This dealership is a gem and everyone there has amazing customer service. I bought my bike recently from Terry and his laid back demeanor makes the process of making a large purchase a lot less stressful. Chuck in fiance was very nice to work with and the owner Courtney stopped to talk with me and made me feel special as well. They have earned me as a customer for life and will refer all my friends to them!
We bought our bike from Terry from NWF Adventure Motorsports. We live in WI and had to have our bike shipped to us. Terry was very responsive to all communications and was very helpful! We would recommend NWF Adventure Motorsports for any current or future purchases! Thank you!!!
Great experience - just bought our first Indian bike from this location and couldnt be happier. Fantastic service - they are passionate about the brand and were very patient and with us as we thought through what we wanted. Gave us honest feedback and did not pressure. They are just excited to get good bikes on the road. 10/10 recommend.
Absolutely the the best experience I could have hoped for. Everyone there was polite and informative. Terry helped me get exactly what I wanted and was extremely open and up front about the price and what I would be paying in the end. I drove 50 miles to come here despite having 3 different Motorsport dealers in my city. They made me a very happy camper and will absolutely have my business for life. Also a bonus that there building is extremely nice and with a lot of cool decorations and bits of motorcycle history(and even a very nice lounge if you want to kill some time while waiting for a service job or something of that sort.)
Fantastic Dealership! I could not have asked for a better experience- Terry in sales made my Bike purchase go very easy and smooth- as Terry says: No Worries he means it!He is a man of his word, and you can count on that.Great all around staff that are all Friendly, and very knowledgeable.I had to request some duplicate copies from Finance ( that I lost) and Charles got me everything that I need, and called me to make sure I received them.I could give a dozen more good examples of my great experience - if you are looking for great dealership, dont pass these guys up.
Adventure Motorsports is always a good visit. Their service department is top notch and is looking out for the customers interest. A great place to do business with.
I met the mist wonderful people there. Very knowledgeable in their field. Courteous, & willing to answer all your questions. They had demo also so you can experience what the bile feels like. I love this place. Indian Motorcycle are the best. Try them out. You wont be disappointed.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Everything youd expect from a high quality dealership. They answered all of my questions promptly and really took care of me. Thanks Jon and Chuck!
We own a Honda Ruckus, actually our second one. Great service and friendly staff. They take care of all our scooter needs.
Friendly staff. Answered all my questions, even the ones i repeated several times. No hassling not pressure from any of them. I would recommend buying from here. Maybe in a few years I’ll be able to get a different bike and this will be the place i go.
Just wanted to share a great experience I had at Adventure Motorsports of NWF yesterday. I brought my Ducati Xdiavel in for its first service. I was a little under the mileage and the light has to be on for them to do the first service so the service advisor gave me a great 20-mile route to get the light to come on. Upon returning, they asked if I thought anything needed to be addressed and I mentioned the rear brake was spongy (common issue). They got it in and I was back out in a little over an hour. The waiting room was nice and all of the employees took time to greet me when I came in. The rear brake has a rock hard pedal now and the price was below average for the run-in service. I bought the bike there and had an equally good experience then. They are an excellent dealer and I highly recommend them.
Was not really impressed with the parts department. The store is beautiful very small inventory.
Quan was amazing with helping me find the right helmet and gear that I needed. Super informative and so so nice! I’m new to riding and definitely needed a helping hand. I’ll definitely be going back for when I dive a little deeper in riding.
Terry was the man and helped me through the whole process. Including when the bike shipped to the dealer and when it arrived. All other staff was great as well when we arrived. They were concerned about my safety riding in the ran so that shows they care about their customers. I will forsure recommend them to my buddies and everyone who asks about the bike.
Easy as eating a warm piece of apple pie. I cannot find a thing to fault the buying process. This is only a recommendation, introduction to parts and service advisors for individuals new to dealership. Very friendly and professional environment.
Terry was my sales person and he was hands down one of the best sales people I’ve ever encountered. There was no pressure or up selling like I received from a previous dealer when I purchased my H-D two years ago. He gave me the price of the bike out the door without haggling me on using their finance services and the whole process was a total 180 of what I’m use too. So I’ll most definitely be making another purchase from Adventure Motorsports of NWF in the near future, because I’m a firm believer in treating your customers like you want their business and not like they owe you their business.
Awesome experience. Seamless transaction. Jon Moorehouse was my salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable and took great care of me.
