New owners. Old trailers out & new ones coming in almost daily. Troublemakers have been evicted. Paved roads. Children play area by office. Swimming pool, & 12 ft fence around park coming with facial recognition gate.
The staff really know how to care for the tenants
Its very nice and the trailers are nice also.
Tough place on renters
Same ol Admiral its always been an average but pretty safe place to live or be at
Rent to own until eviction for something like not mowing every week. Miss one mow your money for rent to own is all gone. All about money. If you already own they want you gone even though you pay your rent they still threaten eviction off of the lots they own
Small, pleasantly homey place.Just off a well-used, but not congested road. Mobile homes are not brand-spanking-new, but they are nice, welcome (and affordable!) alternative living quarters. The highlight of my visit was the on-site representative, Jennifer. She displayed in-depth knowledge of the place and the surrounding area. Jennifer was very professional, yet also extremely personable. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. Jennifers demeanor is a far cry from the behavior of other property managers/ representatives where customer service, compassion and an eagerness to help is a foreign concept. Thank you!
Super nice very good ground maintenance. Thats how you tell a quilty place by the yards if they are nice and kept up then you have no worries.
Park is showing signs of its age. Most trailers are very old. The landscaping needs a lot of work. Lots of traffic at night in and out of the park. Lot rent is as high as a house payment. Could be a good park with newer trailers, control of undesirable traffic, and a maintenance program on the property.
Welcome to the overpriced upscale community where everything not bolted down is stolen and addicts flood this place! Kids and teens run around causing nothing but problems for anyone they can. Police are constantly called out for fights and theft. Management is HORRIBLE!! The trailers are being run down by tenants, they will rent to just about anyone. There is no feeling secure or at “home” living in this so called “Community “ . I would seriously seriously recommend finding anywhere else to live but here! Throwing in a few new trailers is not going to fix the issues this place has.
It has alot of run down trailers n very trashy looking. I went to a yard sale in there today.
Roadways in park are a HAZARD! Clean looking though & isnt real noisy considering its right off Lillian Hwy, next to a busy intersection.
Great place to live. Just no yards and alot of rules that make no sense. No fences, dog cant be in your yard. The kids around there have no respect for adults.
I give this place 5 stars. My reason is plain and simple you cant find a better deal to own your own home unless you have a 1 credit. People with bumps and scraps with thier score can own with no hassle.
Total rip off. Trailers are overpriced dumps that have been patched up and made to look nice. Lot rental has no max, and increases $10 annually. Water meters are not read to give tenants an accurate bill. Water, sewage and trash fees are outrageous! No way to turn off water to individual lots. When the main water pipe into my meter broke in the night and gushed water for more than 12 hours (I was charged for all that water that ran down the street and sewage also) the entire parks water had to be turned off for me to repair the broken pipe. Park rules are not enforced or stretched to accommodate special circumstances with any consistency.
At one point I was considering living there, however my sons blood and brains had to be cleaned up off the sidewalk after he took his last breath there, so I wont be living there. No reflection of the mobile home park I guess, but I think it would help if the owner took more pride in who they selected for management, after all you cant create greater followers under poor leadership.
Very high to live there and no nice trailers for the money u spend
Always happy to visit my friend at this location.
I was actually across the street at Dollar General
I used to think that there would be less litter if there were more trash cans available. I was mistaken . Each home has at least 2 trash cans, however the litter is unbelievable. The entire park is saturated with drug dealers and users. I dont recommend it for families.

Friends live there and they like it.
Trash and litter everywhere even though theres 2 trash cans per lot. No one seems to take pride in the place.
