Excellent customer service but not so excellent like ACE where you can’t walk 5 feet without being asked can I help you can I help you. So anyways this is my go to when I’m off 9 mile. Every time i shop here its a battle. i place online orders an it never fails they either cant find the items or they cancel them. this time i call to order 6 gates. they tell me i have to order them in store. so i drive 30 min to the store to place the order. they tell me they dont know how to do orders to come back when the manager is there. so i come back the next day and finally someone knows how to do their job and they place the order and said they are in stock with tarter and will be in a week, two tops. 2 weeks go by i call to inquire when they might be in. i get told they dont know when but they will call. so i get a call a week later telling me half my order is in 3 gates. they would put my name on them. told them i would be there after work. the receiving manager said that will work. i drove 30 min to the store... they had 2 gates not 3 and none had my name on them. the girl at the register couldnt be bothered to help or find anything out. so another wasted trip. this place is terrible.

This store should teach their level of customer service to the rest of the world. You will not have an issue, return issue, customer service. They are designed to take care of customers. Went looking for Christmas gifts for my kids. Had a very small selection of little girl farm clothing which was disappointing. Also, very difficult to find someone to help with questions regarding items. When I finally found someone in the back stockroom of the store they tried to help me, but ultimately another employee had to step in because the first employee had no clue what I was looking for. I almost always seem to have these types of issues here.

The employees here are extremely helpful and they make shopping there enjoyable. I wish I had the young mans name that helped me this morning with buying a harness and training treats for my puppy. He was excellent and I enjoyed speaking with him!! The manager, however, speaks to her employees disrespectfully in front of other employees and customers. Praise in the front, discipline in the back!!

Just placed an order for pick up today. 2 mins later my entire order got canceled with no explanation as to why. Would give zero stars if I could. First you get confirmation email order has been placed and then entire order canceled. If you are out of item or items how about hey we are out of blah item would you like it shipped instead? But NO lets just go ahead and cancel the entire order. Customer service totally lacking on giving other options. Gonna start using chewy at least their system doesnt cancel your entire order. Time for Tractor to step up their online customer service. This is unacceptable. The order I placed was over $200. Guess they dont want my business. Do not recommend.

A very interesting place to visit. Has a little of a lot of products and materials for do it your self. Good quality, variety of gardening, ranching, tools, hardware. Also, clothing, hats, caps, boots. Had discounted, & on sale items, tools, oil etc. Also some toys, bird, animal supplies. Bought some cutting blades for my riding mower. A great place to visit, buy.

Tractor supply on nine mile is by far the best one Ive ever been in! Not only are they super helpful, they are also very caring. I had an expensive return item, I had originally paid in cash but they couldnt drain their registers to pay me back. So we had them put it back on our debit card. We did this around 4 yesterday and here it is 6:45am the next day and our money has already been deposited! Im shocked! Thank you so much! Keep being awesome!

Excellent. I didnt think they had crescent brand spud wrenches. Fortunately for me they do carry them. The spud comes out at 48.37 after tax.

I went in for the For Health brand for my sensitive stomach kitty. They had plenty in stock which is great, since its a long drive for me. The staff couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. If they could stock small or women sized work gloves, Id be a very happy customer.

I needed to return a bag of Diamond dog food due to my dogs ceasing to eat it after a few days of serving it. I brought it in, spoke with the manager and was given a no BS solution. Although half the bag was gone (due to mixing the food in with puppy food), the manager said no problem, pick out a new bag and we will switch it out, no questions asked. TSC will always have my business and I am very grateful for the manager and the great experience she provided.

I come here for ALL of my farming needs. They also have AWESOME online support and products through their website. All though online does not ship to your home,once you make a purchase for in store pick-up,they do have service that you can purchase while in store,to transport your goods home.

Tractor Supply is always a great place to go to for everything from feed, tools, gardening, outdoor furniture, decor to even clothes. We love Tractor Supply. The only thing is I do wish they had a bigger selection of boots.

Very helpful on what shots to give my dog myself. And extremely more affordable more than vets. But i did have to get rabies through their on site vet clinic for 22.00

I typically always find what Im looking for. The only reason why I bumped a star off is do to lack of knowledge by some employees. Ive gone in a couple of times inquiring about chicken dewormer and they have been nearly clueless. Other than that its a great store with lots of feed for all varieties of animals domestic and farm. Also they have cute decor items for home or for gifts.

Excellent source for common agricultural needs and backyard gardeners. Better selection of feeds and seeds than others in our area. Nice variety of bird feeders as well

I only come here if I have to. Every time I come to shop or return something, there is no one at the register. The cashier is nice but the store needs to hire more help. Seems like she is the only one working. If a person needs help looking for something, she has to help them which leaves the register empty and people have to wait. TSC, please get that together.

We had just gotten home from the vet and I called at 8:44 to tell them the gps said I was 20 minutes out and the we have 7 puppies that have Parvo. They woman I talked to only said well the doors lock at 9. I made up the time and pulled in the parking lot at 8:58 according to my iPhone time to see someone standing at the door. I was great they are looking out for me. As I walked to the door I seen the person turn around and walk away. As I get to the door at 8:59 according to my iPhone it’s locked. I knock and they turn and smirked at me so I knock again to get someone to walk over and a guy names Mark finally came over and said come back tomorrow. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this establishment and no more. I will spend more on whatever I need just so they don’t get my business.

I went there for dog food. They only had one bag of the brand I wanted on the shelf. I asked if they had any more in back, they did and brought me another bag right away and with a smile, then restocked the shelf.

Mostly cheap quality. You will know it when you go in as it smells like Chinese plastic. What few things are decent quality are almost double the price compared to Home Depot.
