From selection to install the experience was great. Somebody always answered our calls or returned calls timely. Anthony and JR did an amazing job on install day and took the time to answer questions. They were mindful that I worked from home and respected when I let them know I was in meetings. I hired the Pace office to install quartz countertops. Casey was our salesman. Anthony and Dillon arrived on 10/26/2021 to install our purchase. I am 53 years old and have never had such fantastic service as these 2 installers provided. The work was so skilled that if I didnt know where they were seamed I wouldnt been able to see them. The job was top notch. Anthony and Dillon were professional, polite and answered any questions we asked. After they finished they provided instructions on what to do and what not to do for 48 hours. They were clean, removed all debris and left no sign that they were even there. I would highly recommend this business with no second thoughts. All steps from start to finish were explained, all staff were punctual and everything was as promised. I will be hiring them again in 3-4 months when I renovate my 3 bathrooms.

My experience with granite superior was a good one! Loved working with India ! Very personable and great eye. Then finally the install….. so excited to see my vision in my kitchen come to life. The guys (Anthony, Billy, and Tom) were awesome! Came into the house very professional. Definitely use again in the future of our remodeling

Had the granite installed in my new construction home last week. The guys that did the install did a great job & worked very hard. We dealt with Sarah at the Pace location & she is wonderful!!! I highly recommend going to see her.Had a small chip on 1cornet & the guys came out this morning & got that fixed & it looks great. Very pleased!

Overall great job by these guys. Really happy with the wall they have done for my shower. Only thing I wish they could have gotten A little better is matching up veins more closing. Overall though it looks beautiful! Looking forward to seeing the finished product when all the walls are finished!

Would recommend Superior Granite!Gonzalo and Dylan were our installers from Superior and not to be too cheeky, they were both Superior! They took extra care on installing a piece of quartzite in our guest bathroom that could have scratched the wall or cabinet, if installed quickly. No scratches at all. Gonzalo went above and beyond explaining the care of the granite and quartzite after the installation. There were a few pieces missing and one forgotten sink but they will be coming back to install those later next week. Overall, Wonderful job! Wish I had taken more photos!

Great customer service from India Hughes in the sales department to the installers Anthony, Tom, and Carlos. Took their time to do the job right and made sure I was satisfied before they left. This is the second time Ive used them and will use them again in the near future.

Superior designed, cut and installed new quartz countertops in our beach condo. The counter is beautiful. Seams are hidden, designs matched to perfection and the installation crew was excellent. We love our Fantasy Brown granite countertop! Its more beautiful than we remembered. The installers were quick, clean and very polite! I lost the paper I wrote their names on, I hope they can look them up for their bonus. I wouldve given Superior 5 stars but I am disappointed in the stainless steel sink. Debbie and I discussed how much I hate water spots, she said their sinks are high quality and do not spot, but it does. I did email her regarding this issue so she is sending me some polish that will hopefully take care of this. I appreciate it. Thank you again for the gorgeous counters!

Everyone At Superior Granite was helpful during the entire process. They rescheduled our installation to an earlier date when one became available which was wonderful. We just had our kitchen counters installed, and WOW, so very beautiful. Dylon and Jim were such gentlemen and did a great job of installing the quartzite. We have a very large counter in one area, and they took their time to get it perfectly fitted.

I have to start by saying that we were very pleased with Sarah at the Pace location. We had a general idea of color & pattern for our countertop. She was able to provide us with several samples so we could match flooring, wall tile, etc.. She even brought some from the Pensacola location. When we made a choice she set up everything to make sure we got measurement and installation on our schedule. Tom did laser measurement & pleasantly answered my questions about the process. Anthony & Billy did our install. They were very pleasant and did a great job. They made sure everything was just right, answered our questions, cleaned up the work area and gave us care instructions for our Quartz. Everything about renovating our new house has been challenging, except working with Superior Granite. They have blown me away with the quality of their stones and their professionalism. They are organized and show up when they say they are going to (which I have found out is rare in the building industry). Casey is amazing! She worked with me to help me select my stone and made sure I was completely satisfied. Every time I changed my mind (which was quite a few times) she did not treat me like an inconvenience she would just tell me it was ok she just wanted me to be happy. Shane and Henry worked hard to install my countertops. They are friendly, professional, honest and hardworking. I was not only impressed with the quality of their work, but how much they cared that the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. My initial consultation was with Sarah at the Pace location. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She spent plenty of time answering all of my questions and explaining everything.Then I spoke with Jessica scheduling my installation and when I had to change my template date due to my cabinet installation she was very helpful in making that change.I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who did the template but he explained everything and took his time and did an excellent job of making sure he had everything right and also advised me of having to change the sinks we had chosen and thoroughly explained why.Finally on the day of install Thomas, Tyler, and Adam came out to do the install. Even though I’ve been in the middle of a kitchen remodel disaster for months, I finally have a reason to smile. Superior Granite just installed our countertops and I couldn’t be more pleased! From granite selection to install, everyone at Superior has been polite and professional, but most importantly, everything has been completed as promised with no excuses and no delays!! Thank you Christi for your design guidance, granite selection assistance and for ALWAYS answering my calls and texts. And thank you Ashton and Thomas for your attention to detail and cheerful expert install! My granite countertops are absolutely amazing!