Max and Darrion in the service dept. have been taking care of my Indian for a few years now. Both have excellent knowledge, have always treated me well and guaranteed their service. I love coming here even to just say hi. Good guys...a credit to Adventure Motorsports.
I had a lot of work done on my older V-Strom here. They got it all back in top shape and got me back on the road. 👍
Great place to visit. Lots of options for every rider, style and budget. Friendly staff and great customer service!!
The parts guy took care of me in short order. The difference between a good business and a great business; how well they treat you even when your needs are small. Will not hesitate to bring my business to Adventure Motorsport every chance I get.
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE....... My husband spoke with Eric at the dealership and then over text for a week, getting the deal done for a 2018 Hayabusa. He had everything completed with financing all he had to do was go in and sign papers. So on a Wednesday afternoon we both took off work early to go into the dealership. We were there for about 15 minutes while Eric got all the paperwork ready. He then came back and said We have a problem I made a mistake and we cant give you the special financing and the $1,000 incentive. He took full responsibility but said he could not do anything to make it better. We felt as a consumer we were mislead but understood mistakes do happen, so we proposed we would put another $500 down, if they would come off another $500. Eric said that might work, but after speaking with the finance guy we were told NO, they was nothing they could do. We had to pay $1,000 more if we wanted the special financing. They were very RUDE about the whole thing. I was told by Eric that I just dont understand financing, so at this point I had to inform Eric that I have a Finance Degree and I do understand, but it was obvious that they DID NOT understand Customer Service.Needless to say we left this dealership and will not be back for ANYTHING.. including service for our Suzuki Boulevard (which we have just them several times for)... and yes our 2019 Hayabusa we purchased 2 days later from a dealership in Orlando (for the same price of the 2018). If you are looking for a good deal do NOT go to Adventure Motorsports.. go elsewhere (Sky Powersports in Orlando).. Oh and they delivered the bike to our door!!! (no extra charge))
Great people in the service department. I made an appointment, everything was on time! Very helpful and pleasant.
Good dealership. Plenty of Indian bikes and clothing. Nice staff.
Terry was great! He worked with me the whole way through. Will definitely recommend to my friends looking for a bike
Me an My husband live up here in Ohio and drove all the way down to Pensacola to purchase a 2011 white Suzuki Burgman 400 and i must say it was a very positive and joyful experience. I talked to William the entire time and he was a very nice and honest person, communicated well and they were ALL friendly an respectful. Like they werent just trying to sell you something and get your money. They loaded the bike on the truck for us and made sure it was secure and safe for our trip back an everything. It was definitely a great experience and its very legit and efficient at that place.
Huge selection prices are kind of high however but if you have the money I suggest you go
Always down to earth, professional and easy to work with. Had my part in stock.
Great service, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
Really nice motorcycle dealership with a great staff and interesting inventory. Dont be afraid to stop & look inside--you may see something you like !
Not much going on here
Quan Eschelmen thinks its a good idea to share customers personal information online and rant about how they are bad customers and how Quan didnt do anything wrong. You shouldve kept it between you and the customer . You are highly unprofessional and your communication skills are trash. I will not be bringing my bike to you or Adventure Motorsports. Toughen up!
Absolutely 5 star experience from these guys. They were the ONLY store within 3hrsof home who had a gasket i needed Had been through so much work and waiting, and when my original gasket that i ordered from someone else got lost in the mail, i hauled butt to these guys. I will definitely be back for one of their ducatis. Also the salesmen and parts counter guys were top notch and very friendly. And i promise you i was not dressed like someone with money lol. Guy even went and put his hands on the part before i drove down. Just, good friendly service is so hard to find these days.
Expeditious service and friendly staff; plenty to look at while youre waiting (if youre getting work done). Scheduled an appointment and was finished within an hour and was able to have a pretty decent conversation with some people there
Great experience with Tom Shield and the finance manager. They went way out of their way to satisfy me. I would recommend giving these guys a try. Love the Indian Roadmaster ... Great ride and handles well. Thanks for all you did for me. You have my business from now on!
Very professional. Excellent selection and maintenance service.
Great DealershipKnowledgable Staff
Great experience. I bought an Indian Chief Dark Horse. Treated with respect, everything explained straight forward, simply and efficiently. Very professional. I highly recommend Adventure Motorsports.
Fair prices on used bikes. Chris in Sales does his best, awesome guy, and the service department is very helpful.
