Brandon was amazing! He was working alone in an extremely busy Mall location. He greeted every single person immediately when they entered the store (all while juggling 4 to 5 customers at that time) I watched him bounce back and forth with everybody to make sure everyone felt important no matter why they were there. It was hectic to say the least and he did all with a genuine smile!

After going the Cordova mall Verizon and found out it was closed due to Covid, I told my to go the one on Davis where I purchased my last phone. When we arrived, there was only one other customer in the store. Victoria helped and did a great job and did her job very efficiently. Of course we overspent but hey we expected that lol. This location just has better customer service than any other Verizon location I have been to. We have been with Verizon for 7 years.

The live and in person customer service here is phenomenal. I had been leaning towards leaving Verizon especially during these current times. But the service at this store alone kept me a customer.

The people working in the Verizon store inside Cordova mall were amazing.

I had the worst customer service I have ever experience at this store. By the manager himself. I was lied to or given false information on just about every single item he tried to explain. I was told that I had to get insurance on my phone he said it was part of the promotion that was running. But could not show me where, and to cancel it I had to wait 3 months, which was also false. I was also told I HAD to buy a phone case and screen protector. Which again is optional, he then proceeded to even lie about the price of the cases and screen protector saying the case was $70-80 and the screen protector was $100. They were $50 each. I was suppose to be added as an authorized user, that was also not completed. As part of the promotion was I was suppose to turn in my old phone for 550 dollars off a new phone. He didn’t take my phone then he said the turn in process wasn’t working, I was told a box would be sent to my house within a few days. It’s almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received the box. On top of everything my new phone wasn’t even activated! The number one thing you are looking for if you are getting a new phone is for it to work! I had to go to another Verizon store to fix his mistakes. Today I revisited the store to see if he would fix his mistakes i asked about all these things, with no luck I was given answers that did not answer or fix any of these issues. When I asked who he supervisor was he told me I can not get that information. I would avoid this place at all cost. Waste of time, you will only get lied to, forced to buy accessories you do not want. If I could give less stars I would. The managers names is Pauola Justin

The workers are friendly, but read the fine print before you sign an agreement. Tons of hidden charges. Do not go to this authorized retailer, they will do their best to have you buying products you do not need.

I bought a Samsung JV 2d gen awhile back from a Crestview Store for my son and I ......I gotta tell you it was a piece...so I stopped by this store several months ago to see what my choices I might have to replace these phones but I was not quite ready to replace them right then but I spoke to Brandon and he was so knowledgable and really super nice I felt no pressure at all so when I decided to replace our phones and with a Pixel 3 phone I went back to him he was so thorough in explaining the benefits of this particular phone. My husband has a Pixel 2 and absolutely loves it.....Im not really tech savvy however Brandon was so very patient and kind, answered all my questions and believe me I had alot. Brandon had to leave but his co-worker Paulo stepped in I got the same great customer service I got from Brandon with no question unanswered. I cant tell you how very happy I am with my choice of phones and the great services I received. I intend to go back to this store in the future for all my future purchases. I just wanted to let people know DO NOT to go to the Verizon inside Cordova mall.Absolutely horrible customer service!!I bought a new case at Claires and needed help to get my case that was on my phone off so I walked in there since Im a Verizon customer. The case I had was the kind that had glitter and liquid inside. The guy that was helping me couldnt get it off so he handed it to another employee to get it off. While he was trying to get it off he accidentally busted the case and the liquid and glitter went all over him. He said Im sorry, which I knew it was an accident but I said thats ok but that I just needed it off my phone but I think now it needs to be replaced since it was busted. Well the manager was next to us. He said that since I didnt buy the case there he couldnt replace it and I need to take it to the store I bought at with the receipt, and box. I said I bought this last November and said your employee is the one that broke my case and it needs to be replaced. Which he said well you can get a new with a 40% discount because you didnt buy it here and its not the same SKU numbers etc., or help me with the warranty on the case. I said this is ridiculous! I said this is why I go a actual Verizon store because they are nice and bind over backwards to make sure your satisfied!! He said what can I do to make you a satisfied customer. I said replace the case that was busted. He said I cant do that. I said fine. Give me my busted case so I can leave! I called customer service and they couldnt do anything because he is only a retail store not an actual Verizon store. But she tried her best to help me! I would not go to this store at all!!! Horrible customer service!!!! I worked in retail for years and this by far is the worst manager/ customer service I have ever dealt with. He doesnt even deserve the one star!!

This is my favorite Verizon store. I went inside 1 month ago and was having iphone issues. My iPhone wouldn’t charge, and I was really getting frustrated. 2 weeks ago, my iPhone was getting hot, and wouldn’t charge but up to 38%, however, the sales representatives helped me with all of my problems. I decided to get a new iPhone X, and just trade the old one in. Faith helped me first, and she went ABOVE and BEYOND for me to get a new phone. She told me how she likes the iPhone X, because she has one...very personable experience. Faith also called around stores, including Foley,AL, looking for one because they were selling off the shelves like hot stuff! I didn’t want to inconvenience her by having to drive to Foley, so she ordered me one and I love it. When the new Iphone came in, Ashley helped me do the iCloud backup, and she helped me get my new one set up with Face ID, phone case and screen protector. Ashley also showed me how to work the new X, and she was very knowledgeable on how to take awesome photos with the updated camera! I recommend people to come to this Verizon because the people here are knowledgeable, customer focused, and go getters. They get the job at hand done the right way!

Was given incorrect information. I wanted to upgrade my motoZ & was Told that the Moto Z2 only came in Black. Also they did not have any and had to get one from another store. No cases either. Told me I owed almost$70 when there was only one month left. Went to my regular store at University. Got my Moto Z2 in white and Rose gold with shatter proof face. Also got a Tiffany blue OtterBox. I also only owed$26. Then taxes. I will never go back to that store.

Best verizon store in town

They sold me a $50 screen protector and told me it had a lifetime replacement warranty. 10 months later, went back to get it replaced and they gave me a round around to go directly to the manufacturer....then found out I had to pay $10 to get the screen protector sent back to me. These protectors only cost $9 online new. Complete rip off.