Great selection of natural and engineered stone for new kitchen countertops and backsplash. Mike, who did our template, was prompt. courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Dylan and Gonzolo, our installers did a very nice job and took care when removing the old tops and backsplash not to damage tiles above sink and stove.BUT, once proposal was accepted, communicating with sales and office staff became difficult and calls were not returned in a timely manner--if at all. I found an in person visits were the only way to get answers. Although I scheduled the install two months in advance, I was scheduled for late in the day on the prescribed date, and it had to be finished the next day, which also necessitated rescheduling the plumber I had hired. When I expressed concern about the late arrival to the office, I was told the job would take an hour to an hour and a half--hardly realistic. Their contract requires the buyers to do any drywall or painting work caused by damage during tear out. Our installers were very careful, but when we went to correct the small areas we had noticed, we found that the entire area about the backsplash needed to be sanded, painted and caulked because the backsplash was cut 1/8 inch too short. Doesnt sound like a lot, but it is and shows when another backsplash was removed. The template done by Mike was correct, but the backsplash given to the installers was not. I called the office the same week it was installed, said I was pretty certain that Superiors equipment was capable of precise cuts or the template would not have 3-7/8. I suggested that someone might was to come have a look and double-check and perhaps advise how we could best paint or caulk it to make it less noticeable. The young ladys response--I gotcha. She then said she would report it to the installation manager. Its been 5 days--not a peep from Superior.I do not expect nor desire that they replace what they installed--too much opportunity for more potential damage, but the failure to communicate promptly when customers have questions or concerns and scheduling that does not permit a job to be completed in the time allotted with keep me from repeat business. Definitely left with the impression that once you make initial payment, the office and sales personnel cannot be bothered. Too bad, because their personnel who template and install were excellent, and I still love the overall look of the installed quartz.Update: I received a call from Mike, the installation manager from Superior Granite. He was very apologetic and genuinely concerned that he had not previously heard of my concerns. He took the time to hear what I had to say, and acknowledged that clear and prompt communication was important and something that his organization believed in and attempted to practice. He also explained the variation in the height of the backsplash to my satisfaction. I was not seeking any form of refund nor redo of the work, although he did ask what he could do. His sincerity, concern, and promptness in contacting me once made aware of my disappointment in the process is an indicator that perhaps my experience was an anomaly. Based on that, I am modifying my review to 4 STARS (because the events still happened), and I would give them another chance at my business should the need arise as well as still recommend them to others.

Was a good experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly. No hard sell tactics. Different materials were well explained. The two young men who did the install were professional and took care to do a good job. Forgot their names but install was 30 April. Photos are before tile backsplash installed.

Installers Ashton and Thomas were great; friendly, and talented. Granite countertop had to be wedged between lower cabinet and upper side cabinets and they worked magic to make it fit. Leathered finish is fabulous. I am very happy.

