Nichole was the best sales person ever! We came in and spoke to a lady with longer blonde hair and explained that I was starting my new plan and asked about trading my phone. I didn’t get her name, but she talked very fast and didn’t seem interested in helping me. After walking around the store looking at phones, I overheard Nichole speaking to the previous customer and she sounded very helpful. After she was done with the customer, I sat down and told her how I felt and she apologized. She explained everything to me and helped me understand all the cost. My partner and I both walked out of the store with new phones. She definitely deserves some recognition for her attentiveness and customer service skills!

I was welcomed and Nicole began to work on my issues and ultimately I ended up with a new phone. Nicole stayed with me past her working hours to satisfy and meet my cell phone needs. She is staying available in case I need further help.

I’ve been going to this particular location for years now, and can honestly say I haven’t had a bad experience yet. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, courteous and professional. Alan is truly AMAZING! He takes customer service to another level. You don’t feel rushed and you get your questions answered. On Tuesday I purchased my first iPhone. Coming from and only using Android there’s definitely a learning curve. On Thursday Alan called me just to see how I was getting acclimated to using the iPhone. That’s the type of customer service we NEED more of. Thank you so much Alan for giving GREAT customer service in a world where that’s on a steady decline. Steve and Chris were very helpful and patient with all my questions. I brought in an unlocked phone to put on my wireless account. Chris was there the day I stopped in, He activated my phone and transferred my contacts and pics from my old phone, without charge!! Cant get any better than that!

I can say what I will about Verizon when Im not at the store I can cuss my phone out when Im by myself but every time I go in that store everybody there is friendly and they help me as best they can and get me out the door as fast as I can I dont know if its because they dont like me yelling LOL but they do their best to help me and usually its my fault

My wife and I needed help to make decisions about our phone service. Nichole was very professional and helpful with our delima. We have been long time Verizon users and she was very helpful in showing us how to use our plan most efficiently and budgetary.

I was having trouble activating my phone and I dont even think I went to the right place for that actual thing since theyre a retailer BUT Steve was freaking amazing and even though they put him on hold off and on for like an hour he found me an answer. Hes awesome and I just appreciated the help so much because I was about to cry trying to figure this out.

Anthony at the Mobile Hwy store was extremely helpful. We started a new plan with Verizon, switching from straight talk. There was difficulty getting our phone numbers to transfer through the port. Anthony worked diligently for 2 days, Saturday & Sunday until our numbers were finally ported over at 8pm Sunday evening. Also very friendly & knowledgeable. Very glad we ended up with him as our sales rep.

I just want to brag on my sales rep, Anthony. Thanks to him we had a smooth transition from Samsung Galaxy to our new IPhones. His kindness, knowledge and courtesy is impeccable and impressive. He even checked on us the following day to make sure we were good with our choices.

I don’t remember the gentleman that helped me set up my LG Wing, but he was super informative, talkative and friendly.Then I came back when he was not here. The service was ungodly slow, I was ignored, and frankly, I didn’t want to leave this review, but I have had enough of this place. One of the women working here didn’t help when I came back a few weeks later after receiving my LG Wing. She mocked the fact that I didn’t enjoy my phone. I would stay away from here if I were you.

The manager, Steve, at the Mobile HWY location in Pensacola just delivered a package full of vape mods to us here at Sweet Puff because FedEx, once again, messed up on our shipping and delivery. The amout of money this box costs is extremely high and he could have done anything he wanted to with that box of vapes...but he hand delivered it to us with a smile and professionalism that Verizon should be very proud of!!! The people at this VERIZON AUTHORIZED store are very helpful. They know what they are doing and talking about. The CROPORATE VERIZON store on the other side of town were unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Its nice to come into a friendly place. My assistant was Chris.

Nichole is one of the greatest reps I have ever worked with at any cell company. She is super friendly and amazingly knowledgeable about all her products. She has went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. She will forever be my go to rep for all my cell needs and I will send all my friends and family her way.