Excellent service. My husband needed a clutch cable, while they did not have the item in stock they were able to order it. What topped it off was when we told them we live an hour away they said they could mail it to us. Im still blown away by their willingness and kindness to see their customers get what they need. While I dont know a ton about bikes I could see they had a good variety of everything. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.
Purchased a 2020 Panigale V4. Great team (sales and service) and overalls great experience.
Great experience leading up to, during, and after the sale for my new BMW Adventure Motorcycle. I found the staff more interested in answering my questions and educating me to help me make my decision than just pushing a sale. I am very happy with the purchase. There were no games and no fake inflated market price. The price was clearly posted and they treated me fairly on my trade. I was stuck on another brand (for my last four motorcycles) until I had an unpleasant experience at another dealership. Im glad it happened because it opened me up to a much better opportunity. I highly recommend visiting Adventure Motorsports if you are thinking about a new motorcycle or other motorsport equipment. Whether you buy from them or not, you will be better off from the experience to help you in your decision. I wish I had done this sooner.
A true Motorcycle emporium.
What a great place to shop with a wide variety to choose from... Im a life long motocrosser and so is one of the parts guys Robbie but all these guys up here are great. Very helpful and pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend visiting.. Anytime you can be around motorcycles you know its gotta be good!
Great service and repairs dept. They did a free 36 point inspection to diagnose my front fork issue. David in service was great. Thanks David!Prices for bikes are reasonable for a dealership too if youre in the market. Igor in sales was honest(valuable trait in a salesperson) and knowledgable as well.
Went there for some service advice and got excellent advice. Stopped to admire some BMW bikes and had a great conversation with Courtney! Later toward the end of the conversation I realized I was talking with the owner. Very nice guy who was a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be going there if I start riding street aging to get that BMW!!
Absolutely the best dealership experience I have ever had. The two Toms and James are excellent representives of the company. They listened to my wants and got me setup with a great bike that fits me perfectly. They all were complete professionals. I highly recommend Adventure Motorsports to anyone looking for a sweet ride!
I took my 2002 BMW K1200RS in for service knowing it needed major work, rode off instead with 2015 K1300S. They worked out a very fair deal. Its the closest dealer to me and Im super happy theyre there. Its a beautiful shop with a large, varied selection. Check it out!
Adventure Motorsports was a very nice place to stop at the people were all friendly helpful went out of their way to make my time there usefulI will definitely be going back when it is necessary.
Great place for a few brands of motorcycles. We have a bike there now for service, I will update after we pick up the BMW. Did get a few items from the show room, service there was very helpful.
Pensacola finally has a dealership that stocks supermotos and dual sports. These guys were a pleasure to do business with, in and out in one hour with a new bike. No hard selling or BS salesman games, it did not feel like I was in a car dealership or anything. They cut me an excellent deal and were happy to do so.I came in and bought a 2017 DR-z400SM. I got the best deal this side of the Mississippi. The sales manager Todd T O double D as he called himself was outstanding to work with as well as my salesman Jimmy.I would indeed recommend this dealership, I would have no problem spending my hard earned money with these folks again. Thanks guys!
Parts department ordered what I needed and they called when it arrived. Perfect customer service.
A sad example of a motorcycle dealer, especially the GM. All they want to do is sell you a BMW(big money waste). Dont waste your time!
Love this place
Put 500 miles on her and she runs like new. Want to thank everyone in the service dept. For a great job.
Came in to see if a helmet part I ordered had arrived yet. The parts guys were both busy with other customers. David from service came over and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I was waiting for Jay, so when he was done with the other customer he had let me know the part was still not in, but if I waited a second he would check something in the back. He came back with the same part that they had as a spare in the back. We had talked about other helmets as well since I wanted a new passenger helmet and he was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about the products. Great service and expert staff!
Adventure Motorsports is an awesome dealership with great customer service (something I find lacking too often nowadays) and downright friendly, helpful staff.
A great dealership for the enthusiast. Stop by Tods office to listen to some great stories about his time in the Coast Guard.
Great Service,, lots of good deals, got me a heated jacket, stop by, its worth a visit,
SUPERB. A Buddy and I are over from the UK. Weve shipped our BMWs across to Miami with the intention of riding from Key West to Alaska. On Day 4 of our trip both of our helmets went down with bluetooth issues plus a minor mechanical issue on one of the bikes. These guys bent over backwards to help us get on our way. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and whats more theyre really nice people ...thanks chaps awfully nice of you all! From Julian and Steve
How can you not love INDIAN motorcycles, fun place
Great service friendly staff.