Dont let cost stop you! The employees at Superior Granite AND the product itself were worth every penny. I was nervous about spending so much on granite for my old house; however, I LOVE my kitchen. My kitchen renovation was self-completed (my husband did all the hard work) because we were trying to save money. I do not regret the granite at all. Its beautiful and more than I could hope for. The employees at Superior Granite were very professional, answered every question, every call, every time! Gabrielle was very kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and made us feel very comfortable about looking. Mike was both friendly and accommodating. I would like to first say that Debbie Harrell was a wonderful associate to work with. She educated me and helped me decide what product was the best one to fit my project within my budget requirements. She was such a wonderful person to work with. Unlike most sales associates she took her time and carefully and thoroughly explained the differences in the different types of materials available to meet my needs. Secondly, your installers were the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable team I have had installing products for my remodeling project. There was a minor adjustment to the cabinets that had to be made in order for the counter tops to look the best. They made me aware of the problem ( was no fault of Superior) and patiently assisted me in making an adjustment to the base units placement. They two gentlemen that did the installation not only were on time for the appointment they were early and notified me accordingly which was a delight since no other company has done so. And when they arrived it was a relief to have the guys present themselves at my door wearing the protective face shields. I have a medical condition that puts me at high and your guys have been the only ones that I have not had to ask to wear a mask. Cuddos to your installers!! All in all, it has been such a pleasure to work with Superior and you can rest assured I will recommend your company to all that I can. I have spent over thirty years in the building materials business and I do know what it takes to make a great impression on a customer and completely satisfy one. Anthony, Billy, and Adam installed our granite and did a superb job. They were challenged by our house being on pilings with a shaky set of temporary stairs but managed quite nicely. They had to maneuver a rather large island countertop into position, not to mention the usual kitchen and bathroom pieces. They cut out the hole for the cook top on site and it fit perfectly. Dylan and Gonzalo did an AMAZING job on our countertops! There was issues with the original home builder’s placement of electric outlets not lining up evenly in the kitchen, which caused issues with the new backsplash install. They took the time to go back to the shop to cut the backsplash pieces a little more to assure proper installation. Thank you guys! Also, thank you Debbie (in the office) for all of your assistance!

We had a great experience with Superior Granite. This was our first step in a kitchen remodel and they made us feel very comfortable through every step of the process. My wife and I visited their showroom on Pine Forest road and were greeted and shown around by one of the owners when all of the other sales staff were with other customers. India was able to help us decide on a beautiful piece of granite and a new sink that fit our budget and needs. When they came to install, Dylan, Gonzalo, and Tyler were very professional and did a great job removing the old counter tops, sink and backsplash and installing the new countertops. Overall the whole process was very easy and smooth. I would highly recommend anyone in Pensacola looking for granite to visit Superior Granite!

I have used Superior Granite for 2 houses previously so, when we decided to build a new home office it was a no-brainer to contact them for the kitchen countertops. I worked with India (again) and she was awesome (again)!When it came time for installation, they did everything they told me - Perfect! We have been working on our dream kitchen in our heads for 8 years. Today, Superior Granite finished the dream for us with our new granite counter tops. We have an island that required a HUGE slab and we have a small entryway. It took 3 installation crews and I believe I heard the owner coming by to get that thing in our house. It is absolutely beautiful in quality and I am grateful for those men that definitely need some ibuprofen and a back rub after lifting that slab. I also want to thank Sarah White for her work in helping me select just the right granite for my vision. You guys are awesome!

Installing new cabinets, Superior Granite made the process much easier. I purchased my counter top directly with them, the staff is outstanding, from the time you step into the show room all the way through the installation. My granite counter top is gorgeous! The counter tops are beautiful - exactly what I was hoping for. Adam and Gonzalo were wonderful for installers: competent, friendly, professional, and courteous! It was pouring rain and they were careful with regards to tracking in and out. Couldnt have asked for better.

We looked around for over a year for the granite for our kitchen remodel. Debbie at Superior Granite was patient and knowledgeable & gave us a quote on the quartz we decided on based on the measurements I gave her. During the remodel we added 4 inches to our peninsula we unknowingly went outside the one slab cut for that special order material. Debbie immediately called me after Tom had measured for the template, to tell us the extra 4 inches just 2x the price of the material. Since that was absolute no-go, she suggested a few other options and emailed pictures. We went to SG the following day and one of the options was the Volga Blue granite. Quite frankly it was a perfect fit for our design. Its black with blue sparkles. A much better choice than the one we originally wanted. I was so happy we screwed up the measurements!We ordered the material and it was installed inside of two week by two efficient & professional guys who answered my questions (which they probably heard 200 times) & installed in under 45 minutes.By the way, the sink is from SG as well. The same sink is $100 more elsewhere. As Debbie said, they arent in the sink biz, they just offer it as a convenience.I cannot say enough good thing about this company. Highly recommend. Even if you find the material a little cheaper elsewhere, the service & professionalism of the people at Superior Granite is worth every penny.(The pictures above of the sink and counter are mine)

Billy and Anthony were prompt, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. Very friendly and professional. Very efficient and thoughtful about leaving everything the way it was before they did the install.The process from the beginning was smooth and took all the stress out of choosing a countertop.
