Friendly place was empty when I went to get parts for my motorcycle greeted at the door

After taking our side by sides over to Alabama for years we got tired of the drive and all the extra time they took repairing our vehicles. We tried Stokes and they had our first one done in a week and the second in a week and a half. We still are waiting on one to be repaired over in Alabama from back in November (yes November). I recommend Stokes and will be taking our side by sides here from now on! Top notch!

Purchased a new Ranger. Nice folks, had a couple issues during the purchase, but it all worked out in the end, I suppose.Unfortunately the service department needs work.I had accessories purchased and installed. They did not think through the location of the install. I will have to move it, and will now have extra holes in my new dash.When I called the salesman he said would forward me all the owners manuals for the accessories, that the service department failed to place in the vehicle.Vehicle has an issue with going all the way in high gear, and sometimes pops out of gear. Probably a simple adjustment, that I will try to do myself, but should have been caught by the final inspection, if one exists.

Just wanted to thank Loretta and Jack (shop tech) for taking care of me last week while I was vacationing in Pensacola! Knowing I was from out of town (Dallas, TX) and on vacation they dropped what they were doing and did a quick inspection of my Victory Cross Country and got me back on the road. Not only did they stop what they were doing, they also made me feel very welcome, and that I wasn’t an inconvenience, even though I know I was. Can’t thank you guys enough! Darryl

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONALWould never buy anything or service anything here.... The owner himself, Keith, harassed me and said some very unpleasant things to me because of an issue that was his fault. He doesn’t know how to be professional nor how to run a business. Wouldn’t even bring a toy Bicycle here to be worked on because he’d probably break it then cuss out whoever brought it in.Would steer clear of this place.

Great place for boating and four wheeler parts and repairs. Friendly and efficient staff. Also a good place to purchase a new boat or four wheeler. Ask for Greg or Keith theyll hook you up.

I had to take my new Suzuki DF200A in for its 20hr service. It was the last weekend of snapper season and none of the other shops were open on Saturday. I dropped it off at 1:00 on Saturday. They said it would be done by Tuesday. I told them I wish I could have it so I could fish Sunday. Well they surprised me and had it ready by 3:00. I couldnt believe it.Great service and friendly hard working people. I know Ill be taking my motor back to them for any service. Thanks

I placed an order for some components for my Victory that I bought there a couple years ago. When I called originally to place the order, the salesman who took my order remembered me, what kind of bike I rode, and even remembered that my wife had stopped in some time ago to look at a bike for her. Great attitude, great service. He told me that he would place the order and my parts would be in the following Wednesday. I called after noon on the projected delivery day, and a lady answers. She checked to see if my parts were in, and told me that no, they had not come in yet, and she didnt have any tracking info to tell me when they would be. I was put on hold while she checked into it more. When she came back, she told me that the parts hadnt been ordered until just the day before I called back. So, no follow up call to me to let me know that there was a delay, and she said she thinks the parts may be there in a couple days.This review would have been much worse if it hadnt been for the original salesman. The lady who I dealt with on the second call had few, if any, customer service skills. And not calling your customer when theres a delay is unprofessional.I love Victory motorcycles, but there needs to be a little training somewhere when it comes to customer service.

Great selection. Told the owner i was just looking and not buying. He didnt pressure me at all but was very informative. Great people very friendly. If your in the market come here instead of the other vultures.

While traveling home from Perdido Beach to Indiana, our Polaris Slingshots brake alert dash light came on. We searched for the nearest Polaris dealership and Stokes popped up. We stopped and were greeted by a very nice guy (didnt get his name). We explained the situation and he quickly went and got one of the service technicians (Chester). They explained that their other dealership handled Slingshots but that they would take a look and see if they could help us. Chester, along with Shawn, bled the brakes and had us back on the road in no time. They encouraged us to take it to our home dealership for further work but definitely got us home safe and sound. Everyone was extremely friendly and if we lived in the area, we wouldnt hesitate to take our Slingshot to them. Many thanks to Chester and Shawn for their help!

Just recently purchased a 4 wheeler from victory, the staff makes you feel very welcomed and not pressuring like some dealerships can be.. everyone was very informative and worked hard to make things happen, can’t thank you guys enough will be doing business in the future

Worst experience in my life I brought a new belt from somewhere else and was told they where charging me for a new Polaris one....no thank you.($179.99 off my bill) then was told since I didnt get there belt they would warranty any of there work. Then when I get it home I find out a new price was damaged and they now make up a lie to cover there butt. The red headed witch is also an issue she is the rules person I have ever met. Please as around town before going here. Reviews on line are always mostly good bc the bad never make it to the web.

Customer service is really bad here. They dont update people on the status of bikes. They should tell you upfront how long the wait will be for a job. Also very rude when speaking to people.

I have not purchased a unit from Stokes, but I did call there to inquire about the huge recall on the Polaris RZRs. I have talked to many dealerships all over Alabama and the Florida Panhandle and I can say that Ms Loretta at Stokes has been more helpful than anywhere I have contacted. Very sweet, very helpfuland very informed. I did not get the impression that she was feeding ma a line of bs like the others I have spoken with.

The parts counter lady was a little unsure of herself...I didnt have a cookie cutter question/request so it threw her into second guessing mode.... so, I was just cautious. No bikes there... just quads and boats