Great service very friendly staff
Will be 5 stars when they fire the service manager. The parts guy (Jay?) is very nice/knowledgable/helpful. mechanics are competent and quick. The tall service manager performs poorly at customer service and in my opinion is not worthy of BMW, not Kawasaki either. He consistently talks over customers, dosent listen to their needs, and is somewhat of a verbal bully. I will not deal with him.
Best darn service in the country, picked up my bike on side of I10 late on a Saturday night, installed new tire and tube on Sunday morning. We were on our way back to Canada with no delay. Made it home safe and sound. These guys are the reason you should own a BMW.Thanks Guys
Nice looking bikes, but they severely need to bring back Victory. Theyre the better bikes.
Best dealership in town. Great staff. Excellent service department. I recommend it to anyone on two wheels.
I was on a motorcycle trip and found that I needed a rear tire replaced, called these guys and they made the time to help. It turned out I needed both front and rears replaced, and they quickly installed the tires on my K1600GTL and I was on my way. Great guys and really helpful.
I bought my bike there and have had all my service done there. They are always fast, friendly, professional, and I will remain a customer for a long time.
Got what I wanted would friendly service
Had sales manager Todd work a verbal deal on phone on a used bike since I am from out of state. Was told sold sign would be put on bike and sent to detail. The next day, I was supposed to get grand total for cashiers check. I did not get a call back so had to track someone down, not until mid day. Was then informed they sold the bike from under me. No apology, nothing. Completely unethical business.
I own a Victory, and I shop for gear at this BMW dealer 40 minutes from home. Because Jay at the parts counter know his stuff and takes care of me.Ride on!
Great dealer !! It’s been a pleasure to work with you guys.PS . Ask for Igor. He’s the best!!
Good selection of bikes, polite employees.
After 2 warranty visits Ive had horrible service both times. Living 100 miles away makes it hard to get over there so I schedule everything with weeks in advance. Now the part in the email I sent copied below has fallen apart and missing parts because the screws were not secures correctly by the dealership.I started having problems with my bike, turn signals and horn not functioning. I am at work most of the time you guys are open so I called and planned ahead to get it fixed. On the phone I had explained how I would be riding from Panama City Beach, and that if possible I would like it to get swapped out that day. I was told that was not a problem and that it would only take about 5min to swap the part out. So after getting off of work, (24hr Shift) I took off that way, my father rode along as he also has a BMW.We get there at our scheduled time and I stood around for awhile in the service department with no one to be found I finally journeyed out to find someone to help. I found some one and we got over to the service department, While he was rolling my bike back he stated they probably didnt have the part in stock and that they would have to order it. I explained I only had the one day to be over there and I was told that it had been ordered and would be ready when I came. After some time I walked back to the service area because my bike was sitting out. He informed me they didnt have the part and would have to order it. I asked if there were any other options and was told no. I asked to talk to the service manager but he never showed up. After a few the guy brought back the f800r off the showroom floor and stated that he would be able to swap the part off the new bike. At this time I still did not ever get to talk to the service manager myself.Meanwhile my father had a few questions about service to his bike so he started to talk to the guy at the counter that later was identified as the service manager. He was asking about replacement of the alternator belt on his r1200c. The guy he was talking with stated that he was the service manager, but while talking about a simple subject started talking down at him about the service and would not give a quote for just the replacement wanted to sell him more service, and stated Im sure there will me more that needs to replaced when we get in there I understand that up-sales is part of the game, but the way he was talking to him and others throughout the day was something that would not be acceptable in any customer service job and shows that he has no real customer service training or experience. I watched him tell a guy who had scheduled a appointment a month in advance because he stated he was on TDY that he had given his part to someone else and that month ahead was to long to expect them to hold a part.It just appears that customer service is lacking, if you expect everyone that walks in to have enough disposable income not to care its probably a wrong approach. The Service manager is probably a big problem, the service department puts off the I dont care image when anyone was talking to them. The last time my bike had to be towed in and I had to cough up $80 to fix a part that was damaged in transit and it was the Tow Company BMW sent to my house, and no one would work with me to get reimbursed. I have not been impressed in most aspects, I have already to replace a turn signal cluster and the start stop switch and the bike has 5k on it and lives in a garage.
