!!!!

Horrible customer service

Let me just say the last visit I had in the store was amazing !! Lauren was more than helpful even when the store got a little busy. She made sure she talked to everyone and really seemed to care about each and every person in the store. I usually never say this but she is beautiful her green eyes are stunning a total 10 will be back soon!

Stopped into this store today to switch my service from Verizon over to T-Mobile. My rep was Lauren and she was amazing! She helped make me and my sisters switch from Verizon over to T-Mobile as painless and smooth as possible. I will definitely be visiting this store and Lauren for all my future needs.

Lauren was exceptional I would recommend her and her store to anyone and everyone. I truly felt like family. I truly loved the whole experience from the time I walked in till the time I left. She is truly amazing and knows her stuff.

I’ve been going to this t mobile for years and I have to say this is by far the best. The manager Lauren is spectacular at managing the store, she dances around to music all while managing multiple customers and her employees, and she’s is gorgeous to boot. I will say recently there is this little chubby troll looking man, I think his name is Zack, he doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing and smells like a skunk took a bath in sewage. He also is also very profane alot when people are talking to him, so I do hope he’s not around to long.

I love this place! I practically live there! Lauren is seriously the best and makes you feel like family when you are there. We used to go to the T-Mobile in Christiana but this one is so much better.

Always extremely helpful and especially through these trying times when any little thing going wrong could easily push me over the edge they gave me the information and confidence I needed to resolve a rebate issue that was never deducted from my account . It was extremely difficult to talk to the corporate office without their advice and assistance as unfortunately my receipt had gotten lost in the black hole my brilliant but disorganized son calls a bedroom . I do not believe I could have gotten through the phone call without speaking to Zack and Xavia first without getting aggressive rather than assertive .Basically they helped me to not go completely off the chain and into attack mode out of frustration. Trust me that is no easy task . Before choosing that store over one in Delaware where I felt the cust service/ sales rep was extremely pushy and all about his commission telling me to simply smart switch my phone knowing full well as our address is on all paperwork that we would be traveling in and out of wifi zones as a result I lost half of my usernames, contacts, etc and tried to manually fix the issues well my son tried I am far from tech savvy .After telling Xavia the story she assured me they dont let anyone take a phone without setting it up for them unless they are about to close in which case they tell you to come back the next day and they will gladly help you. Of you feel secure enough to accomplish the task on your own they strongly suggest you wait until home or in a secure Wi-Fi setting before attempting to do it yourself. Finally even with the limited hours and staff they spend as much time as possible to help you get your issue resolved .Truly excellent customer service,empathetic, pragmatic, and genuine.

When in the T-Mobile pennsville to replace my screen saver that broke on my phone. Had the best experience in T-Mobile it hasnt happened in a very long time. I believe the managers name is Lauren. Fantastic there was a gentleman in the store I didnt get his name professional help me with my phone and then there was a young lady in the store African-American woman very professional she put my screensaver on all three of them gave me excellent customer service . Always a great experience in the Pennsville location. Lauren is adorable! Upbeat, charismatic and she knows what she is talking about. Switched my family and I over months ago and weve never been happier. Service A+. Just make sure you go when Lauren is working. (The young boy working on Mondays isnt too bright) Lauren will make sure youre smiling and well taken care of :)

Had a horrible experience with straight talk and my husbands cell phone so we decided to check out tmobile. We walked in and were greeted by Lauren who is an absolute sweetheart. Even when people kept coming and coming she juggled everything perfectly and was still super nice. I can not wait to go back to get my phone, Ill just make sure Lauren is working first.

Needed some help with an issue and the horrible sales boy was less than helpful, rude and doesnt speak right at all. I strongly agree with that review about him being on drugs. Or maybe he just has a horrible personaility! Thankfully the woman there Lauren greeted us so graciously and was understanding, absolutely full of cheerfulness and put our mind at ease. Fixed what the issue was and wow, what a turn around! Lauren deserves a huge thumbs up to be so eloquent even when we were less than patient. I was in there the other day with my boyfriend and some young kid “greeted” me who looked high as a kite and couldn’t even speak a complete sentence. Hence why I thought he was on drugs. Luckily a really pretty blonde, I think Laura? She spoke with us and answered all of our questions with no issue. Lauren and Macie at the Pennsville location were superb! Switching from Att was so easy and personable. Damn those beautiful girls have charm and energy and personality. My new tmobile lifeline :)I have to point out that I had been with at and t for over 20 years. After walking into tmobile and having Macie there to explain everything to me, I regret not walking into this store years ago! Macie and Lauren made it an easy transition and I have never had such an amazing customer service experience. These girls are exceptional with their customers!

I have a phone that I own out right my niece is moving out of state and I turned my device into a pay as you go phone and purchased a SIM card starter kit with a monthly plan through Walmart which t mobile is the carrier i spoke to sprint n t mobile for a long time last night both very helpful they provided me a code to take my device n the code to my local t mobile store and so I called the t mobile in pennsville and the guy who answered just now on 7-6-17 at 4:48pm (Im sure theres not a ton of employees there) he was rude he didnt want to hear it he just kept rejecting me and continuously kept saying no you cant do that no it cant be done no Im telling you that you can not bring that sprint phone here Im like I own this phone and I have a code to unlock you cant do that. So what your saying is I was lied to last night or am I being lied to now? He was far from considerate and even further from being helpful. Customer service at its worse!

I recently came to this store to upgrade to the iPhone X. Lauren and Dave we such a big help for me to decide which case and which accessories would be best. I can not lie when I say that this was the best customer service I have ever received from a retail store. Lauren cares about her job which is something you don’t see often from loyal employees. Dave was knowledgeable and caring towards my opinions and even asked me for some help for a friend of his. I had no problem helping him out as he helped me today. If I could give a 6 star review I would.. I’m glad I switched to T-Mobile and this store in Pennsville is by far the best in the area. This store is a must visit if you’re a T-Mobile customer or looking to switch. There wasnt a negative experience at all today which made my day.
