Rental department is the worst within 100 miles! Rented a 45 lift. It came back in that morning and was only charged for about 30 mins. The big guy even said it should be good to go. Ill work with you if need to. The unit was showing half charged after 20 minutes of use. It completely died on us and cost us 3 hours of time on jobs. Had to keep over night and charged it up. Last us the next morning no problem and was still on green full charge after few more hours of use. The guy wanted another $226 full day rental. They cost us time and money on jobs and wouldnt stand behind there word! Screw this place. Ill be sure to spread the word.

Costumer service is below average. I have been a few times and every time I ask the 3-4 people behind the desk where something is and they point and then keep talking to each other. Only hardware store around so I guess they do what they want.

A lot if colorful yard ornaments out front and on the back, they have 1/2 4x8 sheets of pressure treated plywood. Which is why I stopped in.

I have been in Ace Hardwares all over the country, this is probably the best outfitted Ace Hardware Ive ever seen. Greeted with a friendly voice at the front door, great service and its right across the street from plenty of other shopping opportunities in a great location, if you have any need for Hardware this is your place.

Staff extremely helpfully, not just tell you something is, will take you wherever. Willing give how to advice or suggestions on products. Prices comparable with big box. Great store,, lucky to have this store close by.

This place is great it has mostly everything. We usually get propane for our class A there. Its not Home Depot or Lowes and thats what we love about it. We need more small businesses like this place we love to support local businesses .

You can find pretty much anything you need in this store and the employees have always been so friendly and helpful.

Much merchandise a slow or Home Depots but very busy

Everything you could need for home and boat. Good selection of basic hardware store items, plus stuff you would need on the Gulf Coast.

Have those odds and ends that are harder to find at larger home improvement stores as well as many of the same items thst the larger stores have. Friendly and knowledgeable staff 👍.

A little pricey but if you want to travel to Lowes or HD you can save a penny or two.

I looked up a last minute RV extension cord and was told online that they had it in stock, nope. Dont know how true it is but was told that people take stuff home and forget to update the store inventory, whaaaa????

What can I say good about In Ace hdwr, not enough time or space here. Lets go to the bad stuff, parking, I would love to see it lined off as angle parking. I believe it might make sense and be quicker and easier and more safe. Great store that has everything.

Stopped in to find a variety of items including a closet rod, a/c metal foil tape, and cabinet hinge. We was able to find everything on our list. Little store that has everything that a big store would have. No space is wasted for sure!!!

Great place! I have always been able to find what I need here. They have always been willing to answer questions and give advice on products or solutions for houshold maintenance and repair. They will load concrete and cut wood for you if needed. I have found if you dont find what you need ask them because they probably have it stashed somewhere. My central air AC capacitor went out in the heat of the summer on a Saturday. I called them and asked if they carried them and they sure did, they grabbed it off the shelf and had it ready for pickup. All of the big name hardware stores didnt know what they were let alone carry them and all the local AC shops were closed over the weekend. They have excellent customer service and just this year they have owned up a tool rental. I have already rented the boom lift to paint my 2 story house. The tool rental was a very easy process I have been a return customer for the last 6 years. Thank you Innerarity Ace.

Always love going here because they always have what I need. Even things I didnt know I needed. Helpful staff though you might have to wait for help. Love all the yard decor too.

Rude phone service. They also have way too much noise going on in the background at their stores because I was literally yelling into the phone, and they still couldnt hear me.

Love Ace and love this location! Employees are friendly and helpful and they pack a large selection of products into their store. Only downside is the parking situation. Sometimes there are no spots when theyre busy and it can be dicey trying to pull out of there.

Well honestly for a family run business and it location compared to the nearest Lowes or Home Depot! There a $1-$2 higher on things!