Friendly staff thats willing to work with you to keep your business. The lounge area is really nice when youre waiting on your bike to be serviced.
Brought my Bmer in for service and was met by the service manager, Dave. He is an impressive/Knowledgeable gentleman who helped me out greatly. Outstanding value and experience. They have my highest recommendation.Thank you Adventure Motorsports
I already said and I will say again, easy access, good selection and good helpful people. Enjoy!!
An experience i shall not forget or repeat. Dropped off running BMW 1200with a few issues, in early October 2018. Made a 4 point list of problems most notably a douched clutch master cylinder seal. Service manager, hard to believe, states about two weeks duration and assures that it will be addressed and well as other issues. A month later, i call and ask Whats the haps? Service manager responds, Who is this? Whats the name? What is it that you want done? Jesus H. Christ, I have the service manual, what is the situation. Service manager then says, Oh, were waiting on parts, from Germany, Im sure Franz Josef is rolling over in his grave. Weeks pass, I call again Whats the haps?. Oh, we had to prepare 7 new bmw bikes for delivery to some cops, says Goofus. Should have your bike ready to go in a week, we will need to throttle sync and will also need to adjust valves. So be it. December 17, 2018 arrives, phone call from service manger says All done, come and get it, in a delightfully dismal tone. Now today, i arrive to pick up, its a ghost town.I introduce myself to bearded individual in a uniform, no greeting, not even a grunt. I am presented with an invoice. I ask to see the bike before i sign release of liability, bearded cats rolls bike near exit. I sign the GD invoice, get on that bike and get on 29 north. Switch gears and hit 3500 rpm, bike coughs and feels shameful. I continue onto I -10 east, never going back, ever. Service manual, i cherish, Adventure MS not so much.Except for parts guy, hes locked on.
Good people really good
I bought a used K1600GTL from them. I traveled over 10 hours to purchase the motorcycle it was as described if not better, love the bike.My one gripe would be with service as I had asked about a DME recall and was told the service department performed all the updates. When returning home I called to double check this and sure enough there were 2 unperformed recalls to the motorcycles. You guys treated me and my wife fairly and I am in the business on the other side (automotive) so I understand there are a lot of variables. I would recommend them just please make sure you guys check on the service. Thanks again, these guys did do a good job.
Great people and great to do business with
Super nice sales staff. Friendly and not pushy
Very knowledgeable and friendly. not only told me what I needed to get done, but why it needs to be done.
Love my bike and love going there for anything I need. Such a friendly group and very helpful!
Very helpful and the salesmen don’t bother you.
Great service and very knowledgeable and friendly service dept. I only service my bike here!
I was really hoping to do buisness here, but no one wanted to help or even say hi. Granted I came in an hour before closing, and obviously 1 hour is not enough time. Some of the salesman were busy but not all off them, but I guess a 20 min break bsing together before closing is a much better idea. Ive been shopping around and found 2 possible bikes here, a 2017 S1000R, or the 2015 1200GSA they had out front. I was very interested in both of the bikes but wanted to see which one would be a better deal. So it seems neither are worth it. Ive heard great things about this place, but my experience tells otherwise.
Avoid if you can. Wife and I walked around for 20 mins, no one offered to assist us. Caught a salesman outside moving bikes in and asked if we could test drive one. I was told it was too late, they were closing soon.Went across the street and bought a brand new bike.Came back to Indian dealership today and talked to the mgr (todd?) and was told I find that hard to believe.I dont give a f*** if you believe me or not, it happened. We needed something for bike week and Harley got our business. Didnt mind staying open late for us either.Left one star because 0 was not an option.
The service employee in the back has had an attitude everytime ive been in there to talk to them about my bike. His blank look of why do i need to help you is something they must teach there because he has done it to me and others that were there also. The sales accociates in the front we very nice and cordial but shorter guy in the back brings the place down.
Recently in the market for a R1150RT. The sales staff made it an easy process and Im thrilled with my purchase. Friendly staff all around.
This is a very good BMW motorcycle dealership. Todd Zuleger, the Sales Manager, spent a lot of time with me in person and online, answering my questions and patiently negotiating my 2014 R1200GSW purchase. Ive gotten all my servicing done here - they do good work, on time - and my BMW riding buddies take their bikes here, too. Its a 3 hour trip for us, so you know BMW Motorcycles of Pensacola must be good.
Bought oil, filter and other maintenance products. Good people to deal with.
