Had them install hand controls back in late January early August the last freeze we had I have a 650horsepower dodge diesel. Chris was asking me all different questions about the truck, he knows dieselsWhen it’s 30 degrees and you have to let the truck warm up or you will blow a head gasket.Get my truck back from them and anything over 15 psi water shoots out under the manifold. Because they got on it cold and refuse to fix it

Terrible, terrible, terrible service and worse communication. I sat at our house from noon til 6pm waiting for their arrival with no response to text or calls. Finally around 6:45pm I got a text saying they didn’t need to come. Then months later after working to install my husbands elevator they disappeared. I heard from a painter that they said they wouldn’t be back for a couple of weeks. We deal with ALS daily and trying to get back in our home after Hurricane Michael and these people take it upon themselves to not finish their job because as they reported to VA “they don’t even have toilets. They aren’t ready to move in”. Not true. We do have toilets and what does that have to do with elevator installation? Also, who are they to prevent my husband from being a part of finishing the house? They passed along to others, never to us, that a rail needed to be installed. The rail was done after the day after the elevator was in place. However they didn’t communicate so we could know that’s why they left town or so we could say it’s done. I don’t doubt the father taught his son well but I suppose the lack of ethics is not being carried on. Be forewarned and especially discuss with VA about concerns before they hire them.

These guys are great, a privately owned company, they installed an electric passenger seat in our mini van for my disabled sister and it has been a life saver, she could not lift herself up into the seat any more and this new one comes out of the van and lowers down so she can get out of the wheel chair and right into the seat then it lifts her up into the van.It is great, the services was very friendly and priced right. the uninstalled the old seat and installed the new one in a single day. my sister cant go anywhere without this we are very thankful.