Anthony made my experience wonderful when upgrading to the IPhone XR! His goal was to take care of me and make the process as simple as possible for me! He taught me everything I needed to know about the new phone. He also transferred all of my content to the new phone as well as assisted with finding a perfect case and screen protector (which he put everything on the phone for me). I barely had to do anything myself which was fantastic! Awesome customer service and will definitely be continuing to go to this Verizon store. Although I’m sure all Mobile Hwy Verizon agents are wonderful, Anthony will definitely be my good to Verizon guy from now on!

Tyrell was absolutely amazing after answering all of my questions, no matter how silly they seemed. He took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted to happen and made it so. After having a really bad experience at the Verizon store next to the Starbucks on 9 mile road, he really came to the rescue! Thanks to him I was able to get the phone I wanted and I was convinced to switch my plan to unlimited. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

John was super helpful in changing our family plan and setting up a new line for my newly married daughter. Was able to manipulate the billing to save some money as well.

Mr. Derrick and Mr. Anthony were very helpful today. Id been having some troubles with my phone without batting an eye, they got the show on the road for me with excellent attitudes and timing. They were very nice through out the whole process. Even while I had to sit and wait for the phones to port, they engaged in conversation as to not let me feel like Ive been forgotten about in the sales room. Very nice and outgoing young men. I would like to give some genuine praise to Terrell at your store had contacted him on the phone last night about an otter box for a phone that I did not purchase at your store and informed him I also had not received operation training on the Motorola z4 he was professional and offered help if I came intold me to write down questions (great idea)I arrived this morning asked for him and he was able to answer all my questions and was so helpful I sold and trained sales people all my adult life this young man is a keeper thank you so much for having people like Terrell in your store I will recommend him to all looking for their phone needs!!!

Hands down had a good experience at the mobile hwy store, the associate there went beyond to make sure you get the best deal when purchasing a new phone and getting a new line. They will also give you a courtesy call to make sure everything is working fine with your devices and enjoying your phone service.

Not the customer service Im used to. Been with Verizon for over 17 years. Its become so do it yourself these days, the service in customer service is becoming obsolete. While trying to keep up with tech, is getting overwhelming.

That was not the case he hung in there..I had brought in cracked Lucid..made warranty claim..replaced..did step up plan...me and my wife...I then upgraded to Brigadier...my wife to a I phone 6...my phones mic was faulty out of box we had to order another one. Walk in today to see about a phone I got because it not working properly and I understand all the reps had a customer but when a customer walk in the door you greet them its called customer service. I stood there for 5 minutes nobody said Hi we will be right with you nothing,so I walked out got in my car UPS guy walks in they greated him smh,so I walked back in ask for the store manager they said he not there I asked for a business card all reps said they dont have one smh then they asked what did I wanted so I told them about my phone but with your poor customer service skills I just want your manager name and number. The woman go mad at me and said your mad because we didnt great you Im like yes, I work in customer service and that not how you talk or treat somebody.

BEWARE. ZERO STARS! I was lied to about what my monthly bill would be. I asked for something in writing that would confirm the amount I was quoted and never got it. I had T Mobile previously and had never used more than 2.0 gigs of data; so I chose the Verizon 3 Gig plan. A few weeks later I was notified that I had already used most of my data so I upgraded to more data that cost $15.00 extra. I was promised a 20% discount due to where my wife works, now I have been told that in order to get a discount the two $600.00 phone must be paid for in full. It is my view that Verizon is a company that has its employees lying in order to make sales. I have spoken to two different so called DISTRICT MANAGERS one was nice and tried to appease me with I am Sorry the other one tried to talk over me and basically that I was an idiot and misunderstood what I was told. TO ALL WHO HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY CELL PHONE COMPANIES CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMAN AND SENATOR TO START A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THESE THIEVES STEALING AMERICANS BLIND. THESE COMPANIES MAKE BILLIONS IN PROFITS YEARLY. Its time to reign them in.
