No hello no welcome!! Get out you dont have a mask was his first words.I was going to spend 2,000 for mothers day and got kick out. No phones and will do no business with rude people. Train you staff to be polite, and no masks allowed buy some for your customers. The government took all restriction already!! I usually call but no manager I hate leaving a bad review but that rude guy needs training on how to speak to people.

4 stars now 5. Myrtle Grove metro store ownership is a real person who acknowledged my review and communicated back. Googles costumer service doesnt do that nor instawhatsafaceapp. After using the OnePlus for a week i would have regret switching to the more mainstream brand options. Phone service is only as good as its customer service therefore I edited my review and happy with metropcs in myrtle Grove

I got my phone here. I really liked it and Gabby gave me a smartride. Is so cool because i can see were i parked and stuff about my car. super friendly staff and Gabby, the manager shes super sweet and a nice person. I recommend this place. go and look for Gabby

Service is fine.Trying to pay online is useless.Website will not let you complete payment.I called customer service and advised them of this issue.Female c/s person advised she saw no problems with the site. I wouldnt be talking to you if there was no issue.Using the online pay site credit card number has also been stolen at least 3 times. Will be switching carriers.

Got two phones on a plan together....Wanted the ones for free as advertised but because they couldnt access the info for the phone numbers I currently had I was not eligible for the promo.I also noticed we were charged add-ons that we did not want nor ask for so I had to complain to get them removed and reversed.Basically I paid full price for two new phones and theyre on a plan together for 75$ a month (without any good data allotment - adding data costs even more too!).If youre wanting basic service sure Metro PCS may not be a bad idea. If youre wanting to get some advertised promo make sure you read ALL fine print & have EVERYTHING (phone account number, current service, portable number, etc). It sounds good until they get you with adding costs for data, etc. Make sure youre not being crammed on your bill too.Since Metro uses towers of T-Mobile Id recommend checking them out first.... Some people are eligible to finance a device and not be forced to pay full price up front!

Worst experience in my life paid 208.01 for two phones that we had overnight with no service!Took them back 11 am next day expecting my full refund back thats what Ana said to my surprise she was absolutely rude and said all she could give me was 143.45!! No explanation,hell she wouldnt even speak to us!! Oh and lets not forget the free phone cases she charged us and 24.95x2 for activation when we had no service UTTER JOKE FOR A BUSINESS

Worst company I have ever experienced. This phone I am using was purchased 5 days ago. Today makes the second time that my sound has gone on the fritz. So no ringtone, notifications.utube music,text or video calls. Tried to return it for an exchange or refund 2nd day I had it. Was denied and told. My problem was that I had used the telephone for 1hour and 19 minutes so there wasnt anything they could do. Imagine then if I had heard my phone ring. Bet that telephone usage would have been much higher . Silly me. What was I thinking when I paid 87$ to make and receive phone calls from a telephone.

I didnt want to put a Star.. My first time ever going to the metro Pcs on Fairfield and Lillian was a bad one. This day Oct 23 2017 at 10:20am two Hispanic females working inside the metro were very very rude and unprofessional. I felt so uncomfortable because they were acting so strange and it was a experience Ive never had anywhere else . I see why they have a lot of bad reviews...
